All Points Towing and Recovery Avoid at All Costs. Seriously.

This company was subcontracting with AAA. The call was placed at 4:50 PM EST. The dispatch at All Points Towing and Recovery said that the driver was backed up with police calls, and would be a few hours. Which wasn't a problem, I had somewhere I could be warm, rather than in the 5 degree weather. A few hours goes by, and All Points Towing and Recovery...
