AliExpress No customers protection against fraudulent vendors

For order : 8118817836425031
For the product "2020 Chinese Shaolin Analgesic Cream Suitable For Rheumatoid Arthritis/ ZB Joint Pain/ Back Pain Relief Analgesic Balm Ointment", cost per piece about 1.50 EUR, vendor ZB Medicament Store I was charged with the amount of 65 EUR!

It was owful experience for me!
They stole my money!

It was unbelievable how Aliexpress protects stealers like ZB Medicament Store. They stole 65 euros for shipping method that I never chose!
I'm disgusted from their customer support!
They basically have no human customer support!

AliExpress Product not received

I ordered three phone cases from ALi express in August. They were due to arrive in October. However, when I want to track these items, Ali Express wont let me login. It always gives me an error message. This has been happening for past 3 weeks now. I have seen numerous other same sort of complaints against Ali Express and this seems to be on-going.

AliExpress Cancellation refund

I made a purchase of a item from a store on the site, I then realized that it was the wrong product which I order. I immediately cancelled the order, but I have not received my refund. I contacted the seller, they said they refunded the money, but I am still not seeing the refund & now the seller is not replying to my messages.

AliExpress Mars hydro customer service

Hello,

On September 19th I purchased the TS 600 LED light on Ali Express.
When I received it I realized it was labeled as 110 volts. I live in Thailand where the house hold voltage is 220 volts. The same as all of SE Asia.

When I contacted the agent he suggested I get a transformer (110 v to 220 v)
After over a week I received one and tried it. After 20 minutes the main breaker in my house tripped and the transformer was too hot to touch.
I asked for him to exchange the 110 v for the correct 220 v.
The agent then suggested they will send me a correct one if I pay half?
I refuse.
All I'm asking for is to trade the light I was sent. It is brand new in the original box with all the accessories. I have the original receipt.

AliExpress Redragon gaming keyboard k502

On the 23/04/2020, I have made a purchase of a keyboard, from the SPRINGTECH Store of AliExpress, and arrived at my adress on the 17/07/2020, but, my local post office wanted me to pay a fee for me to receive the keyboard, I refused to pay the fee and the keyboard was sent back to the seller with the same tracking number that the seller provided at first, which is, LT035898972NL, I messaged the seller, letting him know the keyboard was sent back with the same tracking number, and explained to him, if the costumhouse catches an item purchased online out of the Europe, and this is randomly, of a value 22€ or more, it will suffer a tax for the client, if he wants to receive it, the client must pay the tax, but if the client refuses to pay, the item that was purchased, will be sent back to the seller, which was sent back to the seller as an international expedition on the 31/07/2020.
I then asked if I could receive a refund, which the seller replyed, they will refund me if I apply for a refund, I then aplyed for the refund and let them know, this is where the problems start happening, the seller started lying to me saying they already got a refund, I didnt understand what he meant by that and I asked him, if he did refund me, because there werent any recent refunds on my PayPal account, he then showed me a screenshot that said, a refund will be received in 3-20 business days, I waited patiently and asked the seller after the 20 business days about the refund, they then reply to me saying, "We agreed to refund the money, but the reason for your dispute was not clear. The platform team handled the case." I kept asking if the keyboard arrived to them at all or not, where they reply the keyboard arrived at my country, I explain to them, again, that the keyboard was refused by me because I refused to pay the fee and it was sent back to the seller.
I kept asking if the keyboard as finally arrived so I can get my refund back, and to check with their local post office, their reply was, "Ok, there is no reply from the logistics provider. We will let you know if there is any news." This is where they start to ghost me, there was never any reply or news from them after, 2 months have passed since the keyboard was sent back and I was getting impatient, the seller started to read my messages with no reply back at all, and when he replyed, he kept saying to check with my local post office to retrieve the keyboard!? I thought, this guys is a scammer, I asked for a refund at that instat, the seller response was "Sorry, friend, you have to apply for a refund yourself", I applyed for a refund months ago and I have never seen it on my PayPal account, after that, he ghosts me, he doesnt reply to a single message I send to him, reads all the messages but doesnt reply back ever.

