All About Pools AZ did not provide service paid for

A spa motor in my hot tub had gone out. I contacted Mr. Pete Alvarez for a quote for the replacement of the motor. Mr. Alvarez quoted a price higher than previous quotes, but gave a 1 year warranty on parts and service, so I decided to go with him. The price I was quoted for a rebuild of the motor, impeller and labor was $527.00. I paid an additional $60...
