Ajoul / Tam Express Company Parcel not delivered and although I kept on calling the driver myself

Dear addressed,
I answered my phone, sent the location and kept on calling the driver my self till 9 pm and he always said he is on the way. but never showed up. and now i got the message that my phone was not responsive. This is highly unprofessional on your drivers behalf.

Kindly ship my parcel as soon as possible.

Ajoul / Tam Express Company worst delivery service

January 18, this is my 4th order in jollychic. I received my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd order on time - no delay with fetchr courier as they have confirmed and the exact date when to receive your item. Now its ajooul (I don't know why they changed) I am using the same address as before, and suddenly I checked ajoul tracking and it says "hold to back to ruh" "received wrong area" (what the hell) so I called them last january 21 because they are not calling me. They told me that they will forward it to their dammam warehouse from hafar al batin! So I waited! After 5 days, I called them again jan 26 and they told me it is still in hafar batin, but they told me 5 days ago they will forward. So they asked my whatsapp to send my location. So I sent it. And told me that they will forward again to dammam. After 6 days, I saw the tracking it was out for delivery. And someone is calling me that he is in khafji and asking my address?! Wtf! I gave them my whatsapp location and they promised to forward in dammam warehouse! After 11 days they did not do what they have told me to forward the item! I called them again and they let me talk the manager, she promised that this time I wont worry as they will forward it to dammam! But feb 5, its for delivery again but not in my place in nariyah, its in khafji again! I answered the delivery guy that I am in nariyah not khafji. Then the system updated shipment not delivered (complete address - no answer) wtf! You can see how many times I followed up and now the status I am not answering their call? They promised to correct the delivery area for 3 times! But nothing changed! Still now I did not receive my item! Worst service!

Ajoul / Tam Express Company delivery man

His name is mohammed arbaz with mobile no. +[protected] This man is a lier and lazy! I was waiting for my shipment for a week now because he doesnt have time to answer his phone or deliver my items from jolly chicc because he told me his duty is until 2pm only which at 8-4 pm im at work and i cant accomodate him in my workplace. He is even rude shouting at me at first time he contact me saying i cant delivery according to you time! This man should be reprimanded he did a lot of mistake up to he keeps on lieng he promised me 3 days ago that he will send my items in the morning and ive waited for him in hrs but i havent recieved any call ir anythimg i called and msg him he didnt answer. Is this how your company works?! Take a prompt action to this person. "Mr/Ms ishradeen ali Kindly note your package (AR193098601740700) is ready and on the way to you" i recieved this monday until now nothing came up to me.

Ajoul / Tam Express Company delivery

They will not try to call you again on another day if you won't be able to answer their call for delivery today for some valid reasons - work. Especially if you already paid it thru credit card. I'm still waiting for my package from jollychic, it's already 2 months. And their line os always busy, not replying to emails also. Worst shipping company — ajoul😡

I received the message the package, they will deliver on 18/22 of October 2019.. now it's already 24 of October .. I did not receive my order yet! I am very disappointed.

When i track my order, it says that delivery failure coz the customer is not answering the phone. I dont have any missed call notifications. Many times i contact the shipper and he not answered properly and not delivered.

Ajoul / Tam Express Company delivery

I ordered goods from Jollychic on 13th March 2019 and my account showed that I will receive my shipment between 20th to 23rd March by Ajoul Express.It's been more than 14 days but still I did not receive my parcel.I am frequently trying to call them but no response.Very rude people not replying to messages and calls.I am really disappointed with the service of Ajoul Express.Jollychic team how can you deal with such a company?I received many shipment from Jollychic before through Fetchr and Naqel Express but they were really good, on time delivery and great customer service! I never faced this inconvenience before...!

Please this is my sincere request to the Jollychic team, never ship your shipment through Ajoul Express...very bad logistics company I must say!
Even a lot of customers are unhappy with Ajoul.I am sending you screenshots of reviews of Ajoul Express.I think this is a complain of those majority customers who are facing troubles each time like me.

Well it's good that I found this site which I had been looking for the past few months. "AJOUL EXPRESS SHIPPING", I certainly believe " Express " means quick or fast which is exactly the opposite of what this company has been doing to a lot of their customers. I had a terrible experience with this shipping company. Just few months back, I refunded my money from Jollychic since my parcel wasn't delivered to me after 3 of their courriers chatted with me that they will deliver. See, they are all bunch of liars. I can't even speak to anyone in this number +[protected] which is supposed to be their customer service line because it's either they'll hung up or never pick up. I waited for 2 months until I was refunded. Now I have 2 new parcels, which was already in their warehouse for a long time and I guess they don't have plans on delivering it again. I rescheduled delivery twice already but unfortunately no updates or whatsoever. I don't see any point why Jollychic still has this company on their list that obviously gives them bad feedbacks. Attached are photos to confirm my experience with this company. I must say " AJOUL " is the " WORST " shipping company I have ever encountered. I was ok with the other companies that Jollychic chosed until this company came up. They are nightmare!

i have also the same issue! ajoul is not delivering my package! i cant contact them either! these packages are paid already, their office cant be located for the adress is not appearing on their site!😡
