I ordered from them an airgun { benjamin marauder} last Sept.5, 2011 which they billed instantly under LPK GROUP LLC.But on Sept. 13, 2011 this fraudulent company billed me again this time under the name NIKITISLLCA .I tried to call my bank Citibank as I was abroad at the time of purchase and my bank is in the phils. but the bank wont connect my call only on the computer but has never never connected me to an operator so I partly blame my bank, I cant do anything they wont entertain my wife who was also a card supplementary and was in the phils. I called this said company a certain GABRIEL answers me at first and promised to correct the billing which I really doubt because why would the use another name. I called and called this GABRIEL until they wont answer my phone call, but if I use another tel.in calling them they would receive my call only to tell me that its only this GABRIEL which is always not around can correct the said bill. now Im home on vacation only to know that my stupid bank cant help me because its more than a month.With all the efforts I have exerted I failed to get back my refund.
