AliExpressoutstanding order and no feedback from the seller

I ordered a pair of ladies high heels on the 17 July 2017 with the seller (Walk life XM Store) order number [protected]. When i contacted the seller 60 days (September 2017) after the transaction date, they told me they order was shipped and might still be on the way. A month later (October 2017) when i inquired, i was told they have laid a compliant with the logistics company. Its November and i am still waiting for feedback.

The tracking order number given was RF809308643CN with the China Post Registered Air Mail.

I would like to get the shoes ordered and if not possible, the refund would do.
