AliExpress Multiple unauthorized charges

I made one purchase from JGMaker and it was processed through Aliexpress and paid for using Paypal, now I have 4 charges on my Debit Card from Aliexpress on 11/13, 11/14, 11/19, 11/21 for $ 3.70 each that I did not authorize, and back on 9/4 was charged $ 93.88 for something I did not order . On 27.08.21 I ordered a yoga mat for 34.65 usd (order [protected]). It arrived on 04.11.2021 damaged and ripped. I opened a dispute asking for refund and returning the item if seller covers return shipping. Aliexpress offered me 6 usd partial refund which I refused as I wished full money refund. The seller contacted mme and said no return needed, to keep it, and refunded me 6 usd and dispute was finished. But this is not what I wanted! I contacted customer service several time and every time they answer:

"From the dispute, as the goods still have certain value, we can only give you partial refund as option 1, hope you can understand. ( buyer couldn't provide further effective evidence, we could not raise the refund rate.)We sincerely feel sorry that you did not choose the solution: return the goods for full refund.

【Suggestion】:Now the payment has been released. The best solution for you is to contact seller and get a new solution, We highly recommend you could communicate with seller regarding your return or refund. Your kind understanding will be appreciated."

This is reficulous! They don't want to take responsibility!

AliExpress I get a wrong product and I send the product back, but didn't receive my refund c$546.45.

On April 28, 2021, I ordered from AliExpress a multimedia car DVD (Order ID: 8130633328575977, Store name: Jeta Industrial Ltd. Store) for C$546.45 and pay for it with my Visa Card. A seller tries to change my order for less expensive (without changing a selling price) and obsolete product. I rejected his offer and make clear statement: I would like to get original product, no replacements. When I received a package from the AliExpress, I found the seller send to me cheaper and obsolete product. I contact the seller try AliExpress "Message Center" and let him know I will send the product back. I did not receive any required information: free tracking number, package label, address. AliExpress hat 3 days return policy. At the end of third day, I send the product back by Canada Post and pay C$132.86 post fees. As return address I used address of origin on a product package box. Canada post Tracking number is: CC226223527CA. When I pass this information to the seller, he immediately provided to me a free tracking number, package label and address and accused myself then I send a product to the wrong address (origin address on the product package was fake). I contacted with a Canada Post (service ticket: 141964660) and based on current situation Canada Post promise to send the package back to me.
After I recieved a product back on October 6, 2021 I send it to the return address indicated on the dispute page and on October 13 the product was delivered (see attached conformation).
Please help me to get refund based on follow evidences:
- The seller knew then I will not be accepting any replacement for the originally ordered product (see our e-mails chain)
- The replacement product was cheaper as originally ordered product and any refund was offered from the seller
- The seller doesn't want to get the replacement product back and provided fake return address on a package box (see evidence on the dispute page).
- The seller didn't provide a free tracking number and a package label. I had no choices and after 3 days send it back using return address on the package box. After I let the seller know, then I send the product back using return address on the package box, the seller start make circus then I send the package to the wrong address and provided useless for me, in this situation, free tracking number and the packaging label (see e-mails chain).
- I contact a Canada Post and ask to return a package back to me and when I recieved it I send it to the return address provided by Aliexpress and the product was delivered on October 13, 2021

Desired outcome: I expecting to recieve my full refund of C$546.45.

AliExpress Tried parcels from aliexpress are lost. But according to trucking number it says it was delivered I didn’t get anything

I open files for this cases : [protected] and [protected].
Two parcels from AliExpress are missing even it says it was delivered by November 5th.
But I didn't get anything.
Trucking numbers are LX812785149CN and LX812744498CN.
Canada Post office check their place and they didn't have anything.
Please help me! It's very important because it was dresses for customers.

I send the seller message on 20/09 (in 'messages Center' on aliexpress website)- "the product not working so pls send me another one free". he made me push on the link to pay him more 0.64 $ to get another one, and he don't want to give me the money back. so now I want my 0.64 back and even more for the energy and time that I put into that case and for trying to deceive me

Nine fraudulent charges posted to my account over the weekend. It's your responsibility to verify the identity of your customers. Yours entirely. Please let me know what your procedures are to resolve this type of problem asap.
So as I tried to post this complaint I had a pop-up telling me it was too short to attract attention. Rather than posing all of my personal info, why don't you return my VM I left this morning. And please explain you ID verification procedures and how you will resolve this problem. Thank you.

The buttons on the instrument are also in Chinese. haby suggests me to translate the manual. I cannot translate the manual that is in Chinese. Hence, I cannot use this instrument. AliExpress Jewellery

I have ordered a jewellery set and the ring from it was too big, I have requested an exchange however they asked me to send the items back for a refund.

I have followed the return rules, printed the label and dropped it at the parcel collection point.

However the courier has failed to scan the item and according to them the items got lost in transit, and therefore never reached the warehouse.

Parcel Point the shipping company has advised to get back in touch with Aliexpress regarding a refund. However they have refused providing it. Now I don't have a product and I don't have my money which is $100!

This is clearly not my fault and I am sure Aliexpress can claim this back from the courier unlike me.

We have not received our batteries, and when we filed a grievance, your company marked it as completed. This is not the case. So far the seller has not provided useable information as to where our product is for us, just under 400.00 U.S. is a LOT of money. We wish a refund otherwise we will not use Ali express again.

If you go to battery 18650 store, they have nothing for sale. We believe they are a sham company

AliExpress Shop0903 store - product not received and no refund issued.

On July 29, 2021, I ordered two items in the total amount of C$13.26 from this seller which did not arrive. When I went online to check on the status, there was information stating that the items were delivered and the order closed. I sent a message to the seller stating these were not delivered and received a response that the items were contained in a combined order and I was was advised to contact the logistics provider. Tracking shows this was China Post.

I did receive a combined order from China Post with a number of items but the the two items ordered from Shop0903 were not in the package. I contacted the seller again advising that these items were not in the combined package and since the items previously ordered are no longer available from their shop, I asked for a refund. I have requested a refund a number of times, but they keep suggesting I contact the logistics provider which I assume is China Post. Since I did receive a package through China Post, I fail to see how contacting them would help.

I would like to receive my refund. In past, when items have gone missing I had no problem obtaining a refund. Please advise what my next steps should be this issue is not getting resolved.
