I contacted Airtrade call center as my Airline told me i need to go through them to upgrade my seats.

The lady on the phone clearly doesn't want to work, and told me it is such a complicated way to do it, and that it is so expensive and that she already told me in October ( Never spoke to them about it - the woman completely mistaken me by someone else ), and started to raise the voice to me. When I called her on her [censored], she became very defensive and didnt want to do anything about it. I asked for her manager and she told me she is a manager. I feel sorry for people beneath her. If your staff has no idea what they are doing, and dont want to do the job, they shouldnt be on the phone.

I can not describe the frustration I'm having with
Vayama travel agency, I have bought international Travel tickets through Vayama for
our family of three my self and my wife and my daughter international travels, our flight being
canceled due to hurricane Sadny. and they won't refund the money back to credit card.
