SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

[protected] is my product I'd number. I ordered the dress on 13 th september 2019 . But when I saw ur estimate delivery date, it was too long for me so I cancelled the order and contact the seller. Then the seller agreed and told that he refund my money on my PayPal account. But now 14 days over still he dnt gave my refund . My PayPal account balance is zero. I told him the problem again and again. But still he don't reply me. I send him my PayPal account balance image's screen Short as a prove. And he seen my msgs but ignored. I told him refund my money directly on my bank account. But result is zero. This type of behavior not acceptable from you Ali express. I'm ur regular customer. Kindly check and refund my money. This is my 2 nd complain about your company. Please do some steps about my problem. Refund direct on my bank account. 14 day's is long period for any customers. I don't want to submit any 3 rd complain about this matter so do something as soon as possible.