AliExpress Service

I am hereby to register a coplain against your services in Pakistan. As many of AliExpress respective customers dono receive their orders 90% of the time it ends up refunding money. That refunding of money effects shopkeepers for poor rating awarded by customer, respective customers get upset and sometimes get less paid than original product amount because of currency exchange rates.
In this situation both customer and shopkeepers has to face music. Plus it effects reputation of AliExpress as well no doubts. Mostly work is properly maintained of delivery till it gets out of country but issues need to be resolved in Pakistan as no tracks of products may be custom department is not holding on to their services or carrier. AliExpress has to resolve these issues till customer end in Pakistan as well. This is serious issue I request AliExpress to please look at this problem resolve issues in Pakistan if they need to maintain their reputation in Heart of Pakistan customers otherwise it may lead to no AliExpress service user at all in Pakistan I wish that time never comes

I have received completly destroyed goods. The courier did not contact me before delivering the parcel, there was nobody at home, but he did not leave an advice note, but threw the parcel over the fence onto the property. The dog completely destroyed the packaging and contents. I could add many photos but possible is 5 MB

I've made an order to purchase the four IP cameras on september 22 or 23 and my account was debitted on september 24
Visa 499011xxxxxx4413 amount: -125.89€ from www.aliexpress.
My problem is that I've never received the cameras and that the order is not visible on my aliexpress personal account (andre.[protected]@orange.fr). It indicates that no order has been issued.
I'd like to know what happens. Did the SZTPWIN company send me the purchase?
If not, I would like to be reimbursed as soon as possible.

Order time: 09:49 Jul. 12 2020, the order was sent out to the china sea port and I was sent the b/l number for tracking it, but was not put on the ship as the shipping company coscos refused it because it had got battery's on the scooter and they cannot transport batterys`s, no one told us this until I waited 4 weeks when the ship arrived in the uk port only to find out the mobility scooter was not on the ship, the seller told me we had to put it on another ship, so now I had to wait another 4 weeks, the mobility scooter as now arrived at Felixstowe shipping port UK. I ask the seller to send me the B/L number for tracking it, they sent me the details so I contacted my shipping agent Brunel shipping london to let them know, Brunel shipping sent me emails to let me know they will be taking over the cargo and get it through customs and deliver it to my home, then they sent me all the invoices that had to be paid before they could proceed with the order, when I got all the invoices I ask them to check if that was wright, yes they say but they did tell me they will be checking up on the invoice from the china shipping agent that was for £466.77 as they could not work out what the charges was for, my invoices are > £466.77 china shipping £231. my broker fees for import and delivery, this is ok and no problem with this, £112.35 for VAT import (we will be claiming this back as we are disabled and do not pay VAT for goods that are for disabled use only) £25 for use of deferment. TOTAL= £835.12 paid in full on the 7/10/2020 please see all attachments invoices, we are looking to claim back the £466.77 that we was not told about or what this is for.

AliExpress Kads official store

I've made an order on 25/05/2020 for KADS stamping polish, Order No is 8014607460936394 and I haven't received my order after 3 months, I didn't realize my order had passed protection time but the seller didn't extend protection time so that I could open a dispute after not receiving my order. i have been contacted seller for a refund, seller offered to resend products to me. I said what happen if they get lost again and seller changed his/her mind to ask my Paypal account . 2 days later, seller change his/her mind again to offer me other products instead of my KADS stamping polish (seller said: because they are liquid, it takes long time to get to Australia).
I told seller I don't accept that offer, I need a refund. I don't want to wait another 2 or 3 more months for this, nearly 6 months for 1 order. They gave me a link to get my money back but its hopeless. I have been trying to contact Help Centre but its completely useless service, it's an online chatting service, I told them what the problem is and they said I would receive a refund in 10 business days but I haven't received anything until now 9/10/2020. I tried to contact seller again but they seemed not to pay me at all. I lost AUD 68.53 FOR THIS ORDER

Recieved the order have made contact with seller waste of time. seals leak on item when in water as shown on photo. The unit is not magnetic, the remote will not operate in quarter of a metre of water( 9 inches ) not 2 metres as quoted Not impressed with this seller.
Have tried to make a complaint to alixpress without success, will not except my photo.

I ordered for 3 dresses from IceCream Store on the 18th june 2020 with order number [protected] and paid for it, they gave me a tracking number RB981592376SG after tracking the dresses I was told at the local Post Office that the tracking number was wrong and that i should tell IceCream store to give me the correct tracking number because the one there does have my name on it and since 18-08-2020 i have been contacting this store for them to give me the right tracking number to no avail...I open a dispute i received a message that they will refund which they have not ... now they are saying dispute is finished but i have still not receive my refund or the dresses...I paid $28.03 for the items.

AliExpress Refund

I bought an a5 folder and it arrived damaged I asked for a refund I provided evidence, it was meant to be a birthday present but it's bent due to bad packaging, it's cardboard and should have been protected but was put in a bag. You gave me £0.70 refund out of £10 how did you work this out? It's damaged!
I'm getting a lot of this bad packaging, mostly I don't care but, firstly it was expensive, secondly it was a present.
Send me a returns label and I will gladly return it.
Please explain.

definitely a scam company, I am in the same situation, however they created a fake tracking site so it says I signed for my package, but I did not. All the other tracking sites say not found, but the site they give me says I signed for it. Show me the proof that I signed. So now fighting with Aliexpress, if not next step is paypal.

