AliExpress Complaint against aliexpress

On 9th april 2020. I placed a order on aliexpress and transfered the payment the payment.

After 3-4 days i received a msg from seller that they don't have this product in stock so you cancel your order but i refused to cancel my order.

On 17th April i received an email from Aliexpress that my order was dispatched and provide me tracking number.

Next day I received a msg from seller that they didn't dispatched the order and the tracking number is fake. Again asking me cancel order and go for refund.

On 29th April 2020 Aliexpress ended the dispute without my permission and inform me you will get your refund.

Aliexpress and their seller are making buyer fool.

AliExpress Scam! Bait and switch advertised product

Customized Guitar Store # 5194025 (Shanghai Rematch Music Instrument co./Yiwu Skyline Musical Instrument Co.) shows one resonator guitar (Jonathan 1711EF) in pictures on their aliexpress site and when you order they want to give you an inferior guitar. I believe they are selling factory seconds and defective guitars on Aliexpress and shipping the good guitars to Saga Musical Instruments in America under the Regal brand. When I caught them scamming me their sales person (Sally) got abusive and used bad words. Does Aliexpress condone this?

I was in the process of ordering a dough mixer from Siwhen Hy Store # 3255010 for $315.us with free shipping via DHL to Cambodia. (on the Aliexpress site) The company came back and raised the price to $415. saying the shipping via DHL whet up in price. What a scam! I just had a $500, guitar shipped to me in Cambodia via DHL and the shipping price never changed due to the Chinese virus.

AliExpress item not as described/return shipping

The seller advertised these masks as "stopping pollution and dust". When I received them I discovered they were made of a very light, very porous material that doesn't stop either pollution OR dust. They stink of burnt rubber, and the so-called "filters" arent even glued on properly, and are half of the masks when received. I opened a dispute. Aliexpress wants to ship with tracking. That costs $145 from Canada. Item costs $75. Now, there are a few issues here: 1) I want a refund because these items are fake, dangerous, not as advertised and falling apart. NOT because I " don't like them". The seller should be responsible for return shipping if he is selling fake items
2) WHY would I pay more in return shipping? You are basically charging me to return the items. 3) The seller has removed the page he was selling them from. Proof he knew/knows they were fake and garbage. 4) When contacted, the seller either doesn't respond or sends a series of question marks in answer
5) selling fake masks in a time of covid is not only immoral, it is illegal. Because the seller removed the page to prevent ALiexpress from being able to intervene, I'm sending the general sales page I have. it is the black face masks, just below the scratch art.

AliExpress I paid for orders and I can't track them in my account

I ordered few products of Rosalind gel polish and a refurbished cellphone Sony Xperia Z5, I paid for them and my bank statement shows that indeed I habe paid but I cannot track them in my account. I tried to retrieve then using my debit card but they cannot be retrieved.

My first 6 bank numbers are 402104 and the last 4 are 5425.

Please please help me to retrieve my orders and send me all the details to my email address [protected]@gmail.com

The same thing happened to me. Order payed, money gone and no order in my account. Communication impossible without order-ID, which obviously I do not have. Looks as if they're doing this on a regular basis. I don't think this is a coincidence. I think they are stealing from thousands of people...These people should be taken to court of you ask me.

AliExpress When will I receive my order.

On the 20th January 2020 at 21.04 PM I ordered a 1/2 shank wood cutter Router Bit 45 degree from NK Labware & Factory Store. It is now 25th March 2020 and I have not heard or received any thing from them.
Find out where the order has been lost and when I will receive it. $24.02 has been paid through Paypal.

AliExpress delay the shipment more than 6 days inside saudi arabia

To the ali express administration,
I am very happy to buy through your website and am also grateful for your high-end dealings, but I find a big problem with the delivery company naqel you deal with here in saudi arabia.
The problem is the delay in delivering the shipment.
When the shipment arrives from china to saudi arabia, it will take six days to reach me from inside saudi arabia by naqel company. This makes me not to deal with you in the future because of the notorious naqel carrier company

AliExpress I was Charged for the Order but the order never appeared into my account!

I placed an order on March 5. 2020 and got the order number [protected] via a verification mail of transaction. I got charged for this order but when i got back into my account 10 Days after, to chek tracking, there was no order on my acount. Didn't receive any e-mail from Aliexpress and when I contact the seller they said they didn't have any order from me. I tried to contact Aliexpress but Eva ( automated customer service) couldn't help at all, I tried to reach for Live Chat with a Human but still nothing. Verification came through this mail adress : AliExpress
Desirable solution : Completion of the order first, if not possible get a refund.

