Aldo handbag

Purchased this bag a few months ago. I took it out the first time about a week ago for use. Last night, I was brokenhearted to determine that the clasp and zipper is broken. This was my first Aldo bag purchase. I am hoping this is not the quality of all Aldo products. I have heard that this company carry great products but this is not reflective of that information.

Aldo white sandals

Dear Team,

I got a sandals from your Aldo store at Infinity mall Malad Mumbai...
It's been 3months and you can see on the attached image the condition, how the leather has torn out... I have wore it not more than 3 times and the condition of this sandals is pathetic... I got this expensive sandals as I was expecting the good product from a well known brand... Highly disappointed...

Even when I went to your store they denied resolving this issue... Kindly provide a solution to me because I paid a good amount... And providing me with the inferior quality under a great a brand name is a cheating...

Aldo aldo shoes

I purchased Aldo shoes in October 2018 and used them sparingly during the 6 months period. From the first month the sole started coming apart and now in around 6 months it has deteriorated to the extent that I cannot wear it.

Aldo my question is do you think shoe life is just 6 months. I have Nike shoes that I have been using for more than 3 years. Same for addidas.

I complaint regarding this but you refused to replace my shoes even after seeing the condition of the shoes in just about 6 months.

Why should customer buy Aldo shoes with their hard earned money if your shoes cannot withstand even for 6 months. People don't buy shoes to change them every month.

Please accept that you are selling very bad quality here in Uruguay and this will hamper you in the long run.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Aldo showroom in Montevideo shopping mall on October 2018. Since I had two three other shoes to wear apart from the purchased Aldo shoes, I used them sparingly during 6 7 months but from the first month of usage the sole started coming apart and with in 6 months shoes was deteriorated so much that I couldn't wear it. I lodged a complaint for this to Aldo that one cannot expect a shoe to come apart with in six month and compensate me or replace my shoes but they simply refused it. They told me that shoe condition is not good and it was more than 6 months old. I told them that I have a Nike shoes I am wearing for 3 years now and I have no complaints. Do you expect Aldo shoes to finish in 6 months that too when I wore them once in a week only and it had manufacturing defect but they didn't listen to me. I have a perception now that Aldo shoes are not good as far as quality is concerned. And I warn everybody for the same

Aldo shoes

I bought Also shoes with manufactured effect
it has an iron stick on the top and when I Ware it was very tight
I ask your team to do the needful but unfortunately after many times keeping the item for few days it still the same and they didn't agree to to give any other options
now the item is useless

Aldo Product: nayeli sliders red

Bought these sliders late June and started wearing them at the start of July and in the right slider much of the colour has been worn off by the heel and first toe area. I'm complaining because after a month this had already occurred and I've never experienced this with any sliders I've ever bought, for them to experience such wear only after a month isn't something I was expecting when I bought these sliders.

Aldo men shoes

Dear Team,

This is regarding my Aldo shoes .

I am one of the regular customer who keep buying also shoes from across many stores in delhi / Jaipur or abroad, I am a local residence of Jaipur and your Jaipur Team knows me by my name
"Chetan Kakkar" as they know I am regular client.

I bought a winter wear shoes may be three years back and which was used only in the month of December that too only on a weekend I am sure worth Rs18000/22000 pure leather what the sales team of select city quoted me that time I am sure now the staff if entire changed no one would re call. I am writing this in context now to replace my shoe au jus want your company to repair my shoes or come up with a solution as I liked them and don't want them to get distorted like this only.

I think I might have approx 25 pairs of shoes and all are Aldo so I would appreciate a quick response or a call back from your team.

Also in the picture if the shoe looks like old then please get it checked form your store people in jaipur these shoes looks like news still only this sole issues is annoying .

Aldo bad quality shoe

Hello Aldo Team,

I have purchased the ALDO shoe for the first time in my life as i have heard lot of good stories about ALDO brand. Aldo shoes are costly, but still i have stretched my pocket and have gone for it.

I was very happy and feeling proud.

But my happiness was for very short period.

I have used/wore the shoe not more than 20 times and the shoe started getting torn.
Not only from the sides, but also the top leather started getting spoil.
This is same for both shoe. (left and right shoe)

Been one of the best brands, how can you make such cheap quality products.
I will request you to please look into this matter and provide me the best possible solution.

Aldo bag

I had bought a brown bag for around 219 odd Dhs from Dalma mall Abudhabi, I had just started to use and hardly 10 days passed by the stitch was gone, and the bag handle has some stitch issues. When I went to the shop, he told me we can fix after about a month when there was no response from the shop, we went to the shop to collect the bag, Aldo staff had no courtesy to call and inform the bag was ready, however the handle has the same stitch issue, we asked the staff out there a Nepali guy to fix the bag, he said it's not possible, is this what u get in Aldo store, not possible. U guys are loosing ur reputation, mend it before it's too late..

Aldo bad quality

Really I am very upset I brought two bags and the two after less than a month both are in very bad situation and sewing cut and the glue also in less than two weeks completely cut off and the quality is more than bad
When we went to the shop, the seller refused to refund the money and insisted that this situation was normal and we could fix them
And refused to switch or refund money for lack of a bill after a month and said it could be exchanged at the price of the discount period
Although I bought one at full price without a discount of 1399 and purchased the other with a 30% discount.
Is it reasonable that I replace them at a discount rate of 70% ... ! Real is the worst buying experience and will never repeat

Aldo service

I walk in the Aldo store in Cool Springs Galleria in Franklin Tennessee on July 2nd around 5:30 pm and the sales agent is blasting music and all you hear continually is the N word.Its a disgrace to the mall and to the store.I expect to hear back from someone about store policy and procedures about this matter.I want to be contacted at my email address [protected]@yahoo.com at yahoo.com before I take further action with the mall manager.

