Complaints from teachers
There are some complaints from Allied school teachers. The principal attitude is fine but coordinator behavior with teachers is not good. Teachers are subjected to mental pressure. Yesterday Coordinator scolded a teacher so much that she fainted. There is no cooperation with teachers..
If teachers arrive five minutes late, half leave is given. Teachers are not paid for the first fifteen days while its their hard earned money. Teachers work at school from 8.00 am to 2.30 pm and are not asked for any refreshment. The salary would be only ten thousand. We would rent and eat something ourselves. We are paid very little for our hard work.
The team which visit the school take opinion from the teachers separately on paper. But if their names are not revealed then everyone will tell the truth. Otherwise, everyone will remain silent due to pressure. And make sure that the teachers are not mistreated because of this complaint.
Subject : salary issue
Respected Sir/Mam,
I have an issue about Salary. While the staff worked for a whole month, they also worked in Covid-19. However, as per the instructions of the government, there are orders to pay the full salary to the staff and the head office has waived off the royalty from March to December 2020 and full fees are being charged from the children in the school. Are there any orders from the head office for school staff? If the staff is not paid, why did the head office waive off the royalty? Please do something for the staff too.

Salary issues of all teachers
Hello I am working as a teacher in Allied School E11 Campus Islamabad. I have salary issues because we have not been given our salaries of vacations due to Corona pandemic till now. Our teaching staff is not being given salaries from April to August. I request you to visit our campus and help us in releasing teachers' salaries. For the sake of God. Teachers' salaries are already very less than even our salaries are started from 12K. We prepared and uploaded all the lectures during this pandemic but now we are told that we will be given half salaries. It means we will receive 6k or 7k that will not be fair with us. Help us for the sake of Allah.

Payment not received
I am going to register complaint about the payments not received in vacations due to Covid19. we delivered all lectures during vacations, we are going according to scheme of studies of Allied School. We have completed our syllabus of vacations during vacations but now our management is not going to pay us our full salaries. They are putting it pending. They have not paid even a penny of vacations' salaries to us. They have received full fees of all months from students.

We Class 10 are very disappointed by the condition of our room.There are no basic facilities i.e whiteboard, lights, ceilling fan.There is pedestal fan instead of ceilling fan, blackboard instead of whiteboard.When requested our school principle to upgrade the room they just said "keep patience ".

books not thought
At the beginning of the session, parents are forced to buy all the books but there are few books which are not being thought by the school of Allied school Khyber campus Peshawar.
1- Life and Learning ( not even a single page)
2-Quantitative Reasoning ( only first 2 pages)
My concern is if these books are not that important to be taught then why parents were burden to bought.
The second complaint is about too much homework given to the child, especially in Maths they gave almost 14 to 16 questions on a daily basis which fed up the child and which is actually too much for a student of 4th and 5th standard.
I request you to see in this matter because of its a serious issue for me as a mom of an average IQ student.

overcharging
Overcharging. Library charges. Charges for parking of students vehicle. Stationary charges and also very rude staff..asking a favour and they would suggest you to withdraw your child and admit them to a govt school..i mean .Pathetic. parhay likhay jahil. Especially the CRO.and the director is fully misbehaving with parents like they are servants..and insulting them. Really disappointed
timings
A few of the campuses in Lhr are not following the timings given by head office.
PG class starts at 7 am till 11
how come a 3 to 4 year old new to school kid get up this early
plus they dont let the parent see the classroom, meet the teacher and the principal at the time of admission.
how come a parent could be satisfied with the school without getting information from the principal about the school.
Grace Campus Wapda town shamelessly said
we are not allowed by the head office to let parents see the class, principal and teacher and they did not know the fact that this parent is working in Allied since 5 years and read all the manuals given by the head office.
burhan campus new nazimabad faisalabad
We visit burhan campus in March for admition of my younger sister we discuss with them that after one month we are moving to canal road so is there any possibility that after our shifting my sister can migrate in canal campus they said yes sure why not and they ask us to pay admition fee after that she gives us a receiving slip with admition form. After three days we visit a branch near Eden garden canal road campus and we ask them about her admition and told them that we have paid fee in burhan campus they said we can't do it because both branchese have diffrent owners so go back and ask them to pay back your money then we can admit her here. And also guid us to ask them that when you didn't fill up admition form for her so how can it possible to collect fee without form or any document. Next day we visit Burhan campus again and ask Madam about all of it but at that time she was so rude and said us as same as get out we ask her again about refund then she said we didn't refund . Then I wrote an application to director of Allied school but still we are waiting for respons . After that I got a number of head office Faisalabad and called on it and my call picked by C.R.O Mr.Ali Raza. He told me that he will solve it soon and its about fourty five days ago I am still waiting for his response .
And now I am totaly fed up and don't know that what should I do. I am requesting here that please solve my problem and refund my Money which I had paid there. I Shall be very thank full to you.

about school management yousaf wala campus sahiwal
Annual function for session 2017-2018 is held saturday march, 31, 2018 in school .All students were invited with their parents but those students who leave the school in new session 2018-2019 for some time due to personal reasons, were not invited in the annual function while they paid all the fees and other dues and attend all the class whole the session 2017-2018 and passed the final exam, also not give them their deserving certificates to those students which they deserve on the basis of class performance and school discipline.our child mohsin najeed who passed 5th class from allied school yousaf wala campus, was not invited in this function, why ? Why we are not invited ? what is the management of allied schools ? Why you have irresponsible principal in this campus ? Why school management hurt those students ? Where is the responsibility of head office ? Invitation for this function was our right ? Why school management not give us ?
bogus calls for interview
Dear Team Of Allied & Efa School,
I am writing this email on behalf of my younger sister Ms. Ayesha Mumtaz, who had been interviewed more than 3 times in your organization, 2 times for Allied School and 1 time for EFA at your esteemed branch located in Chungi Amar Sidhu. Just in order to know about the criteria of your selection for job openings in your reputed schools ?
Firstly, the lady on reception was asked her to wait like for more than 1 hour saying that the management is busy, if the management is busy then they shouldn’t call someone for an interview on given time (job seekers aren’t idle)
However; your management can judge someone in first glance if someone is eligible to be part of your organization, if someone is rejected at first, what’s the use of calling them again and again for an interview ?
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL, your team call the candidates for an interview ask them to show trial where they can kill their time by making fun of others, laughing on job seekers ?
If this is really your criteria for selection and they are the teachers for the kids who are studying there then god bless to their ruined future (how your students can idealize those teachers?)
Please take a moment to think, their giggles and cracking jokes on someone can ruined anyone life, foremost they are spoiling the repute and name of your organization. No one has right to make fun of anyone, i think first you should teach them how to teach and how to well behaved. If you do not trust on my words, send someone as mystery shopper

books and copies availability
Separate Books and Copies are not available for the convenience of the parents. Only Lala Book Depot, Dharampura, Lahore is the authorized one to sale out the books and copies.
It should not be in bundles and compulsory to buy for the parents. If it is the policy of Allied School to sale the bundle by force or just make it compulsory, this is unfair and against costumer and the parents have not signed this policy, if it is, at the time of admission.
Books are very expensive and some of them not used during the whole session (grade 8 practical books are not used)
Computer Books are taught without computer labs.
Science experiments are done orally without science lab.
Students are not provided an opportunity to have games lesson.
Co-Curricular and extra curricular activities are not promoted at all.
The parents are really really suffering, kindly take some necessary actions in this respect.
