Albertsons gift cards

I bought 3 25 dollars gift cards equalling 75 bucks! None of them worked after my brothers unwrapped them for Christmas and I went back to Albertsons and they said I needed the gift receipt, I've never bought any gift card before so I thought, its albertsons i should be fine...if u bought a gift card from Albertsons check it because it probably wont work, my brothers are so dissapointed, thanks Albertsons for ruining our christmas because i cant afford anything else for them for christmas...very dissapointed, never buying gift cards from them again. They wont work with you at all if you loose the receipt.

Albertsons service

I entered the store and went directly to customer service where I spent about four minutes waiting for someone so I can buy money order no one came so I continue to do my shopping. After checkout the clerk left one of my bags out of my cart and then I had to wait another 5 minutes after shopping to get my money order. It was a horrible experience and I ended up losing both my meals for that day I was forced to eat just a can if greenbeans for dinner. And went to bed hungry. this experience makes it very difficult to want to go back into any of your stores

Albertsons the store in las vegas on rainbow and charleston (maybe 89117)

I NEVER (sure you hear this often) write complaints BUT I just couldn't not this time - This must be the worst run store in your organization - I go there since its close to my home and I have Parkinsons disease and don't like to go to markets i'm not famliar with, however, it is sooo poorly run I have to make a change -- I can't tell you how many times items are out of stock - I don't mean unusual items but common ones (i.e Snapple, diet Peach), 2 -3 days at a time - and dairy products are always low -- What initiated this note is that I went to the deli to buy an 8 piece special (great price by the way) (was having friends over the watch TV) at 4:45 pm ( a time when most people will start to pick up dinner) AND they were virtually completely OUT and the person said it would be about 45 minutes until she would have more! - How unrealistic to expect someone to wait 45 minutes for chicken - I had to drive down another store 10minutes away on Charleston (which just happened to be FULLY stocked) - I hate having to change markets but the stress and inconvenience makes it necessary --SORRY but I just had to tell you! Albertsons "kiko" the checker

December 11, 2018

I think what the problem is in this store is that management doesn't take the time to read these reviews because if they did they would do their job and fix the issues this store has.

I was going through the checkout line yesterday afternoon and I was trying to tell the checker by the name of "Kiko" that I had 2 additional items in my cart. As I told her she craned her neck to look over my shoulder and avoid listening to me or to make eye contact. This was very rude. She is being paid to take care of customers who are in the process of forking over their hard earned money to them. What ever it was that was distracting her from doing her job could certainly wait until she was done with me. Only an emergency should have taken her focus off of me and I doubt very much there was an emergency occurring there. Now the worst part of her behavior, as I told her that it was important for her to acknowledge that she heard me telling her about the items in my cart I turned away momentarily to move my cart foreword I saw her snickering about it. She seemed to think my reaction to her poor behavior was somehow funny. This store and especially this young lady are long over due for sensitivity training.

Please fix this store, it used to be an excellent store.

Albertsons christina in the service deli is the rudest and disrespectful employee!!!

I am a regular customer with Albertsons 6567 off of Washington St in Palm Desert, CA. Have always been helped with amazing service until you hired Christina in the Service Deli. I am never greeted or even acknowledged when I shop in the Service Deli department when she is scheduled. I have continued to see her texting on her cell phone, holding conversation with other employees (not work related) and purposely walks by many customers without even recognizing their presence. After today, I will no longer shop at your store or any other Albertsons! When I finally got her attention, 15 min. waiting, she interrupted me and stated she is busy and I will have to wait for someone else. She did not even say hello or greet me politely. Then, she went into the back of the department and pulled out her cell phone. I left my grocery cart, picked up my grandson and left the store immediately. Management or lack of proper management has changed in the department as well as the entire store. It is a shame how Albertsons seems to focus on profit rather then filling the needs of each individual customer. Months ago, prior to Christina's presence, the tall young man, Byran ran the department amazingly and always made me fill welcome. Customer Service needs to be first priority and proper hiring skills needs to be revised

Albertsons the carpinteria store manager

I was shopping on 10/28/2018 in the Carpinteria Albertsons around 9-10 am. I had a hand basket which I ended up needing a cart because the groceries became too heavy. I set my basket down in the store with my motorcycle helmet next to the basket so that I could go outside to grab a cart and transfer my groceries into the cart. While I was grabbing the cart from outside I was approached an employee who got into my face and accused me of shoplifting. He started by asking "Hows it going?" And then repeatedly asked where all my items were. He said "Where did you put the stuff you had?" And I was very confused as to what he was referring to. I then realized what he was accusing me of when he was looking around the area where I was standing and continuing to ask me what I did with the things I had. It was a Sunday morning, so there were quite a few customers who heard this confrontation. It was extremely embarrassing and I felt very disrespected. He ended up following me back into the store after I got my cart, and i asked him "What are you accusing me of?". I approached my basket of items and he then realized I was just getting a cart. I requested to speak to his manager and he said "I am the manager, and what?". I told him he needed to do a better job, and he replied "Oh yeah?" As if he was trying to fight me or something, and he then threw his hands in the air as he walked away from me. I was in shock with the disrespect, but continued to shop for the rest of the items I had come there for. As I was in the checkout line, he continued to stare at me, and make me feel extremely uncomfortable. It was very wrong for him to judge an innocent paying customer and treat me with such disrespect

