Ahalia Hospital / Ahalia Group

I was came to emergency to seek cureness in my health as I am sufferring that trigger my asthma. It was around 6 in the vening only last night. I don't like the way they talk in gront of the patient speaking in their language is showing disrespect... they need to use the language that the patient will understand. See mediclinic they only speak english. And I feel offended with the doctor she doesn't understand what I am talking. And lastly the result of my laboratory test was showing an issue in my xray and in my blood. But still she just tell me that she will give me medicine and I can go. She never bothered to us if I am ok or I feel more better. She really never care the patient not same of her nationality.

It is the first time in my entire life that i have come across a Doctor (Dr. Elsy) who is completely against medical ethics. In fact, until I went to the pharmacy I didn't know anything about my medical condition. She seems to be like a radio station, we can only listen to his stupid ideas and advises but cannot utter a single word on our health condition to him. Being an Engineer (IIT'ian) I strongly believe that this person should be given some medical treatment or therapy sessions on how to deal with patients.

The moment I came out of his room a very kind Nurse was all ready with a Pen & a Complaint slip. (It was a very usual scene for them) I am surprised how this person has not come into the eyes of Ahalia Management and why there has been no action taken on him.

I am writing to complain about the way I have been treated by a GP in Ahalia Hamdan. I was seen by this doctor Donna Genevieve Cueto Pangan today january 4, 2020. I was feeling pain and found her attitude upsetting as she did not seem to take me seriously. She did not examine me or do any tests. I feel that she did not take my symptoms seriously and she is being sarcastic the way she talks to me she's thinking that i'm just after the sick note. When I ask her about my problem she just gave me referral to another doctor without doing any examination. A waste of money. I hope you take action regarding this matter.
