Adore Cosmetics rude salesmen, scam!

I was trying to leave the Miromar outlets when a women standing outside offered me a free-sample. I took it, and she looks at my face and says "I'll give you another sample of our face cream"... So (stupid me) I follow her in and next thing I know I am in a chair and a salesman is testing a facial scrub on my arm. He keeps telling me there is something wrong with my face and I need this product. As a doctor I was already not interest in the product because it was being marketed as "organic"... Total marketing scam. Then he starts telling me the dried up lotion on my arm was my skin flaking off - total BS! He says the product is $150. And I say no thanks. Then he starts accusing me of not being able to afford the product and that I should go somewhere cheaper! Absolutely not the issue. Either way he says I need thing product because of my face (as if there was something wrong with my face). Then he starts offering me the product for cheaper, now it's $75. I looked up reviews of this place and apparently it's all the same, they know they have bad reviews and they are trying to sell their crappy product before someone reads it. They know if you walk out of their store without the product that you aren't coming back. Plus, Dr. Oz endorses this product, automatic read flag! This place is so sleazy I can't even believe it.

Adore Cosmetics skin tightening instant facelift and eye serum

I was out for the evening with my husband when I happen to walk by this Adore store in Cityplace West Palm Beach. I was handed a sample and told to come in for a demonstration of the product. I was whisked away to a chair. The product was applyed under the eyes and the eye serum. It seem to work and make the lines disappear and brighten the area. I purchased the 2 products for $371. I go home and open the adore skin tightening instant facelift and inside it was a white hard shell that look like plastic. Next day I call the sales lady to inform about the product. She tells me I can mail it in. I say wrong answer. I will go to the store and you will exchange it for a useable product. She didn't even remember me. In small letters it says no refund or return/exchange on open products which I never saw posted in the store as all the transaction was performed at the chair. I have been using the skin tightening instant facelift for two days at night as instructed. There is a slight burning sensation which disappears. In the morning I wash the residue around the eye because there is a coarse film that is left on the skin. Then I apply the serum. There is no noticeable change from using this product in the last two day. I have been taking pictures everyday of before and after and this product does not accomplish what it claims. I will continue to use for the the two weeks. I believe that I have been scammed. I will continue to report. This company should be closed down.

Hello. I have tried this product. Adore instant firming syringe and I was able to see a difference in just a short period of time. I am sorry for your experience and I do agree that there is an extreme tightening feeling around the eyes but the salesperson attributed this to the tightening of the muscles around the eye and the stimulation of collagen production. I have posted a photo below and you can see the difference the product made to my left eye even as I headed back out to the car. . It is very hard to gauge the effects of this product as most of us only have limited experience with them and their claim to instantly improve your appearance seems sketchy at best. However.. I did try the product and it did seem to work in a way that was clearly visible to others. I hope other people post their experiences here as well.

it is a scam. what is sold in the store is not the product given. it is temporary at best and i believe those who have had bad reactions to it. was also scammed in AK.

While shopping in Miami was approached by a salesman for Adore to try "free" samples. He quickly rushed me into a chair and put "magic" wrinkle cream under my eyes. Tried to sell me about a thousand dollars worth of products. I flat out refused. After leaving store the product flaked up and caused my eyes to tear and burn. I thought it was a scam from the beginning. Couldn't see a bit of difference in my eyes after he put the cream under my eyes! Stay away from Adore!

Adore Cosmetics scam!

While strolling Fremont Street in Vegas, beautiful thin males and females give you wonderful compliments but tell you they can take away the circles and puffiness under your eyes. The lure you into the chair, do a demonstration on you and then drop outlandish prices of their product to you. I got them down considerably on the price. I bought. The next day I was lured into the same store, just a different location. I let them do their "magic". I was told a different price. I showed them my purchase from the day before from a different location. They told me that what I purchased was different! Really? It was the same cream, oh just a different container? Then they told me that I wasted their time, that I was on vacation and they are having to work for a living, I said yes, scamming people! I have tried to make the cream work like they did in the store. I believe they demonstrate with one cream and sell you another because I have never reached the results that they did in either store!

