On Thursday October 17th my gf was getting gas at arco. She told the fuel attendant it would be regular and she will pay cash inside. She gave the manager $9.00 at the register As well as the pump number. He put it in the til. She went outside and saw that the pump was clearly filling the truck. She stopped the pump and got in the truck to wait for the fuel attendant. The fuel attendant and the manager both blocked the vehicle in and started shouting at her. She went inside and explained that it wasn't her fault and she didn't have the money. The took her id and told her she has to come back and pay or they will call the police. The fuel attendant was wearing headphones and even still explained to the manager that she didn't give an amount. She just said regular cash inside. I went back in the next day to tell the manager I didn't feel we had to pay for those reasons. The manager explains to me that this meant to fill it all the way up. I feel as though never giving an amount doesn't mean "fill up" I am hoping for someone to view the cameras and see the fuel attendant with headphones in and also hear the manager tell me that saying "I'm paying cash inside and it will be regular" means fill all the way up. Because that is crazy. I asked to talk to the area manager also and have left messages but I haven't heard anything back. The manager gave me his number and the name Paul. It was all very unprofessional. We use your gas and that station weekly and I really don't want to have to stop going there. Please let me know what can be done.

This was for Arco gas station but the options wouldn't let me select it.

I spoke with the rep from the company Alarcon and Associates. And they promised to help me with my loan, but this company turned to be real scam. I paid money for their services and these jerks did nothing within 7 months. They promised a lot and blah-blah, but the situation was the same. Don’t pay them money – they are very unprofessional and not recommended company. Post comments about your experience.

I applied for the loan through the company Alarcon and Associates pc. I recently got the email from the rep, who told me that there were some problems with the loan transfer. The rep asked me to wait couple of days and they would transfer it, but I waited several weeks and heard fake promises. As well as the got my secure deposit on time. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
