We put this product on a customer's house and have been battling Alcoa for one year. It has cost us (the contractor) so much money on behalf of our customer. The customer never complained. We did. The representative already provided, I believe, three new batches already and they were all bad. It is sometimes the installer's fault, but not in this case. If you nail vinyl siding too tight and not in the right places, you can get a cosmetically unappealing result. That is not the case here. It is the SIDING. They are making me fight this and I am just about out of money! All that is happening is the lawyers are getting rich and the customer and contractor are infuriated and not getting anywhere!
