AgentWebOnline.com Non service, scam, bullies

Hi, I am a Realtor in Miami with a very solid reputation and a very good following. I did agree to join this as they made it sound wonderful as if they could take my websites to the next level and increase my business dramatically.

I paid for many months. I was supposed to have a call for completion and set up, but that didn't happen (partially my fault), but... I was busy and happy that they did at least have all of my websites and were promoting my business... right? Wrong.
I later found out that NONE of my websites were working... I made calls, no one responded, I asked for help... nothing. So I stopped paying and said that I wanted to cancel... (Supposedly you can cancel at any time), right? Wrong.

They have harassed me and threatened me full well knowing that I had been paying for a very long time getting "0" for my money - they told me that they would cancel me once I paid the past due balance of $168- as a matter of principal I refused to pay it because I did not receive assistance or any benefit - or any work at all on their part, this went on for 6+ months.

I finally gave in 5 minutes ago and paid it because they threatened to send me to a Collection Agency. Me... The one who had been ripped off.
They assured me they would cause harm to my credit rating.

Desired outcome: SELL THE COMPANY TO HONEST PEOPLE.YOU ARE DISHONEST, UNKIND, AND BULLIES.

AgentWebOnline.com Company Is A Scam

I had signed for a free trial with no obligations years ago, their customer service claims 2020, but in my email it was 2017... I cancelled the service. To this date I dont even know what I signed up for - when i called customer service they said I registered a domain name with them. I truly believe this company is just a complete sham. I did not receive any invoices to date, thinking it was cancelled. Years later, in 2022 they said i have outstanding invoices from them. They started sending me invoices and said it was going to collections. Just to shut them up I paid one invoice in October 2022. November 2022 I look at my visa statement and they charged me once again. When I called customer service they mentioned the November charge was from oustanding and late fees. Why would a company not invoice from the date I signed up and start charging years later? Scam, scam, scam.

Desired outcome: Refund & apology

AgentWebOnline.com Keep Sending Unsolicited Fake Invoice Email to All Agents for Money

This business is totally a spammer. At our real estate brokerage, so many agents have kept receiving invoices from this company however our agents have never ever subscribed to any service from this company. Basically, this is a scandal. It fools people for money.

I had once sent an email replying to the invoice email saying that we did not have any service from this company.

Desired outcome: This must be reported to polices.

We have had an identical situation to what you have described. We have never used this service and they are emailing invoices that indicate 'past due' with a payment link as a trick to obtain payment details. Recommend reporting to the Canada Anti-Fraud Centre. With enough reports I suspect these scammers would be stopped.

AgentWebOnline.com Fake invoicing

My husband used AgentWebOnline.com to build our website for real estate business in August 2017 but then cancelled their service after a short period of time like 2 months as we found that their service was not useful. We didn't recall owing them any payment for service rendered. Then out of the blue from May this year (2022), they started to send us new invoices for a monthly payment of $112.99. We were surprised to receive these invoices as we no longer use their service. When I tried to call them, the calls were always transferred to voicemail and they never returned my calls. We reached out to them by emails and someone by the name of Sheila replied us that our account was cancelled but there was amount outstanding way back. She said if we were willing to make 1 month payment then the case would be closed.

We emailed her to ask for proof of past bills which they claimed to be still outstanding. Despite repeated emails from us to request proof of past bills, they never provide us any. Instead, they keep sending us invoices each month which were newly generated for the current months of 2022. When I finally succeeded in talking to them yesterday, they said the outstanding amounts were due to payments declined. They further said they have passed our case to the Collection Dept of Credit Card Processing Bank and they could no longer handle this case themselves. They threatened that if we didn’t make payment for the 5 months fee in the 5 invoices they have sent us so far, the Collection Dept will file our record to the Credit Bureau and our credit record will be ruined for the next 7 years. When I asked to talk to the Collection Dept, the staff said they could not provide us the contact information and we could only send an email to their company and they would then forward it to Collection. I sent an email detailing our questions and called to ask if the email was forwarded. The staff said we would just have to wait for a reply from the Collection Dept.

This company is a total scammer! Don’t ever use their service or give them information of your credit card.