Adore Cosmetics unethical behaviour

Dec 31/2015 at the Pickering Town Centre in Pickering Ontario Canada I went in to exchange a product my son got me for Christmas as I was there I was told there product is organic and I should come and have a seat and Michelle the sales girl will show me since I was into organic I said sure. Well I sat thru the 20mins demo and ok all was good at that point then I didn't see any sign saying NO REFUND so I did purchase a lot over $ 1000 this was to last me a little over 2 years with some of the products according to the sales girl. But even before I got home my face started to feel like as if someone rub hot pepper on my skin it didn't get red at first so I got home and washed my face with yogurt it as ok for about 15 mins then it started to burn again and then my face got red. Since it was New Years Eve I couldn't return the product the next day so I when into the store on Jan 2/2016 no one could help I was told I had to come back when the sales girl who helped me was in so I went back on Jan 3/2016 spoke with Michelle the sale girl after I explain to her what happened she wanted me to try something else at this point I just wanted to get my money back give them the products back and leave then the manager came on the phone after about 15 mins with her on the phone she gave me a refund of $250 so now I am still short of $ 750 and I really want all my money back. There is no sign in the store stating a NO REFUND so I think this is unfair especially since I am returning the product because I am sensitive to it. It has nothing to do with I not liking the product..

My mother had the same situation but it has gotten out of hands. She first purchased over 1700 dollars at the salem nh mall. Then when she went for her first free facial, she was almost forced to buy 2800 dollars worth of product! I told her that we were not going to keep buying stuff everytime she went to one of her free facials. So the sales guy gave her a buch of "presents" because he wanted her to love the experience and go back and buy her more stuff. But when she didnt returned the next day to purchase anything he kept calling her iver 59 times in one day, then he texted her threating her with the police. He said "you have two options my dear, one came and pay for the product that you have taken or two wait for the police to atrive at your house" offcourse no police ever showed up because my mother didnt steal anything. I made the complaint to the mall but now they have giving my number to the Adore corporation and they are rude and disrespectful. I wanted to returned the stuff that this sales guy had given my mom, but know I want to know if there is a way that I can file a bigger claim on them with someone else rather than the same people. I need an opinion please help me.😣

I had the exact same experience at the store in Lahaina Hi. In addition, I had a very bad allergic reaction on the first day. I tried to call the sales women but she did not pick up or return my call. I went back to the store the next day and she said she could not stop the shipment that I had to talk to their manager in the US (Benjamin). I spoke with him, but he said there was nothing he could do either. They delayed everything so that the shipment left the warehouse and thus making a refund impossible. I refused the shipment but they are still holding my money hostage. People should RUN from these salespeople they are deceptive and they have no moral compass.

Greed Overtakes Common Sense: Pen Centre Store Takes Advantage of Man with Autism Last time it was a woman with Down Syndrome. This time it is a young man on the autism spectrum. Friday, the parents of 26 year old Tom found a package containing over $1100.00 worth of cosmetics in his room. Staff at “Adore” at the Pen Centre in St. Catharines, Ontario had convinced him he had bags under his eyes and sensitive skin and needed these products to address these issues. When his parents confronted the store, the manager stated that although Tom “didn’t seem quite right” since he ”wasn’t wearing a bracelet or didn’t have an assistant holding on to his arm” they had no choice but to treat him like any other customer. His parents were told they could exchange the products but Tom cannot get his money back. He had signed a piece of paper marked “Finel Sale”. Store staff had checked that Tom had a job (McDonald’s) and said he agreed to everything. Tom’s parents have worked hard to help him be as independent as possible. Tom is already part of a program through the Autism Society that is helping him with issues, (hence the job at Mcdonald’s) including differentiating between appropriate and inappropriate friends. Of course his parents’ biggest fear is that he will be taken advantage of but they also want him to be as independent as possible. Yes, they realize that it is a risk for him to have a credit card and will attempt to have the limit lowered, but even this is a partial safeguard. They found out after they got home that he was at the store again on Friday, where he proudly said, even though he had another 'treatment', he didn't buy the $700 worth of products they suggested. He thought they were his friends. Organizations such as the Community Living and the Autism Society have been fighting for our vulnerable citizens to be 'treated like everyone else', and this is sometimes the result. Stores are in the business of making money. None-the-less, how is it that even after being presented with the facts, this store owner was not willing to do the ethical thing, and make this right. Clearly, greed overcame common sense. This was not a $100 learning experience. They might as well have mugged him and taken his wallet."