AliExpress Unit does not work and seller will not replace

Order [protected] for a KINCO Automatic battery charger.

This unit stopped working within two weeks after it arrived.

I have been in touch with the supplier and they say it has to be repaired at my expense and they will not replace it or refund my money.

I am an electronic Engineer and this has a faulty circuit design and will always go faulty.

Can you arrange a refund of my money for this defective charger please

AliExpress Drill Press Vice

Orderded drill press vice order #[protected] . Received package tracking # LW535666005CN. Opened package to find heated mirror #SKU387432-[protected] PCK also listed as XSA-001 LH which stands for left hand. Entered a dispute sending photos of packaging but not mirror itself because the photo of the mirror was over 2 mega bites and would not transmit. Received a reply that dispute was denied because they did not have a picture of mirror to compare with the vice. I will submit photos of each tomorrow but they should already know this from the SKU #. The other problem is that after waiting for shipment that I be given 3 days to resubmit evidence.

AliExpress Doogee s90 phone

Hello,
My problem is about doogee s90 . As you know international phone warranty is 1 year. I'm suffering to get my guarantee claim for 6 months. Every time that I contact aliexpress system misleading me. I got my refund as compensation but I just want my right not compensation. Some of help center workers says me I got full refund but I paid 275usd (65usd via my credit card, 210usd aliexpress pocket). 65usd refunded as compensation but as the attachment you can see the phone is useless. It seems I paid 210usd for nothing. Most of workers quit conversation because of they couldn't understand this payment method.
As you can see I'm suffering for 6 months.
I suggest you to don't buy phone on aliexpress.

AliExpress Aliexpress took money, but never sent goods

The tracking number RU500503165HK provided to me does not contain any tracking information except - "Shipment canceled."

The store did not reply to any of my messages.

I tried to open a dispute, but the site threw an error every time I tried.

I repeatedly contacted the support service via chat and survey - no help was provided to me, only empty promises of compensation.

I spent $ 28.95 and a lot of time talking with support in an empty - I received nothing - neither goods, nor a refund, Aliexpress appropriated my money.

The seller destroyed my wedding plan and AliExpress is not responding
Before I placed the wedding dress order I confirmed with the seller about the wedding date and I followed up with him during the time, I placed the order on 16/1/2020 and made them aware the wedding date will be on 8/3/2020, they promised to send the wedding dress before the date, I send them many messages during the time and the replied every time don't worry, don't worry.
I had an argument with my girl about ordering from China and we stopped the wedding because there is no wedding dress, today is 7/3/2020 and no sign from the tracking number or the shipping information.

Merchandise not received by the buyer. Aliexpress was unable to provide a valid tracking number for the postal office of United States. Without that number it is impossible to start a dispute with the United States Postal Office.
I requested full refund of my purchase. Aliexpress is trying to keep the money and don't refund it. This is very easy solution of Aliexpress and to loose a customer of several years.

AliExpress Refund (Order Not Received)

01. I brought this From Alliexpress and due to some issue my Custom returned this parcel to it's original sender.
Now I don't receive this product and my account deactivated by aliexpress,
So due to deactivation of account I am not able to open dispute & not able to claim my refund.

02. Also, I made several requests to Customer Service for my account activation and refund.
But no reply getting from Alliexpress. Since last 15 days I have been taking to Customer Service
and they always tell me wait for 2-5 days and I am waiting but no reply getting from alliexpress.
Now I feel like they all are made this fraud to me.
My very last communication they provide me below case ID to follow up.

The seller did not send my item in the 60 day buyer protection period. Then he extended the period by 20 days, I still did not get my product. I opened a dispute but he closed it. I never clicked "Confirm Order Received" but somehow the order is finished. Now I am asking for a refund but he is not giving my money back. I cannot contact Aliexpress anymore because the order is finished. The seller is only saying that he will send product again, which I don't want.

I purchased some goods late last night, paid for the goods and all seemed fine. today i realised i needed other bits so logged on and ordered and paid for these.
Now when i log into my account i can only see the items i purchased today, my bank shows i paid for the 1st lot of goods so where have they gone, why can i not see them in my account ?
Have you just taken my money and run away with it ?
I will NEVER be using you again if this is not resolved.
