I have applied for Alliance bank card in the month of January 2023 via compare hero. There was 2 rewards once card application gets approved from compare hero end. I can select either to get 300 TNG wallet or 600 TNG wallet with BT. I've been asked by Alliance bank employee , i can go with 600 TNG wallet option along with BT and i agreed with that employee.
Once the campaign period ends then i just received 150 MYR from compare hero end and then i called and tried to know the reason then compare hero informed me that I have one previous application in November 2022 hence according to terms and condition I should be getting rewards based on November month application which was within 3 months.
I tried informing Alliance bank as why I've not been informed with terms and condition by Alliance bank employee and till now there is no action has been taken. I felt Alliance bank is just wanted to bring business by giving incorrect information to the customer.
I would have never opted for BT for 6 months if I know that I'm not eligible for January month campaign.

I've called alliance customer service just now at 2.35pm, to check on a failed transaction detail, this customer service name Amirul, spoke to me in an offensive tone/way, and he kept cutting in n break my sentence. Please replay the record conversation and listen to his way of servicing and do the needful to educate your staff as this wasn't the first time, I received this kind of service! thanks.

Hi, My name is Sharmini A/P K. Balasupramaniam, I have an outstanding personal loan with Alliance Bank since 2012, and was unable due to circumstances and my health conditions. Off late I have been receiving repeated calls from this agency, I understand if they call me. But now they are calling and harrasing my daughter, which they obtained from Maxis illegally and have been calling my daughter. I would like to lodge an offical complaint as in no circumstances do they have the right to call my daughter. The name of the agency is AKM PARTNERS SDN BHD,

My Complaint yo Grab Head Office
I was on my way to Kl today (30.7.19) . Around 1.15pm same day, my younger son ( age 17) texted to inform the grab driver ( Lee Sek Meng, Car Reg No: AJT 7995) molested him during his journey from Maybank ( mum's working place ) to his home in Tambun
The driver asked him disturbing personal questions that made my son felt so scared . The driver also diverted off course ( not to the destination ). My son, realising this, asked him to stop the car immediately .
My son then called another grab to go home
I m appalled with Grab for not doing a proper screening of your grab drivers. Grab is hiring sick people who is on the prowl of Young kids .
Instead of stopping this lunatic, your help desk allow this sick guy to carry on with his grab service and instead needs a police report from us b4 can stop him for investigation . We hope this sick guy doesn't pick up another victim which will not be as lucky
I will bring this incidence to the local media

1. The agent DIDNT explain correctly on the contract. Years back and didn't follow as per my instruction. Then all customer service has different interpretations, which is very confusing! How come it's different?!
2. Customer service is very poor! All they want is just hang off quick when there are so many thing they cjoose not to answer.
3. Desk customer service has very long queue and there no privacy of speech.

Hi there I will like to complaint bad service about apply creadit card, I getting email from staff alliance bank the name is lee ching theng she ask me to find checklist below. After all decommend find is done ok I email to 3 or 4 days ago but this staff no follow up email from me, to day I follow up about my applications the staff she told me she dont received email from me. Whay she no follow up to me if she dont received from me so bad service

Refering to the information sent anonymously to me that indicate about an unethical behavior of Alliance bank worker who i believed has been processing/keeping the personal data illegally.
As a member of the public, i am disturbed that such a thing happen at a reputable bank. I have on several occasions received phone calls from strangers inquiring whether i needed monetary assistance which i believe most Malaysia folks facing this nuisance in their daily life. I always wondered how these people obtained my personal data.Which by now i can somehow aware how the public information can be so easily leaked out due to bunch of unethical individual that does not take the laws seriously.
From the information leaked with my observation, i strongly believe that this individual retain all the private information sent by customer in the mailbox and some as old as year 2015/2016.
I believe that the leak info that i receive i just part of the nonsense and i strongly believe there is more which neither me nor the public is aware.
In conclusion, I feel that there is an urgent need to treat this matter seriously.
I have since then, urged the respective bank that an immediate investigation against the individual to carry out and put a stop to this malpractice and let the culprit who breach the laws to face the full force of the law.
However after a disappointing attempt, there is no update nor action taken against the said person so far which is why i have no choice but to seek for public justice through social media.
@Hong Leong Bank so i would like to ask and know as well... since when the "alliance" formed between you and Alliance bank that personal data is being shared in between? This is so unethical and no wonder there is so many unsolicited calls from both your bank and your best "alliance" to the innocent public who got bugged... Since your alliance does not really do anything..what about you then?

With this i feel that this person already breached "Retention Policy" of PDPA Malaysia act.
I strongly feel that there is an urgent need to treat this matter seriously. I urged that an immediate investigation against the individual and wish your authorities will put a stop to this malpractice and let the culprit who breach the laws to face the full force of the law.
I was cheated in a scam.
I came to ttdi branch office to open account, the guard stopped me from obtaining the queueing number and asked me to wait. After waiting for 10min, I feel it is not right and insisted to get queuing number instead of made to wait.
This is not ethical and right
