I ordered item on 26th january 2019 and my bank card was charged right away with total of $ 69.58 for your order number -RB693169864SG.The delivety date was promised to be 26th march 2019.Didn't receive it .i opened a dispute on 27th march 2019 and didn't receive no messege or information from you .can you please deliver my item as soon as possible or refund me the money .

AliExpress tracksuit

I ordered a tracksuit from seller who made me wait a very long time to tell me it was not in stock . I then tried to get my money back but she wouldn't give it back unless.l I changed me reason for refund. She then magically had it in stock and sent it out now another month later she says it was lost in the post . I'm filling a dispute but she is giving me a hard time about giving her a good review when I did not get good service with.

Ps. I shop at AliExpress allot would hate to stop because of one of your sellers

AliExpress 3x5 flags various styles

I ordered $80.35 worth of flags back in Oct of 2018. The first shipment was lost by USPS they said. The second order also never came. I asked for a refund twice since I never received the product and they have not responded. I can't open a dispute since the system thinks I received goods the first time, even tho I NEVER confirmed the goods being received. I have attached the order number and product details. I would like a full refund please!

My name is Melike. I am living in Poland and I am student. I ordered a laptop bag five months ago. But the bag didn't reach me home. Later I had to go abroad but I could not follow the arrival of my product. When I turned back to Poland and then I went to the post office, the guy there told me the product was already back to China. Then I contacted the seller, but they didn't return my money because the time was up, nor did they send the bag back. When I asked the seller what should I do, he said that you can be resent. I want my money back, I want them to send my bag back if they don't. But the way the seller talks to me is impulsive. So I want to complain

I made a payment for a product with this order ID:100215872614892 but received no update to know the progress of this order. Kindly provide progress report on this as payment already made in full. This is the first time I am placing an order on aliexpress and I feel customers should be kept notified at every stage of the progress being made. I have a feeling my order is kept dormant without review despite payment made.

AliExpress keycopy tool

The item with Order No: [protected] and Tracking No: LP00117169787975 which has been paid since November 11, 2018 has not been delivered yet. I have waited so long after the buyer protection expired. It is very annoying. I have been waiting al this while after I was told to keep waiting that my item will soon get to the country. I now find it difficult to even chat with the seller on the nature of my item. What is happening?

4 watches resulted damaged or became useless.

paid 3.85 dollars for each watch.
paid with credit card.

the seller offers a refund of 1 dollar via Paypal which I never used.

I want the defective watches to be replaced or have a complete refund which would allow me to order replacements.

AliExpress the whole system of package ordering and cancellation is broken. do not order anything from this company until their system becomes more transparent.

The ordering, cancellation and dispute system is broken. You have to be extremely vigilant and view every order number extremely closely. Do not assume that an order you have canceled has actually been cancelled. Their are multiple links you must follow to ensure that cancelations have actually been made and have stuck. The dispute system is autocratic, uninformative and murky at best. Illogical organization and unlikely links must be followed. There is no human contact. There seems to be no way to contact the company directly if a problem occurs. And it is likely a problem will occur. It is probably best to give the whole organization a miss.

AliExpress additional shipping 'fees' for goods.

Reference seller: shop3682028

I placed order #[protected] for a kitchen timer. The transaction completed ok and I paid the required amount.
However, the seller cam back a few hours later and said that shipping costs had increased and I had to make an additional payment of $0.8. This I had to make via an additional order. This I (foolishly) did via order # [protected].

On reflection I decided this was very dubious selling so I tried to cancel the orders. At which point, the seller aid the items had already shipped! This is awful and illegal.

I also note that the seller continues to sell the item at the original price (no increase in shipping fees) so, presumable, they can extract additional money from other buyers!

You will see the correspondence I have had with the seller under the messages against my original order.

I require a full & immediate refund and for this seller to be barred from aliexpress. This is totally fraudulent.

AliExpress items not received

To Whom It May Concern.

Hello.
On 3rd March, 2019, I made a number of clothing purchases from AliExpress( 5 orders in total), and to date have not recieved one order. However I have recieved tracking numbers and emails stating that two of my items were signed for. One was signed for in Inala, QLD, (LM 676024224CN) the other in Sorrento, WA, (LM 678853440CN). As I live in Lithgow NSW, and I have re-checked a number of times that my shipping address is correct and it is. So I cannot understand how my items ended up being signed for by others in another state? I sincerely hope there has been a misunderstanding somewhere and that this can be rectified with either my purchased items being sent to me or my money refunded. My other order tracking and order numbers are as follows...

Order [protected] by Aliexpress never received and not shipped by seller. But Seller ask to be patient and informed that products were at custom's destination which was not true and to open a dispute afterwards was not possible as time expired.

AliExpress never received 2 shirts

Order # [protected]. Ordered in October 2018. Requested refund Dec. 2018. Ali Express said no response from seller and they would refund, they never did.
No items received and no refund received.

No way to contact AliExpress. Their 24/7 customer service is just a web bot, there is no real person on the other end of the chat session. No other resolution options once you click dispute. They have set it to closed, but I still never received a refund.

AliExpress a diary sent from china through aliexpress

New harry potter vintage notebook/diary was sent by veni stationay, china through ali express to nancy sarah gomes, halifax. Tracking status (no. Lm474758876cn) its out for delivery dated 1 feb 19. Still not received. Would highly appreciate if you could look into the matter and let me know through email [protected]@adb.org. I will also not get a refund since its at the post office. Thank you.

AliExpress with regards to the phone I was purchased some time ago.

I've been informing to the supplier about the phone issue but he did not reply or do nothing. I was extremely disappointing about ali express there after I didn't even influence myself or another buyer to buy from ali express.

1. Phone is badly heating
2. Google maps are not working
3. Map keep disconnecting saying gps signal lost (i've checked with my other low end phone same location but it works)

After this I didnt sped single cent over ali.
This is the worst mistake i've ever done over period. Simply I want my refund.

Dear Sirs
I bought the battery for my kitchen last month and I came to me damaged. I decided to open a dispute with the Seller and I was waiting for his decision today but someone from your team closed the dispute without my agremment while I was wiating for the answer form Seller. As a result I have damged products that I do not want, you are going to send me the refund I do not want. The value of my refund should be 70$ (this was my final proposal to the Seller) and the Ali Express Team have made the incorrect judgement to and close the disputewithoiut checking amy correspondence with the Seller.in his last email from last Friday he promised to send me the answer to my complain, I have full evidence of our correspondence

I am very upset with the poor service I do not have the items which I have paid for, I want to return the product and to get full refund.

AliExpress judgement team not protecting customer interest

Product received was totally different from what was ordered. It cannot be used at all with my laptop. Seller proposed to return the item at my own cost (why should I pay for the return cost when it is not my fault) or pay additional cost usd 15 (without return item) to resend the item (why should I pay additional cost for item that I am suppose to received?)
Refer to attached photo for the refund proposal from aliexpress judgement team, I am losing money from whichever option (1 or 2) I choose.