All we have asked is proof of past bills for those so called outstanding amount. We cannot make payment just because they said we owe them some money. We also asked if there were really outstanding amounts back from 2017, why would they only start to send out newly generated invoices from May, 2022. To this, they didn't give any appropriate answer. We feel so frustrated and ridiculous about the whole situation and want everyone to be aware of this scammer company.

Desired outcome: Stop sending us fake invoices. Stop asking for payments which we never owe. Stop scamming people.

AgentWebOnline.com Sending me invoices for services I did not have with them

In early 2020 I had my email serviced with Agentweb. Suddenly, my emails stopped working. I attempted to contact the company for 3 days without any results. I therefore changed to another company to host my emails.

Several days later-I received an email from Agentweb stating that they did not service my emails and dismissed me.

2 1/2 years later I keep getting 2-3 invoices per day for $112.99. They said they would turn it over to a collection agency if I do not pay them. Out of the blue they send me invoices when they previously said they were not hosting me nor would they help resolve my issue.

Desired outcome: Stop sending me invoices and send me an apology that they had no right or reason to bill me $112.99.

AgentWebOnline.com Fake invoicing

I signed up for FREE 30 days trial in March 2018. Right of the bat I knew that there website was crap so I emailed them right away to cancel my subscription within 30 days Trial period. This is what happend in the timeline:

Timeline:

Tue 3/20/2018 4:41 PM - First signed up for 30 days FREE Trial

Mon 4/9/2018 12:15 PM - Send Email to cancel the account

Tue 4/24/2018 1:20 AM - Sent another Email after seeing credit card charge

Tue 4/24/2018 6:51 PM - Response received saying '30 days period is over" "If you still want to cancel your account, log into your account and click my account. This will stop your billing."

Thu 4/26/2018 10:22 AM - Sent email to confirm that I have deactivated my account from portal and asked for refund

Thu 4/26/2018 12:05 PM - Response received "Unfortunately, we cannot issue any for it was a valid charge. Sorry for the inconvenience!"

Thu 4/26/2018 12:08 PM - Email again to protest in an effort to get refund

Wed 5/2/2018 4:44 AM - Sent another Email

Thu 5/24/2018 1:16 AM - And another email but no response

-------

Mon 5/23/2022 9:21 AM - New invoice from AgentWebOnline.com

Tue 5/31/2022 8:31 AM - Reminder: Your invoice from AgentWebOnline.com #0AEA17F1-0001 is 8 days past due

Tue 5/31/2022 3:44 PM - Sent email "Why am I getting this invoice? I’m not your customer"

Wed 6/1/2022 10:42 AM - "You have created an account with us."

Wed 6/1/2022 11:20 AM - "No i have not. Cancel this invoice and stop sending me emails."

Thu 6/2/2022 10:48 AM - Sends me a screenshot of THEIR portal showing that I have an account with them "Since May 2022"

And story goes on and I'm still getting weekly emails "Your invoice is x days past due"

So I decided to give them a call. Guess what, staff is already trained to make fake facts (she got all dates wrong of my original subscription in 2018. I cancelled in Apr 2018 but she said I did not canceled till 2019 and my card payment was declined which actually never happened) and bottom line of her statements is:

- Your account is over due

- it is being sent to collections

- unless you pay it will impact your credit report

I said that your just trying to scam people and I'm going to sue you for harassment and she was like "Thank you sir"

Such bunch of shameless scammers. I suspect that they have also started a new company by the name 'Your Online Agent' and office address is of some accountants office.

Desired outcome: Stop scamming people and stop sending fake invoices.

AgentWebOnline.com Invoices

I started receiving invoices for $112.99 from these people in May. They claimed that I had signed a contract with them in 2018. I had signed for a free trial with no obligations which I promptly cancelled. I did not receive any invoices all this time and now they are billing me. When I try to log on to their website using my User Name and password it says that my account is closed and I need to contact them if I want to reactivate.

Desired outcome: Stop sending these fake Invoices

AgentWebOnline.com Agentweb

5 years ago in 2017, I received an email introductory free 30 day no obligation from Agentweb. After i Signed up, Within few days, I figured the website was too complicated for me and called the customer service when I saw a charge of one month fee on my credit card. They said there is nothing they can do since I didn’t put in the free coupon number of the ad while signing up therefore wasn’t free!

