Alahazrat Network Getting salary after 2 month & not getting any holiday!

We are not getting any holiday other than Friday & one day for IDD even Government provides 12 to 14 holidays in a year for private companies. We are getting salary after 2 months. Today is the 12th of March 2008 but still we didn't received our January & February salary.

We are not getting any paid leave / sick leave / bonus / incentives etc.
