To say the very least I'm pissed off, because I don't know what caused me to suddenly be singled out, whether it's because I enjoy price comparison or sometimes just wandering around checking out certain items for future meal ideas or purchases. I've had enough [censored] being singled out my entire life because of my height, without some little piss ant getting me told I was no longer welcome for grocery shopping. I didn't steal anything and I sure as [censored] didn't do anything wrong or illegal. But if this is how you treat customers, [censored] you, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Comments: I have been a long time customer of the jewel osco off of Nelson in new Lenox il and up until recently, I wasn't aware anyone could be banned for shopping. I frequent the pharmacy once a month because I require 14 prescriptions and do a little shopping while I'm there. Up until two days ago anyway, I had a cartfull of stuff and I headed to the pharmacy to ask about my testosterone shot refill, they told me it was going to be $182, so I said hold on I'm gonna go call the insurance and Dr and see what's going on. Whereas as soon as I stepped outside I was greeted by 2 police officers, asking me where the basket of groceries were. I said I didn't pay for them yet, do you expect me to steal it? They informed me that certain members of management, short fat and buzz cut hair cut, had been watching me lately, and accusing me of shoplifting. Which floored me because I'm only in there when I refill my prescriptions, and that it was noticed that I brought my own bags with me. As I tried to explain to the officers, but they wouldn't let me speak, just kept telling me I was no longer welcome on the property or the police would be called, I had a motorcycle accident last year, I tore both my bicep tendons in my right arm, one so badly that they couldn't reattach it. I have little of no strength in my right arm, so I have to do what I can to make things easier for myself. But it is what it is, I'm very disappointed with the whole thing. For someone who worked for jewel for 10 years to be treated like an [censored], I can see why Walmart is taking all of the market share of the business.

Albertsons parking lot safety

I have been a customer for many years at this store. Lately 18 wheel trucks have been parking near the entrance to the parking Lot and lining up nose to rear, sometimes three deep. This morning there are 5 trucks (18 wheeler), 2 school buses, and a bobtail truck all parked near entrance to shopping center. I have almost had a wreck in past as you cannot see what is coming across parking Lot as they block view. I told manager and he said he put notes on trucks that they are not supposed to be parked there. It seems to be getting worse as more and different truck are using the lot for parking . Sometimes several days are weeks at a time. I contacted the shopping center realtor and was told that Albertsons controls the lot totally. I complained again this morning and the cashier wanted to know why I cared. I told here it not only was turning into overnight parking for trucks but was a safety hazard. She didn't seem to care about at all. Someone is going to get hurt if this continues. It keeps getting worse as the word gets out among the truckers that they can park gere overnight and even weekly. I really am thinking about no longer shopping there as no one seems to care of customer safety and it is getting worse and is not an isolated incident. The manager had told me of other numerous complaints from customers. I hope you can do something about this as this store has been my neighborhood grocery store since it was built. I have been in my home Dow the street for 42 years. I will drive further down block and start shopping at Wal-Mart Neighborhood market where at least getting in and out of parking Lot is safe. Help please keep our neighborhood grocery from turning into a trip stop parking lot.

Albertsons store director is a bully!

I overheard the store director of the lake worth Albertsons yelling at the baker. He told her she wasn't good enough. He pulled her on to the sales floor to yell at her. Other customer's and workers heard him. The poor young lady looked so mortified. It is a form of bullying for a store director to treat an employee that way. Something really needs to be done.

Albertsons signature select protein chewy bar

Two days ago I was eating an Almond Coconut flavored chewy bar. I bit into something very hard, possibly a nut shell, possibly some foreign object inside the bar. I felt and heard my tooth move. I saw a dentist the next day and learned the incisor had broken near the base. It came apart during the exam. The tooth is a total loss. The dentist made a temporary repair. I will eventually need an implant to replace the tooth. This is the first time I have lost a tooth. It is not just painful. It is extremely inconvenient as we are on an extended trip and I will be unable to have a permanent solution for over two months.
I believe I should be compensated for my hard costs related to this product defect.
Please put me in contact with the appropriate person.

Albertsons customer service

I have been a patron of this store for 4 years and this store is deteriorating everyday. The store is allowing people to camp in the parking lot. I told a staff member about it again today and she was rude. She appears to be a new employee or manager as I have never seen her before. She was at the customer service desk. I also told her that the bag law was repealed and she had an attitude about me inquiring about it. I have seen my share of employees come and go here and some who lacked an awareness of how to carry out their job but none have been rude. If the store is going to turn into Walmart and allow vagrancy and camping to occur I will drive across town to go to another store or have my groceries delivered from another retailer. I am attaching a picture of what I saw today.

Albertsons my wallet and belongings

I got a call last week from Albertsons saying they had my wallet. So today when I was finally able to make it here they told me they threw my wallet away and all the belongings inside of it. Why even bother to call me if they were just gonna throw my stuff away anyways. That is so unfair. It's going to cost me a lot of time and money to replace everything. And some of the items are irreplaceable. I had prescribed medication inside my wallet that is very costly along with other items such as credit cards, memberships, important client phone numbers related to my business. My grandfather gave me that wallet before he passed away. This is so wrong.