Hi my name is Vanessa

I had an uncomfortable encounter with one of your employees named mark. He touched my arm in a creepy way without my permission in front of my boyfriend. He was also being disrespectful calling him fat and also talking bad about an employee who is pregnant calling her fat. Albertsons mark the cashier at alton location in irvine

Dear to whom it may concern,

I am starting that the following is true and occurred on 26OCT18. Me and my pregnant wife went to albertsons for water on our way home at about 11:00 PM on Alton in Irvine. As soon as we walked in we saw Mark one of the cashiers that we see often because we are frequent customers. As we walked in he said hi and asked Vanessa my wife how she is coming along and she said fine. He then started telling us about a coworker who just left a second ago that is really fat. He said that she used to be really cute when she started but then started eating too much food in the store. He then said that her face looked swollen and how she is unattractive now. As we were checking out he then started to call me fat and said that it looked like I was having the baby. He then reached over the counter and grabbed Vanessa arm working his way up her arm feeling it and then saying that she hasn't gained too much weight. Mark was really inappropriate and embarrassed me and harassed me at the check out then he grabbed my wife when she did not want him to and felt violated by Mark. We do not want to go back to the store and find Mark to be very inappropriate and I would like action to be taken to correct this profile of employee that you let work maintain and interact with the customers. Some responsibility needs to be taken and preventive action because I am not ok with what happened tonight.

Albertsons beer and candy coupons

Hello, i purchased a 24 pack of beer which i had a coupon for $19.99 and got charged 25.99, i also purchased some bags of candy that were suppose to be 1.77 when you buy at least 4. I bought 5 bags and got charged 3.50 for each. Apparantly the cashier did not scan the coupons. Obviously i didnt find out till later because i had to go over the incredible confusing receipt to see why the bill was so high. After like an hour of trying to figure it out i saw what happened. Its incredible frustration for this to happen because its wasting a lot of my time which i dont have much as it is.

Albertsons o organics ranch dressing

I bought a bottle of ranch dressing at a Von's in Joshua Tree, CA. I used it all over a pizza and served it to friends in our rental house. About five minutes after opening the product, and a few unsavory but hopeful bites into the pizza with ranch, the bottle started fizzing and bubbling over the edge until it eventually all seeped out in a carbonated mess. We were all trying to stomach the pizza out of politeness and hunger and most of us got through an entire piece before we started to remark on the foul, fermented taste of the dressing. I walked to the fridge to retrieve the bottle of dressing and found it had practically exploded. After that I told everyone not to finish the pizza and that the dressing (which we had bought with the pizza at Vons not hours earlier) had gone bad. Unfortunately because we had all stomached a slice with the dressing we had to call the night over early. We all ended up feeling quite queasy. Definitely not the best way to spend a night on vacation in joshua Tree. Is there anything Albertsons and O Organics specifically can do to regain my trust and loyalty as a customer again?

Albertsons horrible customer service

I just came back from the Albertsons on 5085 N La Cañada Dr. Tucson AZ and I am honestly shaking at the customer service from the Manager on duty Nydia I. I walked in with my puppy in my hand, and instead of being greated, the manager told me the puppy wasn't allowed with ATTITUDE and then rolled her eyes. When I tried asking if it was fine that I was carrying him, she gave me more attitude, rolled her eyes, and gave me her back. I continued speaking to her and asking her why she was giving me attidude, telling her that she could have simply told me so in a polite way and I would be glad to put him outside. After doing so, I grabbed a salt nasal spray for my nose since I am sick, and she claimed she needed to see my ID. After giving her my ID, she automatically rolled her eyes and said she couldn't complete the purchase since I had an expired ID. She didnt even LOOK at my ID. I asked her to look at it again, since my ID was not expired. She continued my transcation, rolled her eyes AGAIN and gave back my ID sayin God knows what under her breath. I don't understand why the attitude and what sort of example a manager is trying to set to the other employees on cutomer service. Do the rules of customer service only apply to some customers? Or is it ok to be rude to certain customers after a time of the day? Unbelievable.

Albertsons grocery

I recently when to the Albertsons in Lafayette, LA off Johnston street. This isn't the first time this has happened but the shelves must not be stocked correctly. This most recent visit from a few days ago, I've already returned home after shopping and I've found that my dry goods have been expired for over a month. For example my large bag of On The Boarder tortilla chips. I am not asking for any sort of refund, just simply that expired products to be removed more efficiently.

Albertsons pharmacy staff

I went to the pharmacy in the Baker City Albertsons on Wednesday October 17th to pick up a prescription for insulin syringes for my friend the pharmacy staff was very judgmental and short with me she glared at me and looked at me like I was the devil I don't appreciate the Judgment that she's passing and she pretty much just like through the bag of the prescription at me when she was done and said I'm supposed to be closing in 10 minutes so have a good night pretty much I thought it was very unprofessional and rude and I hope to see something different the next time I come in
