My husband hired All Pro Movers to move us and I havent slept well since they showed up. First they came and packed and they packed everything backwards. They mixed rooms. They packed kitchen stuff with bedroom stuff and when they got tired they just threw things in the boxes. They did not wrap the stuff properly and then half of my stuff was broken. I found very expensive pieces broken and sentimental items broken. I was furious. That was just the packing.

The day of the move, they showed up with an entirely different crew and they just threw my stuff in the truck. Did I mention that they STOLE from us! Yes, they stole items from us and damaged our furniture. They didnt even have the decency to say to us that they damaged anything. I went around finding broken pieces and scratched items and items with chunks missing. Speaking of missing, did I mention that they stole from us. They stole our digital cameras and camcorders as well as some jewelry. The moving company office people claim that their movers would never steal but they took it.

Now I have missing items, broken furniture and I am unable to reach anyone that cares enough to help me resolve this matter. All I get is a voicemail and when someone does answer the phone they claim that the person I need to speak with is out of the office and they tell me to call back at another time. l

I would not recommend these movers to help anyone move a can of paint from one side of the room to another. They are TERRIBLE movers. If you want your stuff broken, and stolen with no one to care, then ALL PRO MOVERS is for you. If you want something done professionally, then call another company.
