Agoda Companyre: agoda booking id [protected] check-in october 20, 2019

I had booked "Bakpak Gion Hostel Kyoto" on 24 November 2018 ( Agoda Booking ID:[protected]) for 20-22 Oct 2019) immediately on 25 th Novemebr INR 5339.58 is withdrawn from my SBI Credit card by Bakpak Gion Hostel .
I cancelled the Booking( which is fully refundable) on 1st December. I have not received the refund for more than 7 months. When I contacted Agoda, they didn, t respond for 2 weeks. I contacted property but property informed that your booking is through Booking.com & not from Agoda . Agoda & Booking.com are the same. Booking.com should have refunded your money within 15 days after cancellation.
I contacted several times by mail & chat to agoda, They spend another 15 days in demanding the documents which i have already submitted to them several times.
Now they advised me to contact property, as it is very late ( 8 Months ).
Is it my mistake that agoda doesn't bother to refund my deposit even after 8 months. Now every body, Agoda, Booking.com & Bakpak Gion Hostel Kyoto is avoiding the responsibility for my refund & pointing towards one_another

Please refund my INR 5333 to me at an earliest

    Bonjour nous tenons à vous signaler que nous avons annulé cette réservation.
    Merci d'ouvrir une réclamation pour les faits suivants :
    Nous nous sommes présentés à l'hôtel mais la propreté de cet hôtel est catastrophique et nous avons demander au manager sur place d'annuler notre réservation sans frais (dont nous avons eu son accord à l'orale).
    Nous avons retrouvé 4 cafards lors de notre check-in dans la première chambre (nous ne sommes pas rentré dans la seconde) et retrouvé une bonne dizaine de cafards autour de l'hôtel dont le restaurant.
    Ayant des enfants en bas âge, je me suis refusé de les faire dormir dans cet hôtel.
    Merci de ne pas débiter mon compte pour cette annulation suite à la situation décrite ci-dessus . Vous pouvez me joindre au [protected] à partir d'août pour en discuter de vive voix.

      Bleeps - Verified Affiliatescam

      On 16th December 2018, I was contacted by a company which claimed to be an Agoda Verified Affliliate - Bleeps (http://bleepsclub.com/) and offered a free stay in Phuket. They pressured me to buy air tickets to Phuket, then presured me to pay USD 200 deposit to stay in Regent Bangtao Phuket claiming that they will refund the deposit after my stay (27th April to 30th April 2019). Upon returning from my trip, i've sent them emails requesting for the refund and no reply was given. Is this really an affiliate of Agoda? If not, you should not allow them to use Agoda's name otherwise people will lose confidence in your brand name. I'm planning to report this scam to the police unless i get some sort of response either from Agoda or Bleeps.
