AED Central.comNever received merchandise I paid for

I am writing in a complaint that happened about 4 years ago. I purchased custom made angel eye headlights from AEDCENTRAL.COM. I called them on the phone and they said we would have the custom made headlights between October and November of 2004. I contacted AEDCENTRAL about 6 months ago to see when about I am going to get the headlights and they advised me around the last week of November 2008. Now I can’t contact them; I call and they don’t answer and the voicemail box is always too filled to leave a message. I gave them $740.00 and they said its going take a while because they have to to buy the materials for the custom angel eye headlights and they have to wait until a certain amount of people pay and pre order them. So I spent a total of $740.00 and I never received them. This company is on with similar situations to which I am experiencing.
Company that I am disputing: AEDCENTRAL.COM
Total amount I am disputing: $740.00
Person that owns the company that originally sold me the headlights and took both of the payments: Susan Grammer.