Albertsons banned from store without just cause.

I was banned from the Albersons at 840 W Hobson way for simply asking the coke girl to lunch . She reacted in a VERY unprofessional manner, then complained to the store director and got me banned from the store . I don't know what she told the store director but in court she lied extensively under oath . I walked up to the coke girl I said can I take you to lunch so we can talk . She overeacted furiouslyly . Outrageous she says, if you don't leave alone I'm going to go to the store manager and get you banned . I said ok ok I'm sorry I'll never bother you again . I hadn't said a single word to her from June 8 unntil June 26 . The only thing said to her on June 7th was I asked her age and she overeacted with fury in that instance also .

Albertsons front end management terrier

Terrie is very unprofessional and rude to the hourly managers and employees. She cuts hours in departments and when we are short handed she tells us welcome to store 106, but she is the person that cut hours. We tell her we need to take a lunch or a break, her response you can't if you're the only one in that department (as a reminder she cut the hours so she is the reason why we are the only one) but she gets her lunch and breaks ever day. She also tells hourly employees not to bother her while she is on lunch or break, but she calls hourly employees on there day off.

Albertsons employer/scheduling/favoritism

i have talked to the head of the deli department and the assistant and i have told them that i am getting burnt out on closing and the department head asked if i could do mornings during the week knowing my husband works from 4 AM to 3 PM and that i need to work mornings on the weekends instead of nights because i have two kids at home and i need to be home with them at night. When i do get a morning shift it is only one day, and when i asked the department head for possibly a mid shift on the weekends she said she couldn't afford it but she is giving another employee (who is 18 yrs old and has no kids) all the morning and mid shifts which makes it look like favoritism. The 18 year old has acrylic nails, has a tendency to not wear a hairnet, not wearing proper shoes, not putting the deli meats away for anywhere between 2 and 6 hours and even then i have to put them away, she has had customers complain about her attitude and slamming the cold/hot case doors, usually on her phone and if she is scheduled until 130 and i come in whether she is in the middle of something or not she will leave. Tuesday July 09th i came in at 430pm, was told we have to make four of each sandwich for the following day because the department head wanted it don't but amy and patty (from corporate) said they wanted protien done, the 18 year old told me we needed to do the sandwiches and that she didn't care if she made Amy or Patty mad. This is not the first time she has ignored a direct order from corporate, she has also ignored our store director.
I understand that i have limited availability but that is no reason to screw one employee over for another who has never worked in the food industry let alone customer service.

Albertsons manager and or assistant manager

Charlie 7-1-19, approx 6:15pm—-Not understanding the " digital couple" and asking for help this Manager/Assistant manager named Marla, she had created one of the most rudest encounters and was actually degrading me and starting laughing in front of other customers, I asked her why she was laughing and she deflected her answer and responsed it was due to another customers comment but she continued laughing as did the other shopper . As a long term Albertsons shopper I will no longer shop here again, ever . Someone like this is supposed to be "the face" of the company, I would highly suggest this women Marla not be exposed to the customers if this is the representative your corporation encourages . Thank you for your time

Albertsons cashier rude beginning to get code for restroom as well as ringing customer

Dan S. 6/22/2019 I met him at the register to request the restroom password
He had a clerk attempt to open the girls restroom
After the several (3) attempts of not opening we attained the men's restroom
After the fact went to check out and asked the clerk his name "he stated you do not need to know my name his name is Ben so his name badge but stated you do not need to know my name!
I advised clerk I used to work for Albertsons in service deli he does not need to address me in such a manner. I will make a complaint to the BBB.!

Here is how it works. You address him in a polite manner, and he will address you in a polite manner. You do not need to know his name and telling you this is not rude. Also if the restroom won't open, what can he do? If you were still working at Albertsons and had the same issue with the customer as you would you like to be complained about. The restroom would not open so it is not his fault. Why blow this out of proportion? Why do you need to know his name? He did nothing wrong.

Albertsons hot food/deli

Went to store # 3417 and ordered a 8 piece chicken combo, the chicken was so over done it was hard to eat it looked as if it had been cooked twice and sat all day under the warmer and the potato wedges were no better, so so disappointed when I got home to feed my family only to find out it was practically an edible. I went to this store at a time when everything should have been cooked fresh at it was around dinner time. Will not get food from there again.

Albertsons pharmacy department

You have a very rude technician working in Alamogordo No 88310, she has been rude for the last two months and I have had other friends tell me the same I'm elderly and if I can't get this addressed I'm switching and telling my friends to as well, she to be nice now she's rude and obnoxious and I have complained to the Alamogordo store with no results I heard another customer say they think she is on drugs and well I can see how that might be since she is got a different attitude I just know her name is Melissa

Albertsons bird droppings.

There is an area at the Albertsons in Carpinteria California where there is a lot of bird droppings it is also where the shopping carts are located outside. Needless to say this could spread disease and other things that could cause health issues especially for this that have weak immune systems.
This would also spread to the inside of the store via the carts that have been contaminated by the droppings.