Adore Cosmetics unethical behavior

11/20/2015 Called the company and asked them not to ship package to my home. I wanted to cancel everything. I was told it already shipped, even though I told them i would not be home until 11/20/2015. I notified my American Express told them to cancel the order, and I would not be accepting the package that they claimed was shipped. They said there is a no return policy. I never left the store with any items, All items were to be shipped when I contacted them. I decided to let American Express Handle it. I refused the package when it arrived on 11/21/15. tole the federal express to return to the shipper. I received a letter from Fedex stating the package was refused by the shipper. I again explained that I would refuse anything shipped by this company, they were notified, and they continue to refuse the package. I again contacted my American Express company.

Adore Cosmetics instant face lift

I was manipulated into the store at cooks town 1 (mall) the lady there although I kept telling her I had no money she promised me she would bring the price down so I could afford it made me to think I would have results in two weeks wrinkle on my face and neck would disappear. I hate sales people who will take the last of your money even after you say many times no no. But they make you and want you to believe the product they are saleing is for really. Well it is not they took $300.00 dollars from me at Christmas time. What evil people and product. I want to call Better Business and report this product company and people it is not right:( Very unhappy and hope no one else ever buys it or gets screwed by these people

I to was bullied into the canal shoppes in Vegas
After having one eye remove my puffiness they refused to do my other unless I purchased the so called package!
Moved the price from $600 down to $250
It did work right away but trying to remove it when washing your face was another disaster! It actually made my eyes worse looking after it came
I filled the directions for 2 weeks and it has taken 3 additional weeks to correct it back

Again, high pressure and terrible reaction to product several hours after application. Yes, i fell for an allusion and now reality of $400 charge. No one told me it was non refundable and i will dispute with my credit card company. Certainly wish i had checked out information on-line.

Adore Cosmetics vitamin c cream and syrum

I'm in total agreement with earlier reviews of Adore luxury cosmetics while staying one week at the Hilton Waikoloa Resort in Hawaii. Castigated myself for days after the purchase I made. Decided to live with my decision ; an expensive lesson to be learned by a sensible woman in her early 60's. The Vitamin C skin products are irritating and highly perfumed with what smells like old Evening in Paris that's "turned". I suspected the sleazy young men were Israeli but they all professed to be Italian. One's tobacco breath was overwhelming ( called himself Jon/ Jovani). I have a sense of humor, and will probably flush the stuff down the drain, or see if it would work in my organic garden as a repellant or herbicide: a new form of Roundup?

Adore Cosmetics will my skin return to normal?

I was talked into buying their very expensive products to naturally make my skin smoother and more healthy. I was told that lines will slowly disappear with use of certain creams. I was told that they will throw in for free a non-surgical face lift facial. There seemed to be confusion about the date for the facial because they kept telling me a different date when I'd call to confirm, but I did finally have it. I was told I was lucky because the person giving the facial was one of the creators of the product line who happened to be in the city that day. As he was applying the gel he told me the facial was worth $8600.00 and 14 carat gold would be applied. He started talking about special prices for monthly facials and I told him that I had already spent more than I can afford, but that I'd tell others about it. And I said I had been pulled off the street and I don't usually spend money like this. He politely excused himself and some time later the original salesman came in and said the other had to catch a plane today or tomorrow or sometime. Then that one applied the mask and continued with sales pitches. I told him my skin felt like it was burning, but he kept calling me darling and seemed unconcerned. I couldn't get out of there without spending another $100.00. The sales pitches are unrelenting and would take up 20 pages to write. My concern now is not the $700.00 plus tax that I spent in total. My skin looks awful. 5 days have passed and I'm still burnt, lines are deeper, and my neck is super irritated with skin looking like strings going down, deeper lines, and a puffy-look. Since having the facial I've avoided using their products and have been using aloe vera, oatmeal masks, natural products that have been good to my skin up until this. I am hoping the skin will settle and be better. I was not told that any of this would happen. I look years older today. I am afraid to use their creams. Will my skin return to normal?

What bothers me most is that I now have turkey neck. The red puffiness settled leaving the sides of my neck better but the front now has odd-looking strings of skin and is saggy under the chin.

12 days later my skin is not quite back to how it was before the facial. I was hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt. On a positive note the experience has pushed me to find free facial and neck exercises on the internet to naturally tighten skin.

