AliExpress Lvron

I ordered a watch by mistake and immediately cancelled it. It was charged to my card and have yet to see a refund. Not even a response! Nobody is speaking with me or attempting to give me my money back. These people are going out of there way to ignore me and give me an automated response when I try to submit my complaint. I really hate to go back to wish but at least they will respond very quickly. These people at AliExpress are unprofessional and need to be dealt with. I would say they were dragging their feet and taking their time but they are to lazy to even look at my account or even give a damn about my issue. I need my voice to be heard. Their refund policy is a joke! So much hassle for a one second mistake of ordering from that pathetic website! For shame

AliExpress lithium batteries

Dear Sir / Madam. We ordered 2 x 12V 200Ah Lithium li ion batteries pack built-in BMS for solar system/electric boat/energy storage system/RV/solar panel+charger
(Lori Law) Shenzhen GTKPower batteries Company Store in April & received them approx. early June. They were ordered for a campervan which was completed in late October 2019. The campervan was completed and was sent to an Auto Electrician to wire up the batteries plus the all the electrical system. The Auto Electrician contacted me to say the batteries will not hold a charge. I have had them tested by 3 of the largest lithium battery suppliers in Queensland and every time I get the same answer and was told they are not 200 AH batteries because there testing say they are around 70 AH plus the BMS ( battery management system) is faulty. There weight is half that of a genuine 200AH battery. I have been in communication with the supplier since last November but nothing has come of it so at the moment plus I have needed to fit 135 AH gel batteries($700) in the van so I can use it which do not perform but I cannot afford to buy more lithium batteries . I'm in my seventies and this a huge stress on my wife and myself so please help us. Regards Stuart Ellick

AliExpress order 3002807746769124 out of stock but no money back!

Hello,
on January 27, I ordered sofa covers from the "TVPP store" order number: 3002807746769124 .
The covers are not sent, I wrote to them via the Aliexpress messaging system. They replied to cancel my order. What I did (cancellation for lack of stock).
I had been charged on my credit card for 26.40 euros! Not receiving this return amount, I wrote to the seller again who did not answer me and did not even bother to read the messages. It is written "unread" in the mailbox.
Where is my money? At Aliexpress or at the fraudulent seller?
Can you inquire about this order.
I just want a refund for the item that was never sent!

AliExpress delay in shipping and delivery

I have made an order on Ali express on 14 of January, till now i don't have any updates and the seller is nor responding.

I understand there is being a holiday-Chinese New year but it is ended almost 10 days ago.

I have made an order while they run the sale and discounts. Why do you run promotions if you can't then ship on-time.

When i made an order it was mentioned that my goods will be delivered 10-25 days. till today is almost a months with no feedback.

I can't open the dispute as the items are shipped, but the tracking says that the items are still in the country of origin.

I was trying to contact customer service, but no help and useless. it is just an automated response saying that i need to wait for the end of processing time. What the seller did is just extended the processing time and protection. i need to get my items ASAP and this is not helping. I won;t order anymore from China using Ali express. There are many websites like Banggood with very fast delivery.

AliExpress diamond selector ii - order number #8010286440102925

I ordered 1 item only. Payment for this product was successful on 5 February 2020 and the item purchased still has not been shipped. Order status is giving Awaiting Payment.

I made 2 attempts in making payment. The first attempt failed to go through because in the Alibaba register had expired. The second one was successful. I expected to receive a notice to advise that the item had been shipped.

Why is there a shipment delay when payment was acknowledged ?

AliExpress shoes

Dear friends of Aliexpress

I am a regular and loyal customer of Aliexpress. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the ID [protected]( £42.56)and [protected](£41.66).

I received the shoes. Very pretty shoes but they were big. I contacted the seller and we agreed to send them back so that he will resend me the shoes in size 43 EU as soon as Aliexpress confirm return of the shoes.

I sent the shoes back. Instead of resending me the shoes in 43 EU size as agreed with the seller, Aliexpress refunded me £0.01 for each pair.

I am requested ful refund please, so that I can order the same shoes in size 43 please.

AliExpress pudcoco brand cute crib cot rattles

I have ordered the rattel from seller and I was getting discount from ali express for being first time shopping. I used the discount and ordered but seller cancelled my order because I was having discount. And they don't want to sell with discount. Weired. And when again I ordered with full amount with no discount it was accepted. Is this not a cheating by seller. I recommended ali express to my friends as well but after this I told everyone not to do shopping from ali express. Because of the seller ali express is loosing its customers

AliExpress product stopped working

Bought this "order no [protected]" vpecker e1 obd2 car scanner wifi professional diagnostic tool £195 after I got the item I was having problems with it so complained about it and got part refund £39 from the seller, about 3 weeks later it stopped working, the seller told me to send it back for full refund, I did that>>>>> https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item?spm=a2g0s.imconversation.0.0.23083e5fvI3sTa#/tracking-results/RY087339761GB They have the item back now and now no communications from them, I have contacted the help on aliexpress 4 times now with a promise to sort this, they keep telling me I got my refund £39, I keep telling them I am wanting the full refund for the item I sent back "please see royal mail tracking, I keep telling them to look at all the messages I have sent to uobdmall store in my account but they tell me they cannot see them as they are not authorise to do that. I know I got my part refund £39 for when I had the item still at my address and was happy with that, but when it stopped working and sent the item back for a full refund this is what I am trying to get back but they keep thinking it is for the £39 part refund, please please can you help on this mater.

