Aldi won't give for correct price

Good afternoon
The flyer for 9-8 had reggano marinara sauce 24 oz for 85¢. When I went to cash out I showed the girl the flyer and she told me it was the wrong kind I asked if she could please look up because I've already checked it twice and she said I don't know why it's not ringing up do you want them or not and I said will you give them to me for $0.85 like the paper said she said no for 1.49. This is the second time I go to the store and when the price is incorrect they will not give it to you for the right price. That was very upsetting and I have to go to another store
It shows my cashier today was Lori
The time was 4: 26. *8050 473/033/003/072. 9/12/19
I feel I should get a raincheck or voucher to get these for 85¢

Aldi store safety

Store at 4580 duke street Alexandria VA 22304. I have reported the hole at the main entrance door which is obvious and dangerous to everyone who
Shops and wprks there. It's been almist 2 months sibce tgat hole has been there and management has not fixed it. I spoke to the manage on duty on 8/ /2019 and she said they were aware and trti g to fix it. Today is September 9th and the hole is still there. Who else do I need to report this in order for them to fix it. Anyone can trip and fall and they have been notified besides the fact that it's obvious because it's infrobt of the main entrence.

Aldi bad customer service experience

On 8/28/19 I went grocery shopping at ALDI store on 5532 Broadway. When I was at the front ready to make a payment I notice the cashier Simone placing my items together with the previous customer. The previous customer had to pick her grocery out from mines from the shopping cart. The cashier had placed groceries in the shopping cart as she scanned the items for payment. She did not wait for the previous customer to pick up her grocery, she just placed mines on top of hers. Now I made my payment when she finished scanning my items as I was picking up my items the cashier did the same to me. She placed the next customer after me groceries on top of mines i had to make sure i didnt take the other customers groceries by mistake. I asked her if she could wait until i remove my groceries before placing another customer groceries mixing them all up. She said that is the way they do things here if i dont like it dont come here and she told me you can speak to my manager. I told her I've been coming here for years and this is not how they work.  I asked to speak with a supervisor, the supervisor came and told the cashier before coming to me dont worry I got you. I explain to the supervisor, She just said to me, " I understand and come again". It seem the supervisor didn't address the problem but just re-enforce the cashier actions by telling her I got you. She justed brush it off. Thats why I decided to send this email.  All customers should be treated with respect not like second class. I had to look for my stuff as the cashier was placing the other customers stuff on top of mines. Im lucky I didnt leave any of my groceries or taken the other customer's. This cashier and manager needs proper training. The other customer agree with me but didnt want to deal with any issues. Lots of people dont complain because they dont want to be bother or want any problem but this was just wrong. If employees act like this then why go to this store.

Aldi pur aqua spring water

We purchased a case of Pur Aqua Spring Water and found about 5 bottles that have dozens of tiny black particles floating around in them. The seal had not been opened in any of these bottles. We are both disgusted and concerned for our health as we hope that we did not drink any contaminated bottles before noticing this.
I was able to capture an image of the particles in one of the bottles.

Aldi up fashion camiseta de tirantes

I bought 2 of these tops - each in a sealed bag from Aldi in Calpe. Once I got them home and opened the packages, both had the same fault - the binding around the neck and arms was frayed and had been cut wrongly. I live a long way from the store and now have to go all the way back to try to get a refund - goodness knows when that will be.

I am appalled that Aldi is selling such substandard merchandise.

Aldi all paper products

Your paper products are being made cheaper and quality is more than poor.
Coated / decorative paper plates are thinner and flimsy. You need 3 -4 plates for every one. They actually are useless.
Your napkins have been cut down, not the size of a normal napkin, they are just as useless. All your prices have gone up and the quality has gone way down
I no longer will buy these products from aldi, I now go to Walmart and get a lot better product

Aldi moldy/rotten food

In the last 2 weeks, I bought strawberries only to find they were moldy when I got home. I was in check out when I noticed some of the peppers in our bag were rotten. When I went back to find a better bag I discovered almost all of the bags had rotten peppers. And just yesterday I purchased a loaf of Specially Selected Italian Bread and it is covered in green fuzzy mold this morning. It wasn't past the sell by date, I checked. All of the other loaves of bread had the same white spots on them that I assumed were flour.
Really disappointed lately that their is so much spoiled food in the store and the people who work there don't seem to care. They put the moldy rotten food back on the shelf for someone else to purchase once they were made Aware. I don't trust perishable goods anymore. It's a shame I loved your store.

