I found a big hole on one of my dressing shorts after dry cleaning from Alice Cleaner at 2192 Henderson Mill Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30345 in August 2010 and I went to talk with the owner of the cleaner and was told that they did not check my clothes when I brought my clothes in and they insisted that the hole must be there before. I gave them the benefit of doubt for this time. Then I found another big hole in two of my dressing shorts after dry cleaning from Alice Cleaner in October 11, 2010. I went to talk with the owner and ask what happened to my shorts. The cleaner owner told me they were not responsible for the holes on my clothes. I told them that they checked my clothes when I brought in and there were no holes in my clothes before they did the dry cleaning. They simple refuse to take any responsibility for damaging my clothes. My clothes are fairly new and there are no sign of being worn. You can not trust this cleaner because they refuse to take responsibility for damaging the clothes of their customer after dry cleaning. Their attitude was just terrible.