They had my money and my credit card number. Obviously I found out the first payment was charged after a month or so. All my calls went to a full mailbox of the company. It took me 1.5 month to finally call them from a different number to get through which was answered and they said they couldn’t refund my money which I cancelled my account with them. I tried to dispute the charges with my credit card company but still didn’t get my money since it had past the 45 day time period. But I let my bank to block any further charges.

In the past few years I had been getting constant calls and texts from their sales department to join again. My answer was NO.

2 months ago they finally changed their tactics by sending me an overdue invoice of $113.

To my surprise again my calls went automatically to company’s voicemail. I replied to their email by saying I don’t have an account with them. They replied my account is still active and I owe them the amount.

I called from a different number and finally spoke with their support department, this was in June 2022, they finally agreed to close my account and agreed that I no longer owe. I specifically requested to receive no calls or emails or text from the company. They agreed.

Guess what, yesterday the invoice emailed to me again with the same heading!

Today i called from my primary number, calls were not answered, I called from a different number the same Filipino lady answered and said if you don’t pay it will go on collection. Are you kidding me lady? I said! I never used your services I replied!

I specifically asked, why they blocked my primary number to call? The lady said well you got through now! I said yes because I had to call from a different number for you to pick up! Obviously she had to pretend she knows nothing about this issue!

I said to her why don’t you send me a detailed invoice and summary of our conversation for my record since I need our conversation of today in writing and need to know what and for which period of time I’m being invoiced especially after a frigging 5 years had passed.

She brushed me off on the phone and said ok she then hung up on me!

Im still waiting for their response.

This company is nothing but scam and fraud.

They don’t care about their costumers and service. Their costumers are disposable and one time use like trash!

This is very sad and desperate from their part!

Update by Nice to be honest
Jul 27, 2022 8:30 pm EDT

Hi again, after many more emails sent back and forth, I requested a detailed invoice send to me. Todays invoice was reduced to $59.99 from $129.99.

I wrote to them they are the one who owe me the charge of 59.99 as it was advertised free and complimentary , but in order to register you had to enter a credit card number which I did. I was illegally charged and they never refunded my money and now they asked for more!

I told them they will never get their hands on my credit card number again and to stop harassing me with their fraudulent emails and collection scare. I asked the Full Name of the manager in charge of account department. Still emails are sent with first name only of Sheila. How ridiculous this company is!

More over, their stupid staff who commit fraud to earn a living!

Don’t trust this company with your credit card and business. Shame Shame Shame! This company and staff will be prosecuted in time!

By the way this is happening in Toronto Canada, not the USA since my original entry automatically defaulted to USA and I couldn’t change it at the time.

AgentWebOnline.com website

I tried, since they were offering a free trial period, for 30 days. I found it technically impossible to create my own website, I emailed a response to the company as they emailed me letting me know my website wasn't complete my response was simple, I did not wasn't to continue and asked them to stop. They ignored and for the next year charged my credit card under the name of trade world Corp. they are a fraudulent company operating out of apatment building as alias in Brampton, be aware, do not give them you're credit card, they won't stop charging it, ever.

AgentWebOnline.com Won'e let you cancel

BEWARE! If you sign up for www.agentwebonline.com it is impossible to cancel. They don't answer their phones or respond to emails. Their phone says the mailbox is full. Several months ago I actually spoke to a real person, they lied to me by telling me to follow steps to cancel subscription but the bills keep coming. They scare you into paying by threatening to report you to the credit bureaus.

These jerks were harassing us for a few years for a payment for a service that was never provided. They keep sending emails and spaming and threatening to send us to collections. AgentWebOnline is a complete scam. Their websites are very poor and most of their client testimonials are false. I signed up for a free 30 day trial so as to review their websites for my real estate network. I cancelled the same day as the product was so poor. I closed the account online and sent a number of cancellation confirmation emails requesting confirmation. I called the 800 number repeatedly. as expected 30 days later my account was billed. Numerous additional emails / calls ... all unanswered. If you call the 800 number and press 1 for sales ... they answer overtime but then send you to the same info@agentwebonline.com email address. They know exactly what they're doing. When you dispute the charge with your bank simply point them to any one of the complaint boards (like this one). It will make it easy to get a refund but you will need to cancel your card or they will simply keep billing.

They're basically just a scam.
