I order a pcm from them and used a credit card to pay for the item.

A few days later, after they processed the card, they informed me it was not in stock and had know ide when it would be available.

I asked for a refund.

They indicated they would reverse the charge on my credit card but it's been three weeks and they still have not done it.

Several calls to themand still no reverse of charges.

Don't give them a card number!

And don't do buisiness with them.

I ordered a part on 27 December my part has not been shipped yet here it is January 5 I never received any status updates and when I called I was hung up on several times the staff was very rude cutting me off before I was even able to finish my sentence they passed me to a guy claiming to be the manager name Morales the next day I called they said there is nobody by the name of Morales I guy claiming to be the manager named Mike they charged me $600 per the promise that it would have a max processing time of three days and then however long it took to ship to me that did not happen that’s called false advertising it’s a legal you cannot advertise for some thing you cannot pull off in a company when you’ve already charged the customer for that product it is a lawsuit which I intend to file if I do not have my part by tomorrow morning this company has the worst customer service I’ve ever spoke to and if anybody has any pride in this business they’ll go through read the reviews and resolve some of this because it seems like a scam center is what it seems like and I think the Better Business Bureau needs to hear about this but I have to follow the chain of commands trying to resolve it with the company before anything can be filed so my resolution is I either have my part overnighted right now and receive it by tomorrow or it’s not resolved because you guys have already broken your advertising catchphrase which is three days processing and then your shipment time you don’t provide tracking numbers you don’t provide anything I haven’t gotten but one email and that’s after I’ve called and called and called and complained

Sent the computer module for my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee for them to inactivate the SKIM (ignition) sensor.

Got the module back and reinstalled it. The SKIM/ignition problem was fixed as planned and paid for.

However, upon reinstalling, none of my instrument panel gauges work anymore. No gas gauge, speedometer, odometer, temp gauge, oil gauge. ACR blames it on a faulty module (was working fine when I sent it in!) and that there is "no fix."

When I called and talked to a customer service rep, he was willing to sell me a newly refurbished module for $350! Seriously?!

I Ordered this but tried to cancel the order but they would NOT answer the phone or respond to the many emails I sent. After I finally did reach the company, the girl said she would issue a return but did not. A week later I called again, and another girl said she would issue a refund but less $117. When I called back she claim that a 20% restocking fee was charged on returns. I did not see this or was not told of this policy. Do NOT buy from this outfit(All Computer Resources)! Once they get your money there is no recourse. Their service is extremely poor and very misleading. All of this BS lasted for a month. Beware!

Saw their add on facebook. Said that they refurbished the mocules and you would not need your keys reprogrammed and that would save you alot of money. Sent the WIN switch to them. When it came back it didn't work properly. Sent it back again, I came back and would not work. I contacted support and they gave me a list of things to check. Turned out I needed the Fobix and computer reprogramed. Had to call a qualified locksmith. By the time I was finnished, it cost the same as if I would have had a new one installed at the dealership. Their advertising is very disseptive. They created alot of extra work for me, even thought they knew I had to have the keys and computer reprogrammed.

I bought a TCM from them and had a different problem with my vehicle. I returned the module to them and they received it on 12/21/21. I was told a refund would be processed within 24 hours after a tech checked it out. Received an email from them on the 29th apologizing for the delay and refund would be processed in next few days. It's been 2 1/2 weeks now and still no refund!

No one knows what to do and gthe level of rudness is beyond belief!
Part is not usefull like we have been assured
Does not have the right programming as told
Have called to try to solve issue for 2 hours!
No one answers the phone! Called 28 times!
The few times I had the call answered I am put on hold only to be disconected after I am supposedly to be connected to tech support
Tech support isw non existent!
Do not order if you need to speak to a tech re issues
I will be returning parts file a dispute for payment and cnever buy anything from this plave ever again!

Purchase auto computer from, All computer resources inc. by phone on September 03, 20021, Ref: 302231, ask for an R # to return it, finally received it on September 13, 2021, I promptly returned it. A Mr. Alving answer their phone and said they were working on it. However its now the 24th of September and no word from this people. The type of car GMC ENVOU XL. Sales order # 302231. Bought a ecm for $194 plus shipping. The module did not work. Could not get anybody on the phone to help. All I got was emails sending the same instructions that I already got. So I returned the item for what I thought was a full refund but instead only received $155.20. Called and emailed to ask why and have not heard back from anybody. I would never buy from this company or suggest anybody else to do so. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. Thank you

I ordered a computer board for my sons car. I gave them my credit card and told them to charge the $216.00 to the card. Everything was fine until I got ANOTHER charge on my card from them for $100.00. I filed a fraud claim against them. It is against the law to charge you credit card without your authorization; which they DID NOT HAVE. By the way, the part ordered was a piece of crap too; doesn't work any better than the one he already had on his car! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I purchased an ecm for a 2005 mercury mariner on november 4th 2018, and it would not communicate with any snap on engine scanners or with any program process from a lock smith. After I took it upon myself to send this back 3 weeks ago it did get a response email that said that they have received my ecm and after they test and check it out they will get ahold of me within 4-6 business days. I lost a great customer and $1300 over this ecm and this company so I am writing this and hoping I can save anyone else from losing as much as I have with this company. I know that I will never see any return or will not hear back from them over this issue, I just wish I knew that they had a piss poor reputation before I purchased from them

I purchased an ecm from all computer resource when I installed it my truck ran as if it had water in the diesel so I ran cleaners through it and nothing helped so I took it to the shop. They said it was a bad ecm and installed one they had and it ran great. I contacted all computer and they said I had to ship it back and also pay return shipping so I did. They shipped it back to me and said it tested fine. They said they put it on a truck they have and it ran good. I installed it and it was the same as before. They now want me to ship it back at my expense and let them test it for damage during shipping or installation. I hope the old truck behind the shop is not there only test equipment they have. I should have read there reviews before purchasing the ecm. I have the shops ecm on the truck now and it runs great and has for 3 months now while waiting on this scam for a business to do something about it.

Purchased a computer module from them, talked to them about the correct module, then sent email as follow up. Still received incorrect module now they want to charge a re-stock fee. Said we ordered the wrong module, kind of hard to understand since they said it was the one I needed.. Very misleading expedited shipping was my choice but they should refund at least part cost. Since I paid there part of the "free shipping" they may have the best modules around but I will never know b/c their customer service is terrible.
