AliExpress Store no.5569036 this store has been open since dec 18, 2019 business license

I have Placed this order 8014882724298261d long ago and after long waited for delivery, unfortunately, the seller has failed to deliver my item and now he try to refund the amount instead of resending the item.

they are claiming that, the item not available any longer but it is on sale on their websites.

It is not acceptable how the seller behaving, and I need my item instead of refunding the payment.
There should be a legal penalty for those who treat the customer in such a disrespectful manner and the buyers should be reworded for the misselenuse of the seller.

AliExpress Package not delivered and refusal to refund

I placed an order in the amount of 45.79€ that was not delivered, however in tracking it says it was delivered. In my local post office I was told that the order had not passed through there (all my orders go through that post), and they were only able to show me the information that the order was delivered in another area of my city. I suppose there was a change of address, but no one (both in my local post office and aliexpress) can tell me any more.
I asked my local post office for more information but they said that they could only do it if the seller send some documents as proof. I got tired of trying to talk to the seller, making a refund request, trying to contact aliexpress support. All of this was unsuccessful, and I strongly believe that my complaints were seen only by aliexpress bots.

AliExpress Sordin cushions to fit soundbarrier (Order 3005078686437676)

Ordered Earmuffs to fit SORDIN. I got the Comtac instead (That's another brand, and doesn't fit) as you can see on my video, they are too small (as comtac is), and thus don't fit my Sordin's.

Sizes are different, and DON't fit.!
Thus: I recieved the WRONG model, and wish to be refunded.

In pics you can see the size differences (look closely). In the vid. you can see the new one doesn't fit. (They just fall out fall out).

Height of new one is also almost twice as much, and not correct at all.
Most important: they dont fit and fall out of place.

My dispute isn't processed correct, and need to be rewarded/ refunded.
I am very unsatisfied about the product, and the dispute process

AliExpress Didn't receive the item, didn't refund my money

More than 3 months I didn't receive the item, I complained to customer service to refund my money they let me wait 10 days then after 2 weeks I tried to contact with then.. But no one answered me I waited another 2
Weeks then I tried again.. But no one care, now I didn't get the item or my money and no one care... So bad.. Iam disappointed

AliExpress Stolen money for not delivered goods

I make 2 orders from aliexpress lp00175564256400 (99990000647138) and lp00174546033330 (99990000612071). Both orders disappear after long investigation I find out that both parcel was lost by china forwarder cainiao.
For my demand to aliexpress to return my money. No any help for customer and no money return. All things to investigate were parcel is lost must be done by aliexpress not buyer. So aliexpress is fraud company which grabbing buyers and stolen their money. I ask to stop aliexpress business all over the world, because of criminal activity of aliexpress

AliExpress No item no refund

I ordered a product on Aliexpress. Not arrived. I opened a dispute. The seller persuaded me to order another product and he refunded the amount as he could not directly transfer it to my account. I agreed. I made another order. The seller just tells me to pay for the order. I didn't get the product or my money back. The seller pulled the time until I can't report him.

AliExpress Item not received from i'm living furnishings store aliexpress store

Item Automatically confirmed as received soon after seller shipped ? tracking number shows item actually delivered 2 weeks later than that to an address 3000klm away in Victoria and I'm in Western Australia. Unable to open dispute as already comfimed as received but tracking shows delivered 2 weeks later, Seller offered to Refund or Resend and did neither.
Trying to complain on the Website you just go around in circles with EVA.

Hello on the 12 of aug 366.67 was took out of my account on aliexpress the transaction was an authorize and I'm asking for a refund also on any information that could lead to the hackers info so I could contact the police. AliExpress Mona Lisa Mall - Non Delivery of goods

I ordered goods from this company last year...8 cushion covers in Lake Blue, costing $31.01. To be honest with you, I'd forgotten about this order, then I remembered it. By this time, the order had been closed. On 28.08/2019, Mona Lisa Mall said they'd only just found my message and said they'd resend it. They haven't, despite me messaging them many times. I can see they've read the messages, but rudely refuse to reply. I hope you can either get my order sent to me, or make sure they refund me.

AliExpress Order cancelled right after, it made not refund yet

I ordered an item with aliexpress and realised I made the order by mistake and cancled it right after it made ( few minus or hr).
Notices on order page: if seller is not respond in 24hrs, the order is refunded.
the next day I checked the order status and saw no refund process. I contact with chat robot and saw other notice saying: after 72hrs, if seller has no response, the order is refunded.
I contacted live agent and was told they need seller aproval, because order is processing. This is not right. when customer makes order, it only takes few minus or hr the oder is automatic goes to process for shipping ( this is the system process. tracking is not yet made, item is not sent...) even without seller acknowlage. I mean nothig is processing pysical yet. In my opinion, the refund should be happened right away.
3 days later, I checked the order again and saw it was the same, no refund yet. Live agent told me they will help and talk with their manager. agent told me the order will be refung by end of the day. the next day I checked, still no refund process yet. I contacted live agent again (4 days passed), She said she put request for manager to refund without seller approval.
few minus later I got email from aliexpress said they need seller approval for reason they canceled or not able to ship and I should wait a week... This is not right, {I cancled order, not seller...)
I went back to ask live agent, and she told me to wait 48Hrs.
Does aliexpress are trying to hold customers money for as long as they can or event trying not to refund?

AliExpress Fraudulent seller jewelry

I must say that the experience was terrible, first the seller told me that the complete package would not arrive, that articles would be missing, then the package never arrived, but it was reported that it had been delivered, when I informed to the seller about this and asked for information to fill out the forms to the post office the seller refused to give the information, it happens that I was informed by the offices that some sellers give you the shipping number of another order in the same city and so when you reach the other person, it is reported that it was received, it is a type of fraud that I had already heard about but had never experienced, of course aliexpres will not help you because the article is reported as delivered

They never wanted to give information beyond the number of shipments to stop the search for the package.

AliExpress Unethical behaviour

I have ordered via Aliexpress 400 face masks with GF Healthy Life Store. They only delivered 40. I opened a dispute with Aliexpress and the company promised to open a new order to deliver the missing 360 items for free. The dispute was closed. They however cancelled the free order and deleted the chat history. I am left with a loss of Euro 500, -!

Dispute History With AliExpress,

Dispute Reason:

Purchase Protection is running out, but package is still in transit

3 months not yet get my order I order it at 2020/04/01

Order was confiscated by customs and a violation ticket was issued for me. The reason is that the seller wrote in the product description, TWO WATCHES WITH CAMERA, which is prohibited in Saudi Arabia. I did not order two watches with a camera. I need Amazon to refund the payment from the seller to my account or to contact the Saudi customs to lift the violation for me and send my order to me.

3 months not yet get my order I order it at 2020/04/01 The Saudi Customs informed me that AliExpress should finish the customs clearance of order, and I can't do it myself as an individual. So please, AliExpress Administration should complete the customs clearance or return the order to the seller and return my money.

I went to local customs office and they confirmed I cannot clear shipment. And that there is no tax to be payed because the shipment was confiscated. Seller put wrong product description. That is why they want Amazon (shipper) to clear shipment. Attached my information

I have already requested this information from them. Now we have an international holiday (Eid Al-Adha), official offices are closed and will resume work 10-08 Aug-2020. Please give me time until then.

AliExpress Charging my card and still requesting a payment

They have taken the payment from my card but they are still requesting a payment and I was charged twice for the same item. I have received emails confirming the orders/payment. Yet on my account its saying I have to make the payments. Can't get any help at ALL. My money has been taken and now that you have it there is no customer after care, I feel like I have been virtual robbed!