Albertsons produce employee

The old lady that works in produce joann or something is very rude i asked her for help and she shut me down and i can hear her talking bad about her coworkers and it is unprofessional for the work place do something because i always hear he being mean and rude shes bipolar or something but i dont like the way she talks to us guests and to her coworkers as well it makes carlsbads albertsons seem nasty i will never go back

Albertsons deli counter-dairy dept. - checking...

Length of wait in the sliced meats section, was to long. Employees tend to always take care, of hot case. Waited, before all customers; were done. Then happened to glance, my way. Had been there, for, over 5 min. Even before, 2 of hot case customer, were in line. Happens all the time. There are 2 younger male employees, that do a good job... Everyone else, not good employees... Next, my trip, was, to dairy section. Many times when, Almond Breeze 30 cal., is, on sale, it is empty. This item, is, not something, you can get, at, the corner store... Last, turn over, of checkers. you have lost, some very good employees. This trip was on 6/13/19... At 6:30 pm... Royal Ave Eugene. Or.97402... Mostly likely. this will, be, the last visit, to your stores...

Albertsons chocolate chip cookies

Last week we purchased chocolate chip cookies from the Albertsons in Emmett ID. Each cookie from the bakery had one and a few maybe two chocolate chips in them. We purchased them for our road trip to Sun Valley area and camping. After one cookie we were extremely disappointed in the flavor and the whole cookie to be honest. While in Ketchum Idaho we stopped at Atkinsons grocery and bought some Chocolate Chip cookies from their bakery. They were absolutely amazing. Maybe you guys could learn something from them. I would be happy to bring some to your HQ so your management staff could make an informed decision. Honestly your chocolate chip cookies are horrible and you could learn a lot from Atkinsons grocery.

Albertsons cedro the manager

Bought a 10lb bag of ice. Freezer was empty. Went to their CS desk and told an employee. He looked bewildered and asked a "manager" if they were out. The manager (Cedro) checks the same freezer that I just said was empty and says "yep its empty". Doesnt check in the back or call someone to check. He walks away and opens a register. I had to ask 3 times while im just standing there how I can get the ice. Finally a girl goes to the back and checks comes, without ice and confirms, yes, they have ice in the Back. So I go to the back with her to get the ice. Insane that a manager is that dismissive. Over a 10lb bag of ice.

Albertsons prescription transferring

I was using Savon on Kenworthy for my prescriptions, well I found out that my job uses CVS so I had to transfer my scripts. When they finally transferred them they did not transfer all of them in which one of them is my Test strips because I am a diabetic an in stead of them when I called about it telling them they didnt send all my prescriptions in stead of saying it's there fault I apologize for the inconvenience they are making me call CVS pharmacy and have them call them. Now I have already been waiting a week because my pharmacy was backed up now I'm gonna have to wait longer because they didnt send all my prescriptions and I need to test my sugar everyday so again for another length of time my diabetes is going to be in controlled in which could be avoided if they would have said we will send it right over because we missed that prescription. That's very very unprofessional and if I become I'll it will be Savons fault for not rectifying the situation.

Albertsons pharmacy

June 5, 2019

I moved to Casper, WY 43 years ago. What is now Albertson's Osco Pharmacy is the only pharmacy my entire family and I have used in these 43 years. That's about to change, and it saddens me.

According to the Good Rx site, and their customer service, the store on CY Ave welcomes Good Rx. I've read, carefully, the terms on Good Rx [as an aside I am also sending a similar complaint to Good Rx] and it clearly states that while I cannot combine the Good Rx coupon with my Medicare D, I can use the Good Rx in lieu of the Medicare D. I tried to do that today and was told by your pharmacist (?), Jessica, that Osco has forbidden them to take Good Rx in lieu of Medicare D. I asked why that was. She said that Medicare has refused to reimburse the Osco Pharmacy at that location for ANY Medicare D Rx's IF Osco accepts the Good Rx in lieu of the Medicare D. According to Medicare, to the best of the customer service reps knowledge, that was not the case.

While I was at the pharmacy I was going to call Good Rx, as they instruct that the customer do if there is a problem, but I was told, by Jessica, that it didn't matter what the Good Rx rep said she had to follow Osco's policy and she would not accept the Good Rx coupon. I am disabled. Getting to Osco once to pick up a Rx is very difficult for me. Making a second trip would have been a serious hardship. I paid $123+ for my medication through Medicare D vs $21.70 that I could have paid with Good Rx. That $100 was desperately needed by me, but so was the medication.

I called Good Rx and they said that Osco (Albertson's) has a contract with Good Rx stating they will not combine Medicare D and the Good Rx coupon (I was not trying to do that) but they will accept the Good Rx coupon in lieu of Medicare D. Good Rx's rep, Matt, called the CY Osco and was told I would not be reimbursed.

My question is...which contract is Osco violating? Is it their contract with Medicare D or with Good Rx because Osco can't have an agreement with both and then not honor one on their whim.

The Good Rx rep offered to call and check the other pharmacies in my area that will accept my Good Rx coupons and then I can switch all of my families medications to that pharmacy in the future.

I want to be fair. I am asking both Osco and Good Rx to explain this matter to me before I do anything.
