selling stolen phones with bad esn
This person is selling stolen phones on ebay, he sent me a phone with bad esn, cannot be activated because its reported stolen.
No refund eiher.
His name is Akiva Nourollah, and his ebau user is us power seller, dont trust him or buy from him.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I just ran into this now, I cant believe there's a place you can complain online about this, he's done it to so many people. He actually took my phone without a receipt to repair a broken screen about 9 months into it he finally replaced it with another phone with bad esn. I'll never get my phone back or my money!

why would u buy a phone that the listing says bad esn...people buy and sell them all the time...read the listing first, i have bought many phones from this seller and never was anything misrepresented.
and also if you are correct withur claim- ebay would refund you in a heart beat!