Aldi puraqua natural spring water from aldi

I used to drink this water all the time but they've made a major change in it, Instead of spring water they're now selling their purified water as spring water and still charging the spring water price. I hope they just made a mistake and put the wrong label on the purified water bottles been to two different stores that sells this product both of them have the newer bottle so buyer beware.

Aldi worker

To Tiara: What you say about others has EVERYTHING
to do with you, and NOTHING to do with
the other person. Please do not take your misery out on me. Thought you were a good person, but you're not. If this were your store, I for one would not shop there. Yukkie Pooh. Ugly! This is what she does: While checking out a customer ahead of me, I hear her telling nice lady viscious, nasty things about me. I believe the lady would have liked it better if Tiara would not have said anything. She told the lady to look in my face, she did. Tiara maybe I look like that because I'm 73! When you say something like what you said, you don't look very handsome yourself anymore. And, besides, the nice lady may not return to the store and neither may I. I think that's what you want to do. To run away as many Aldi customers as possible. You rate a 0 to me. You don't even get up on the scale.

I like this store, but it's no Whole Foods where the employees are
ALWAYS friendly. Here at Aldi employees start out being okay, but if you continue to go there, they become rude and nasty towards you - to the point where it just isn't a pleasant place to go, It would be best if they kept their rudeass mouths shut. Customers can be run away due to their ugliness. It's only a few pennies more to go somewhere else to get what customers need.

I'll return to Aldi, but I hope not to run into Tiara when I'm there.

Aldi southern grove deluxe whole cashews with with sea salt

I was eating my bag of cashews and I was approximately half way done when I bit into and advertently started chewing a piece of round plastic. I was shocked that this was inside the bag. I saved the piece of said plastic. Please see pictures attached of front and back views of the said plastic. This is completely unacceptable. Btw this piece of plastic matches the color of the plastic of the actual bag. I would like to have recourse for thos as I may have injested the said plastic if I was not paying attention. I understand that the cashews are checked before being placed in bags so for a piece of plastic went unnoticed is surprising to say the least. Please tale note and let me know how your company will resolve this issue. Thank you.

Aldi withernsea hu19

I am a regular customer of ALDI in Withernsea. I often pop in during my evening walk in spite of the store being half a mile away. Last night (17/06/19) I attempted to do the same thing, but the shutters were down and the store was clearly closed, at 21:35. Your advertised opening hours are until 22:00. This meant that I had to go to Tesco and spend more money than I had budgeted for.

Aldi shopping experience

My name is Djon Marinkov. On 05/29/2019 I went to Aldi with my wife to buy groceries. we used one grocery cart.The eggs were on sale -0.49, 3 limit per customer. I got 3, my wife got also 3 dozen for her mom and some other groceries and she was paying separately and she put her stuff in the line separately. We went to the cash register and suppose to be the cashier has to say Hi to the customers, but she started very rude conversation and this is not the first time she does that with me. She said the eggs have limit 3 per customer. But I am a customer and my wife is another customer and the eggs are 3 dozen per customer, not per household, also my wife got the eggs for her mom. After that the cashier said you are together, and you can not get 6 dozen. I said OMG, stop mess with me, this is not the first time. Even she was so rude and she did not give us chance to explain her that. Her name is Kelli. I tried to explain to her that we are together, but we are getting the grocieries for different people. All the time if I go to Aldi she was messing with me for a different reason and start talking with coworkers behind my back. She called the assistant manager to tell her about the eggs, that we can not get the eggs. The assistant manager told her if they pay separately they can get the eggs on separate receipts. Nothing wrong. After that she continued to look at me to make me feel bad. This is not the first time, I know her from the previous Aldi store. She does that all the time. I tried to explain the assistant manager what did she do last week, but also the assistant manager was very rude and she said shut your mouth, because I can shut your mouth. I go to Aldi to buy groceries, what I need, I do not go there somebody to make my day bad or to judge me. Also they charge me more for a bag of carrots another time. And also this happened to other customers -they charged more an old lady when she was buying her groceries . The reduced items they tried to sell them on a regular price. This is stealing from the customers. This is a very poor quality customer service. We have been loyal customers to Aldi for a long time, but not anymore.

