Alice ADSL — Terrible Customer Service
1) Had Alice ADSL in Amsterdam most of 2008 - with various problems. The only response to email is that I need to call their 900# at 25cpm!
2) Tried to transfer my service to new address - Alice said it was not possible - no reason given.
3) Ask to have service disconnected & reconnected at new address with new phone number. I was told I had an outstanding bill for 120 Euros that was 9 months old -- what???
4) Called DEC 2 2008 to have service terminated 31 Dec. They said they needed 1 month notice -- what???
5) Finally got service disconnected 31-Jan but they charged me for the entire month of Feb --what????
6) Aug 2 2009 - still waiting on a refund after 8 requests!
