got an oil change, now need a new engine
went to get an oil change, they have the 12.99 special, i have been here previously since i moved in the area about a year ago, so i/ve had 4 oil changes prior to this incident. When i came to pick up my car, i was told to go to the cashier and pay. I did so, she gave me the keys, left the place, went to the bank about a mile down. When i came out of the bank i noticed a oil leak all under my car, took it back immediately to the dealer. When i did, they were shocked and didnt know why the car was leaking, so they took it to the back and checked it out, looks like now i have to change 3 gaskets, timing belt, for a total of $800.00 According to the Shop manager, this has been happening before i left the car there. If this was so, then why was i not informed of it the first time i picked up the car? Why was i allowed to drive my car with a leak that drained the oil all out? The shop manager is very rude and unprofessional, immediately he started getting defensive and all in my and my boyfriends face. What kind of place gives u an oil change and u leave with an oil leak? wow, who does that?

How many times did you bring it in prior to having a problem. Did you say 4? If they really wanted to rip you off dont you think they would have probably done it the first time. Also they are a chrysler dodge jeep dealership. I bet you dont even have a chrysler. You probably have some old ratty japanese car that is falling apart anyway but came in for the cheap oil change. Sure its a good deal but I bring my chrysler in there all the time and see those foreign pieces of ### taking up the driveway and making my oil changes take two hours. I wish they would stop taking in those 12.95 oil changes to keep that junk out of their shop so my chrysler can be serviced quicker. I love the folks at Airport Chrysler and they have my loyal business. In conclusion buy American, you have alot less stress.