AliExpress customer service/ordering service

First of all went to live chat for support and to deal with an issue.After explaining the issue, was asked to make a screenshot of the issue, and i told them to wait a few minutes till im gonna make it, in in that time he left the chat (Rude and unprofessional)
Second time i went to live chat, "Luke" the advisor had poor English and didn`t actually resolve anything, just repeating the same thing and was hard to understand really.So i asked him to email me the management direct email to me, he confirmed that and said i will receive the information after the live chat will end, and in the next 2 hours i received an email without the stated request for the management email. (Rude by giving false information to customer)
So that`s one issue about the customer service itself, now the main issue
The main account panel with all the addresses i may contain, is required to fill in in English specifically, when trying to order an item for my friend, not myself, im allowed to freely use the delivery option to the stated address, and if i choose the Self-Pick up option it states that i need to change the receivers name into Russian, but when you press "OK" and fill in the name In Russian it doesn`t accept it, stating to do it as in the example in English, which doesn`t work as well and isn`t accepted. So that`s one of the main issues, that the system doesn`t work properly for the Self-Pick up option. Futher more when you asked to change the name into Russian, besides the name, they are asking to fill in sensitive private information(ID information) which is unacceptable, since im purchasing it from my account where they already got my personal information, and asking me clearly sending an item to another person, for this persons sensitive information, which is totally unacceptable ! Since how would i manage to obtain another persons ID information, and how would that be legal? So this is totally not safe and very doubt the fact if it`s legal on Aliexpress behalf, to ask a customer to provide a totally random persons sensitive information!
That`s about it for now, i wanna hear an answer on this issues as soon as possible

AliExpress fake payment

i thought that i had placed an order on aliexpress,
the amount of 36, 35 was taken from my bank account, under the name of PPRO Financial LTD,
account number IBAN.BE44735045712145
There is no history in my Aliexpress login of any order being placed.
After hunting online, I have now read of many other people being scammed in this way, also thinking they are ordering from ALIEXPRESS, and also paying their money into the same bank account as I did.
Please take action on these people hacking your account.
I will not order again from aliexpress, I have just lost a hard earned 35e

AliExpress 2019 new outdoor men running for men jogging walking sports shoes

Hi there.
I have bought a pair of running shoes from this store aliexpress. Seller shop name >senta official store.
I have not received my item.
My address is 12 arran Avenue deans south. The seller has only used deans south as an address for me. Soo when the item arrived at local post office, they returned it instantly. Here is the tracking number. GV037735844GB.
If you look the tracking up it clearly states it been returned but some how Ali express system thinks it's has been delivered. Aliexpress think there system is full proof and nothing can ever go wrong with there system when it clearly has. I have spoke with a number of agents at customer service for Ali express and they were not help full. I have tried contacting seller but he will not respond. My local post office will not give me any sort of evidence to say it has been returned because the tracking shows it has not been delivered. I have been at this for few months now and getting nowhere at all. Ali express is not helping as there process they have in place on very very poor. Ali express customer service don't even have the tools to share the knowledge with the team as everytime I contact aliexpress I have to explain everything to them.

I could not open a dispute because there is no option to open a dispute under item not received as the system thinks it has been received when it impossible for me to have received my item due to address being wrong. Soo I could only open dispute under item received but not as described.

Can you see my frustration here ?

This is really poor service and caused me nothing but stress. All I want is my money back and will next use Ali expires again.

I have already stoped all my business from Ali express for this reason. I use to drop ship but now stoped using aliexpress due to this issue. Of this is how hard it is to get my money back then it's not a good company to work with. Order id [protected]

Poorly packaged, broken piece and doesn't work. It even damaged the rbg lights of my mouse and two usb pens when plugged in. Wanna have the full refund of the product, 7, 14€ (seven euros and fourteen cents).
Will never buy anything from this shop again. First time anything like this happened to me on this site and I've bought a lot of things now, hope iy doesn't happen again.

AliExpress [protected] digital thermoregulator

I ordered a digital thermostat and received the article with an instruction sheet in Chinese. I cannot read Chinese, and without readable instructions the gadget is useless, to me it is money wasted. Can you please contact the seller to supply me with an instruction sheet in English?
The thermostat comes with 12 contact points and I have no w ay of knowing what I should connect to what to make it work.

I ordered a package of the mentioned product but only one watch came. I ordered it with my friends account so you may not find it with my email. I request from you to send the other watch that is missing in the package or return the money from the mentioned order. I believe that if you llok into it you will find the problem. I was satissfied with my previous order and i plan to order again and i believe that it isnt a problem that tells about the seriousity of the website but rather a honest mistake from workers. The store I have to complain about is "New exotic store". After waiting 3 months for the product, it arrived to Slovenia precisely when I was on christmas vacations so the post office send it back to the seller. I do not want a refund I want the product back because I need it. I tried to make contact with the store but they do not reply. I would like to talk with them because the purchase is really important.

AliExpress aliexpress stepping in to resolve dispute incorrectly

My package was not delivered. Wrongly, as evident from the tracking information, Aliexpress stated that the item was indeed delivered and turned my refund request down.

I have included screenprints from order, order detail and tracking (consistent with order detail).

Can we agree that when an item is in an International Mail Centre the status must be not_delivered and that is for seller to resolve?

I did contact the Dutch postal service. They do not have the iten in their system. I am unable to pick it up.

I would expect more thorough analysis from Aliexpress before deciding on a dispute. Just reading the tracking details would have been enough.

AliExpress purchase

Purchased clothing item was sent to another state after paying. No refund yet to be seen. AliExpress needs to band this store from their list. I contacted customer service through chat nothing resolved with the store online. Complaints are all the same item shipped somewhere else's or item is cheaply made. This store have over 1000 + negative reviews and showed be removed from AliExpress.
