am complaining about item I bought that was not delivered to me.
A couple of weeks ago I bought sneakers shoes for my children but till date I have not received the items. Upon tracking on it I realised the goods have been shipped but am sorry to say that I don't have them. Hence am asking for refund or the items be made to get to me. This is the bar code of the items RP615535272CN. Attached is the photo of the items.

I purchased 10sets of Christmas bell tablecloth but their warehouse had sent me the wrong order & I had paid extra fees to send by DHL. But now he only want to refund me partial which is not right. I should be getting a full refund or they arrange to send the right item which I paid for. This is extremely unfair & ridiculous! Why should we bear the cost for their error? When shoppee seller made mistake he immediately send me the right order and said I can keep the item that was sent in error as compensation. But AliExpress seller expects me to bear the costs? Ridiculous!

OK I ordered but it would only let me order x 20 lots, so I was advised to cancel this order and place a new one but not pay until they had adjusted the price.
I did this, and paid the adjusted price, asking for guarantees that the correct blue bears x 1 kg would be sent
Got a message after paying to say sorry they can't just do blue it would be a mixed bag
So I tried to cancel the order but it said it was shipped, now I cannot cancel even though the items are not sent
Now I am owed £58 in total and none of it being a fault of mine

So I had orders from Nov Dec Jan March may etc only recived 30 out of 70 no one was ever responding for months so about two months, ago a seller wanted give my money back paypal he keep saying PayPal was on credit card so I went to dispute he came on treated me 20min later my orders did not excised wiped out went to chat many times sometimes hours write to company came back I'm furious waiting some stuff since Nov what can i do i have no one to talk to about this so much money gone got threaded lots of stress over this

Somebody hacked my account, and I am unable to access it in any way. I wrote to the seller that I didn't order these items, but I received no reply. Upwards of 300 euros was removed from my card. I ordered a wedding dress from a seller and before it was made I asked that if I wasn't satisfied could I return the dress for a refund. The seller did not advise that I couldn't and I thought they were very helpful and understanding. The dress arrived a couple of weeks later and after putting it on I was not satisfied with the quality. It did not fit properly, being too long and tight on the waist. I also seemed to have experienced a rash due the material. I contacted the seller so I could return the dress for them to replying telling me they don't accept returns. At no point was I advised I couldn't return. I'm the description when purchasing the dress it clearly states that it can be returned within 15 days of delivery and just to contact the seller. I am outraged to say the least and will be advising everyone to stay away from this website. No help from anyone and I think that's is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Buying electronic equipment from companies like Podofo is risky business. My Dashcam worked for a few months then broke down, Contacting Podofo for a replacement or money back was a complete waste of time. My advice to anyone considering buying from Aliexpress is don't. Local merchandise may be a little more expensive but the fact you can take it back for a replacement or money back is worth the extra dollars. Think twice before trying to save a few dollars shopping Aliexpress. It could cost you twice as much in the long term.I have learned my lesson and will not be buying anything else from Aliexpress.

So I picked out some products and added to my cart but on clicking the buy button after selecting all items I want to pay buy, I get the error message "order confirmation failure, please try again later" and for the past 5days I've been trying and now the prices for the items in my cart are gradually going up. What is wrong here, please help me out.

According to your tracking system this order arrived in the UK on 19th June. It was sent on the 14th June from China. Now as this is over one month sitting somewhere in a warehouse, I still not received the order, although I have paid for it. This does not give me confidence to us you site if I require other goods speedily in the future. - MY COMPLAINT IS WHY SO LONG?

It seems to me that the retailers themselves dictate the rules; how long it takes, whether they refund you & if they do, then u may only get partial refund on a single item rather than the entire order. Podofo Franchise Store sold me a R300 dashcam it worked initially now it doesn't.
Through message centre I contacted them, either for a replacement or refund. They have been continually trying to avoid satisfying my request. I would appreciate someone from Aliexpress contacting them to finalize the impasse. Companies like this give Aliexpress a bad name and make you very cautious of dealing with businesses associated with Aliexpress in the future.

I have bought a dress from aliexpress. the dress was not as described. Aliexpress suggested me a solution for dispute. I spoke with their customer services and they told me if i am not satisfied with the dispute suggestion i have to wait until the deadline is finished and appeal again. I did as the customer service told me to do. the amount was 152.97 dollars. As the dispute finished i appealed about 6 times asking them for the refund. they told me send the seller the dress and we also pay for the cost of the shipping as you pay. After sending the package, again I appealed and ask them to check the postoffice cause the package was received by china post office. Instead they told me no we dont pay cause the dispute was finished! They customer service misled me for saying that the dispute has to finish first and I have to appeal after that. Also deceived me by saying we pay you the mount for the shipping and refused again. I tried to file a complaint about the agent who misled me they did not do anything about that either. please help me to get my refund.
