As per the online website, I had made the first step of the airline reservation, they follow 2 step. 1st one holding process and second step is completion.
this process was done due to the urgency or wrong understanding due to the family issue
while doing the transaction, I have seen while booking you can cancel or refund in full within 12 hours of the booking. check attached screen shot.
I have requested within 12 hours for the refund request.
I am still struggling to receive the refund.
can anyone support me on how can I move forward. I have all the communication for evidence as I have requested the refund within 12 hours.

Never ever book your flights with https://www.airlinesticketcorp.com they are a big scam. They have 2 step process of booking. The charges that pop up in the first search is not the actual one. They will charge you again for issuing the ticket which then turns out to be very huge amount. They never respond to mails or chats and don't refund your cash either.
Moreover they never tell you in which country they are based in.
http://www.airlinesticketvip.com. I'm also face the same issue.its totally scam. I paid to them 729.16 $ but now they are not responding me. I don't how the banks also support to them.
I also agree on this and faced same issue with this site and fighting to get the refund.
Looking different options to
a) block the site in this country and complaint to licensing authorities.
b) bring down search rating
c) etc...

15/07/2017 The company charge for airline ticket without inform the real price. And inform customer that " In case the customers have misunderstood/misleading our process, policies and don't want to payment step 2 to issue E Ticket, customer can request to us to full refund to your account without fee." When I try to contact them to do the refund. They are very hard to contact.

Beware of this company they stole $900 I’ve never got refund and never got my original ticket I reported to police and bank card disputed they provided a fake E-ticket to my bank blaming me I’ve never used a ticket and never showed in airport am gonna escalat to traders standard and please I need help can someone advise me what to do before spend a lots of money to get a solicitor.
They are actually blaming me I confirmed the alternative flight ticket which I never confirmed in fact they forced to confirm the alternative flight ticket but I said No I want my refund because I cannot fly with different flight my all family bought ticket from Emirate but this company tried to separate me from my family

All i can understand here is this is totally a fake website just to make money they are playing with peoples deeds. Can anybody provide me their any physical address so that i will file a complain..
same situation here. Someone in Australia to report to Police and file a formal complaints.
The Same is happening, requested them to cancel the booking after 5 min, and they said a refund is not available.and will deduct the full amount.

I have the same Issue also.. I called my bank they will file a dispute. I hope I can have my money back. Have you receive your refund?