Aldi 2303 nw maynard rd, cary, nc, 27513

I went to buy a bottle of water on 06/02 to get rid of some change, as I'm moving out of the States for a while. The cashier (I learned her name is Amany) started off with the words "That's it?" (In what seemed to me a condescending manner). That's fine, but as we were still counting the coins (to not even 2 dollars worth), she moved on to the next customer due to impatience, and we had to pay her as she was scanning that customer's items. When I asked her if there was a customer center, she said yes, but when I asked her where it was she told me "I don't know" and promptly ended the conversation. Although I understand the impatience since it was somewhat busy, as a paying customer I felt incredibly bad and angry towards the lack of respect and overall manners. I used to like Aldi before, but this experience makes me not want to return there again.

Aldi pur aqua bottled water

I have purchase this water many times and in recent months I have been suffering from unexplained Facial issues, head swallowing looking like a alien. The most recent since March and April and now May 2019, My face swallowing lips swallowing and tongue. The swallowing is so bad I had to go to the hospital and come to find out just as of May 18, Saturday my son in law came to visit with my daughter and granddaughter, my daughter and grand did not drink the water but my son in law and I did. My daughter called me Sunday May 19th and said my son in law face was swallowing and his bottom lip. Now when he open the new bottle of water on Saturday and drank the water the water he did complaint immediately that the water smelled and taste funny, we all smelled the water and of course he was right. So this water has cause me a lot of issues and health concerns. Once my face and tongue went down after 24 hours I stop drinking this water.

Of course no swelling so it confirmed it's the water. I still have the bottles of water purchased April 12 19 from Aldi. Im looking for compensation for this as I have pictures from different times of the swallowing and I may contact and attorney to see what my next course of action.
store location store# 11 Orlando FL. I will discuss compensation later due to this issue with my face. yes I have my receipt and pictures as this been going for some time and I did not come too the conclusion until May 18 2019 once my son in law suffered the same issue

I can send photo separtly as they are in my phone and not in my computer

Aldi happy farms shredded cheddar cheese

I opened a brand-new packet of shredded cheddar cheese today, that was recently bought at an Aldi store from my mom. When I opened it (brand new) and wanted to make a sandwich with the cheese (because I am out of the regular square cheese) I had grabbed a handful out of the bag sprinkled it on to my sandwich to find a black hair coiled up in the cheese. This made me lose my appetite that I barely have as it is, I am a blonde and also a hairdresser so I know hundred percent fact, that this hair is not from my blondehaired family and originated from the closed bag and was right on the top area. I realize that this happened about a year ago with the same product. The production of this cheese should have a hairnet or people required to put their hair up, the fact that it was coiled up and curled into a ball lets me know that it was indeed smushed up in that bag for a while. This is quite a health concern, already have enough of those.

Aldi the pantry ready to roll white icing

Why can I not buy this product anymore? I have been into 3 of my local aldi stores and no longer on the shelves. I am totally miffed that I cannot get this anymore, its the best icing on the market and no longer get it, why do aldi do this? Why do they take a brilliant product of the shelf..

I am a cake maker and I have never had a problem with this icing,, rolls out brilliantly.

Please aldi bring this product back asap.

Aldi manager at vestal ny store

Manager embarrassed me at the register when I tried to find a cashier that disappeared after I asked her to hold my paid for items while I get a replacement for the item someone stole right after I turned around to go get one more item I needed... Manager started screaming into the radio to the cashier she was paging in front of the two long lines of people "there is a lady here who says somethig was stolen from her" getting attention from everyone around, rudely telling me she doesnt know anything about it... I had no choice but to storm out the store in humiliation without my paid for item, and frankly dont want to return ever to an aldi store. Second time I am humiliated in an aldi store, each time by a manager, sadly. Cashiers, on the other hand are nice and helpful usually. Product prices and quality good... Please train your managers the basic manners of customer service... I wish I could attach a video, but you would have it in your store camera, if you are interested, this happened around 540pm 4/29/19... Thank you for attention

Aldi cashiers stealing from customers

Cashier at Peters Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC 27127 added a item to my receipt that I did not purchase, reviewing my receipt and telling cashier Elisabethe I did not purchase the item, she just looked at me and started ringing the next customers items, I stood there and she refunded the item that she added, this is very poor customer service if the cashiers are stealing from the customers. I will not be shopping in Aldi again, becasuse I do not want to get taken advantage of. This is not the first time that this has happen, I am a senior on a fixed income and enjoy the savings, but cannot risk getting items added to my purchase for the cashier's gain.

Aldi cashier

When we got to the cashier we put our bags in the shopping cart and started helping the cashier to pack our stuff. As she saw that she started throwing the products carelessly in the shopping cart without even seeing, we told her to put them in the bags a little bit softly because we had stuff like eggs and glass but she did not care. At the end when we got to the car we saw our eggs broken.