I got defective smart phone from UMIDIGI Official Store and opened dispute. The seller agrees that I return it for a refund. I tried to send it, but shipping cost is too expensive from US to China and I asked to keep it for some refund. As I waited for an answer my case was closed with reason:"buyer send goods time out".
But seller agrees to accept goods back and provided me with address. Third month started since I shipped the phone back: tracking number: UH025787827US still shows that the parcel is in transit, but the seller got it. I have a message that confirms that. But I can not get a refund. After received goods the seller stopped to communicate with me.
My appeal was rejected with reason:"Parcel still in transit and the seller not confirm that goods are received". They ignore my screenshot that seller received the goods. And also he not reported to AliExpress that he received the goods. And that the seller ignores me and not answered on my messages.
After that three times I asked customer service to help me, but I not got any answers.

AliExpress bad communication re returns/refund/instruction

Before I begin, I believe the 'seller' to just be a chancer.
SO, my actual gripe is actually with Ali Express in doing a minimum to keep their own [censored] covered without due considerarion to myself. And for their not keeping me fully informed and intructed, and costing me mosre money than I spent via THEIR service.

It seems like a combination of sellers exploiting holes in AliExpress's 'regulations', and also AliExpress instead of having genuine regulations or guidelines just having a lip service to keep their [censored] covered.

Further, I am being provided with NO informations beyond (return items) with NO instruction on HOW to do this properly and in compiance with their possible rules so that I don't lose cover. BUT NO communication being offered by them nor the seller on the matter.
On top of which it appears I am responsible for PAYING for the return of sub-standard items?
Seller, - at least to look good - has agreed on refund if items are returned, but appears to be depending on wasting time till the time limit is up, relying on loop-holes, and the fact I have to pay for the return.
Aliexpress uninterested in providing me with details of the courier THEY suggested I used, who had originally delivered the items. And does not appear to be ANY links to the courier services or details of how to go about it.
They merely cover their [censored] by saying 'you must return items by same courier' or words that that effect, then they vinish again, and you're left wondering 'YES! BUT HOW!?!?'
Certainly no one has provided me with such. SO I guess they have fallen into a practice of stringing customers along till the time for refund is over.
I SHOULD, I believe, have had this sorted, done and dusted, without ANY expense to myself first day I recieved items? BUt no, it is almost two weeks later, and being ignored by either.

Aliexpress said after their 'dispute' process had ended, they would;
A) inform me if I had won, and let me know what to do next.
B) intruct me what to do next.
C) And depite my NEVER having told them I had already returned the items, they seem to belive in their system that I have sent them off. IMPOSSIBLE without the info I have been asking them for for WELL OVER a week.

And I have absolutely NO means of communicating with them but to an expensive phone line in China. Or talking to their robot Eva, who is absolutely RUBBISH! And just wastes your time.

Deatils of the items are as follows;
Evidence provided: screen shots of my winning the 'dispute'.

My issue?
A: aliexpress protocol is INADEQUTE in how they advise on returns and refunds, especially with regards making arrangements with the courier company. They just tell you 'you have won', return item! And no way to actually REALLY communicate with them.

B: Seller convieniently ignoring me to waste the 20 to 30 odd days I have to return the items, even when I ask them for advice... NOTHING!

C: the only communications offered by Ali is an apparent 'help-bot' called 'Eva, who is absolutely RUBBISH and offers wrong multiple choices, and actually just seems like a tool to drive customers away froim complaining or getting preoblems fixed.

D: Ali express phone number is in China, and too expensive to call, apart from the likelihood of time i'd waste getting througyh to the right departments of a culture who may not understand my Scottish accent at all!

It is almost like their system is designed to ignore and sideline folk with issues, while the seller wastes time and takes advantage of it all.

Expected result?
A: give me EXACT instructions on returning items including HOW to get the couriers attention as I cannot find a live means of contacting Hermes, who I THINK made the original delivery.
B: I DO NOT expect to pay for the return! Especially with all the sweat and time I have lost with this irritaingly annoying issue.
C: And that this shall be done within the 26 days I have left to get the item back to them.

D: NEVER to use Ali again

I have very limited time here today. SO PLEASE Do not hesitate to ask me for furtyher info. And any advice needed. Many thanks, Paul

In Canada, when a package arrives in your name, you get notified by courier to come and pick it up. Never notified, never received.
Appeal of AliExpress judgement refused as well:
