Akcess International — they never sent me refund

I work with charity and with invalids. I made an order of special systems for wheelchairs from Akcess International. They never sent me this system and I asked for a refund. After many negotiations they told that they can return my money. However, they never sent me refund too.

      I bought it for my partner ...i paid $3000 plus shipping fees and we never got it ...no experlation ..no contact ...no phone calls no address no humans to interact with to sort it out so since May 2015 this company has not bothered to answer questions ...or to refund what i have sent ...They drag things out slowly so that time passes and then people cant get refunded back through ther own banks and have to get the company to sort the refund ...Little hard if the company dosent have contact numbers ..address ..There a total sccam set up and should be avoided and better yet shut down
