Alisom Communication T/A 4U Highveld Mallvery unfriendly staff and very unsympathetic in a situation that was very stressful and seen as a emergency by the customer

Saturday 3/6/2017 at 14:56 in Vodacom shop (Alisom communication T/A 4U Highveld mall). My phone got stolen in Edgars in the Highveld Mall, I am 51 years old and never lost a phone or had a phone stolen from me. To me this was very stressful and I saw the situation as a emergency. No one in the store was in a hurry to help me to block my number. I had to wait my turn. I can understand if I came in to buy something or renew my contract but this was an emergency, I am sure other clients would have understood if someone assisted me? It took the young, very unfriendly, very unsympathetic girl just one to two minutes to help me when she eventually assisted me. No one in the store was friendly. How to we provide customer care like that. A smile can go a long way. I am a loyal vodacom client and did not expect to be treated in such a way, and this when I needed assistance and a friendly face. Its very sad that staff can treat customers so disrespectful. I will never go to that shop again.
