I bought a queen bed at Akhona furniture at kempton park in December. I also paid for the delivery but I never received the bed. I went back as I was disappointed to fill for the refund but the lady who was working at the till point was very rude and she told me I will never get my money back. I asked to speak to her superior as she was very rude to me she told me she is the boss and there is no one I can speak to but her only. I didn't get my refund nor the bed. M sitting at home with just a till slip

I made a laybye at Akhona furnishers at Bree street and when I made the laybye I was never made aware that you do not get a refund back, they took my money.

when I went to cancel the laybye the owner of the store chased me out and told me I'll never get my money bad and he was extremely rude to me. All I need is my money back I did not sign any contract with them so I know I am entitled to get my money back.

I will log a case with the consumer goods and services ombudsman if they think I'll will steal my money just like that.

I bought cupboard and three door wardrobe. My items were not delivered. Now I am filling for refund and I've been waiting for 3 hours. No one is care enough to assist. Akhona Furniture in Kempton Park treat their customers horrible and their boss is very rude.

We bought a bed, head board and pedals til all came with damages, the bed we slept on it a week already the based was a messed up

We went there more than 4 times, they say we will send somebody it's months still no one was sent.

Their furniture is not good and they don't follow up on customer complaints

Good day on the o5 of September 2020 we bought a lounge suite from Akhona in Market Street jhb cbd. A month later the 1 seaterssstarted having holes in them in the middle as if there wasn't enough sponge inside them. It hasn't even been 3 months and they look old.

I'm not happy at all because I bought them cash, I expect good quality for my money.

I bought two beds last year August I was excited and everything my son was two at the time and daughter six started itching I couldn't understand because i always clean and was my bedding we never had itching problem I started feeling things crawling on me till one night to my surprise I caught this small thing filled with blood I jumped up inspected my bed and decided I'll investigate the next day next day came I was all over the beds checking till I found a nest of bed bugs small eggs and big bed bugs I even had to Google those things because I didn't know those things my flat got infested with bedbugs and i m sleeping on the floor with my kids had to throw those beds away I'm ashamed to invite people to my place I dnt have money to buy other beds still every night these things come and bite us

bought a red couch from the Bree akhona furnisher store and confirmed with them if they have it in red and they said yes and the sais they deliver same day but they cannot that time because it was after raining and we got there at 5 late, they then promised to deliver late the next day which was yesterday, waited waited and waited and they did not deliver, when calling today I get told they do not have that color in stork, mind you we already paid and it was confirmed that they had now they no longer have, and they saying I need to use my petrol again and go from Florida for Joburg CBD to get my money .please tell me how is that fair after waiting my time they must waste my petrol aswell.

Bought a wardrobe from Akhona Furnitures in Elloff Street using my debit card I was suppose to collect it at their warehouse but unfortunately i misplaced the receipt. When I went to them they indicated that they cannot help me without the receipt I explained to them that I used my card to pay for it and I have proof that I bought it but they insisted that they cannot help me without it. Now I really don't know what to do please help.