Aldo Shoes and footwear

I'm an old regular customer at Aldo .but 2hat happened with me made me stopped dealing with the store for almost one year.
I got a pair of shoes and just wear it once then I found the shoes is making a very bad sound while walking and it hurts my legs and leads to a big hurt in my leg.ibreturned to Nile city store and gave them the pair of shoes and the reciept as I know them well and ask3d them to revert to the management as I need to replace that pair if shoes and at the same moment I bought another pair which is more expensive just to be able to walk.
And i have been sending to the customer service without any action since September 2018 and have all the mails history.
That so really depressing and reflecting the bad service and they don't even care for customer satisfaction of retaining an old client.
Thanks to check my case.

Aldo poor stitching in bag and there are threads coming out from straps of bag

I bought a bag from Aldo store in phonix mall Pune one month back ... the sales man gave me bag from his store saying Mam this is new and untouched bag ... I bought the bag and dint even looked at bag because I blindly trust Aldo because iam a old Aldo customer and I have many bags and shoes from Aldo but never faced something like this ... today when I unpacked the bag I noticed some threads coming out from straps and some poor stitching ... iam so disappointed that i don't even want to look at my bag ... it's very disappointing from a brand I use to trust 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Aldo aldo slippers

I was on holiday in mauritius last week and was in the capital.. The caudan waterfront port louis... Happen to pass an aldo shop and like the slippers... Bought 2 pairs. One brown and one golden.. Brown size 39 and golden size 40.

Well I started wearing the brown one and the brown leather has already started to peel... Felt terrible and its looking really bad... Seems like an old stock keep for a very long time.

Aldo shoe colour changed after a week's use

I bought this light brown shoe on 22nd May 2019 and I where it for a week while I was travelling abroad..I noticed that its colour has changed in few areas. On returning after my travel on 8th June 2019, the very next day I took the shoe with all invoice and its box to the store. But the store staff said 14days have already expired and we cannot give you an exchange..
So Aldo product are worth just for week..
Normally in India all the branded store provide 3 month warranty..but here it's only 2 weeks..this raises a question on its genuineness

Aldo verbal abuse

The store manager in Aldo Menlo Mall is SUPER rude. I see how she treated one of her employees and it broke my heart. She thought she was being quite about it but when I seen her behavior it completely ruined my Aldo experience. I will never shop there again! Something has to be done about this situation because I have seen and spoken to other customers about her behavior. It is sickening. I have been shopping at Aldo for years but I will drive that extra 10 minutes to go to Woodbridge any day because of their poor choice of a store manager.

Attention: APPARELL GROUP -ALDO

To whom it may concern,

My name is Wayne Olinyk, and I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the rude treatment I received by one of your employees who have been the "manager" on the 27/4/2019 at ALDO store in IBN Battuta mall, Dubai, UAE

It occurred approximately at 11 am as I was at the Cashier. The employee working the cashier was wearing the name badge, Portia, ID number 115329, Store no. 61718, transac.no. 2076 but there is this rude "Indian"manager that interfere with our transaction.

After having scanned all of my items, she requested the payment and asked me if I have the club apparel group, I replied yes. She asked me for the application form, I said I only used my mobile no. For those club cards and she said no it's not applicable and she started to make face although to start they transaction she is already grumpy.

And she didn't finish the transaction and went to the back room, so the cashier (black lady with a curly hair) come by and finished our transaction, so I asked her who that lady is, she said that is the "Manager".

I have been a long time customer at your store and was most upset by these events. Thus, this should not happened as I believe that a manager should be the best example for the subordinates employees on how to interact properly with a customer, and delivered a quality customer service on its customers. If this is your standards for a manager, I believe it is a mistake, she should just lock her self on the back room or stock room as she deserves to be there inside because her attitude is not applicable and she doesn't fit in a customer service industry. Pitty on her!

I hope that this letter explains my feelings and disappointment with what has occurred, I would not like this to happen to me or any other customer and hope that corrective measures are taken swiftly.

Aldo complaint

Hello I went to aldo in cherry hill mall at 9:30am waiting for the store to open to purchase shoes and they did not open on time it was 11:30am and the lifhts were still off, I missed my interview on tour behave, I was very disappointed! I love your store but after this incident I won't be back, your store was the only stire that look like you did not pay your electric bill! Signed pissed

Aldo I am complaining about the service

I am buying a bag in aldo accessories when I ask the sales lady to give me a black one she said nothing and when I decided to get a rose colored bag then she said again nothing so I bought the bag and to my surprise the other side of the shop which is aldo also shoes and bags with men accessories I found out she has black bag and even more rose colored bag.
How this sales lady deceived me even she knows theres a chance I will go to the aldo also beside the shop.
This sales lady is a big lier and too much lazy to find the bag and entertain her customer. Gosh, I am buying in this shop frequently and this what I got.
Better change this lazy lady wont do good for the customer just to sit and waste time.

Aldo boot sole

I bought boots from you guys, and only worn them 3 times (in normal weather, no rain or puddles) and the sole of my left boot completely came off. Those boots were over $100 and I feel ripped off. I was given the boots that people try on as well. I wasn't given a fresh new pair of boots, which in my opinion is rude. I would like a refund or a new pair of fresh boots

Aldo leather handbag

I bought a leather handbag at Aldo in November. But when you look at the bag now. All the corners of the bag the black colour has come off and it is now like a cardboard colour.
I called the store now only to be told they dont sell leather handbags only synthethic leather.
Yet when we bought the bag, and asked whether it was leather we were told yes. If I knew it was not. I would never have purchased such an expensive bag. I might as well have bought one on the flea market.
I cannot believe that ALDO of all people and for those prices that it is not leather.
Just very disappointed in the product.
