Was stood up by this place yesterday. They were supposed to arrive between 3-7 pm & said they would call 30 mins before they would arrive. I left work early & was home at 2:15 pm. By 8 pm they still hadn't called or showed up. Called home warranty company last night, who said they would call the owner.
This morning the home warranty co called & said the plumber arrived at 10 am yesterday & waited 40 minutes for us. Hmmm, sounds like CYA BS to me- wouldn't you call your client's cell phone & ask why they weren't home, esp when you were supposed to call 30 mins before? Not like you didn't have our numbers.
Oh & the best part is, this is the second trip to our house b/c the first time when the "fixed" the water leak, they actually made it worse & now I have water damage to my bathroom vanity.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
