Alexander Pool Construction Pool Scam

Joe Hernandez is a pool builder who takes people's money and does not complete the project. He has no license or insurance although he provides you with fake copies of them. When yu actually call to verify if they are legit, the companies tell you he has not paid. Do not contract this man. He also does business as SA Pools, Alexander Pools, Pools by Reynolds. He is a short brown man with many tattoos. Do not hire him! He started our pool in August of 2008 and has yet to complete it. You may contact me at [protected]@yahoo.com

Jose Hernandez, Alexander Pool Construction, also started a pool for me which he didn't complete. He just took our money and left the gunite shell. I believe it was begin around July 2008 and if my family and I hadn't completed the work ourselves it would still sit there uncompleted. He is supposedly on probation in Bexar County for doing the exact same thing to other people but when I tried to his probation officer to assist on all I got was empty promises.
