SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

AliExpressreceived broken item

Hello Madam/Sir,

I would like to submit a complaint on the seller "Okus Baby Oline Store"
I hope you will understand my situation and we will be able to resolve my issue the best way.
On 18-07-2019 i received the toy from "Okus Baby Oline Store".
I have ordered this toy in advance as a present for my son.
However, i opened the received box only before few weeks (in September).
When I opened the box i was in shock. The toy was broken, deformed (i can provide all pictures as i provide to the seller). I believe it happened in transit because the toy was not rolled in any protection material (except on carton box that was in the packet). The carton box has hard damaged the toy.
I have explained this issue to the seller and he agreed to refund my money.
Due to it happened long after buyer protected time i can't open dispute. The seller promised me that he will turn to alliexpress support and will refund my money (i have evidence of his promise).
Please help me refund my money