Update on my complaint: 10 days later my skin does seem better. Still sensitive, but healing and looking a little tighter. I believe I became paranoid by the sales tactics. The under eye area looks the best. The neck is still not healed but seems to be getting tighter.

on 09/09/2015 my wife and i had walked by an ADORE COSMETICS
kiosk. The salesman came out and tried to coax her into a talk to buy cosmetics. I told them to leave her alone. she is 72 yrs. old and has
been diagnosed with a possible onset of senility.I noticed the salesmen were like a bunch of vultures and going after women in there late 60's on up. It semed some of the women were basically
trying to get away. My wife happened to walk by this kiosk on fremont
street again without me. This time they got her confused and talked her into buying over $1600.00 in cosmetics.She hasn't spent that much money on cosmetics in over 15 yrs. total.When we got back to
Houston, tx. i looked at my credit card charges on-line and noticed this charge. On 09/11/15 i called and they said the order has not been placed and they would call back.Well, that never happened.i have to pay this bill, but these people prey on the elderly.

Adore Cosmetics awful products

I too have been pressured and scammed into buying Adore cosmetics. They pressure you into their small salons to try out their eye gels and creams promosing to tighten and make wrinkles disappear. Within 15 minutes of applying their products, my skin turned scaly, red and puffy and hurt. I should of known that any product lines without a guarantee or warranty was not good. They would not take back the products even though they could see that my face was reacting. Their products also dry up within a couple of months, what a waste of $. I paid over $1, 000 for the complete facial line of products. I am going back to Vegas and will definitely tell them what I think of their products. Their customer service is very bad. They would like you to think that they are selling you a high end, exclusive product but believe me it is not. Stay away for sure.

Adore Cosmetics sales tactics - no refund

My complaint, although similar to everyone else concerning the sales tactics and invisible no refund policy, is actually complimentary concerning their Essence product line. Yes, the girl was in the hallway at the Flamingo Hotel, and yes she pulled us into the shop, and yes the smooth talking fake Italian accent guy did his best to convince us to buy today. And yes, I did buy one product for myself and they threw in a bunch of free product for my wife in order to close the deal. I never expected to get any money back, even if the product was junk, as I was in Las Vegas. Come on man, everyone loses their money in Vegas. I was more concerned with actually getting the product as I was having it shipped to my house so I didn't have to carry it on the plane. I used my credit card as a protection for that purpose and not a refund. Well, the Essence Hydrating Cream worked better than described by the sales person. Yes, they made wild claims about it being organic plant stem cells, and that it would restore the elasticity in my skin, and make it smoother. After using it daily for two months, I began to notice that it was doing exactly that. I purchased the product because everything else I had wasted money on, including prescription crèmes, had failed to heal the mystery eczema that appeared out of nowhere on my fingers after I turned 50. The tips of two or three fingers on each hand began to split with moderately deep gashes that would bleed with the slightest contact. Most crèmes and prescription treatments would heal the surface, but not the underlying problem, and the splits would re-occur within a few days. I suffered for nearly 3 years until I started using Adore Essence. It's been 3 years now since I purchased this product in Las Vegas and not only did it heal my hands, but it has restored the skin of my hands and fingers to where it was in my 30s. As a test, I stopped using Adore when after the first bottle and sure enough, in about 6 weeks, the splits were back. I've since ordered additional product through two different Adore dealers - one in Hollywood and one in Florida - at significant savings - about 55 - 60% discount off the list price. I typically purchase more than one bottle at a time, so I usually get a deal that includes a free bottle. On a $200 product, getting 3 bottles for $160 total is very reasonable. I have tried nearly every product on the shelf at Ulta and none work like Adore. I just wish I didn't have to deal with the company's sales people. It just feels so slimy talking to them.
I did some research to verify the company's claims about plant stem cells and skin repair and restoration. It turns out they are not the only ones doing it, and the research results back up some of their claims. If you are able to separate the hype and slick salesmanship from the science, you can see that it does do what they claim it will do. Adore was just the first to productize the plant stem cell technology into cosmetics. They are the same people who productized the Dead Sea cosmetic line, which they will also try to sell you. The salt scrubs are not my thing. I recently tried their men's hydrating product called Newmen. It's about 50% cheaper than the women's product. You actually get a little less product (40 ml vs 50 ml) and, according to the representative I spoke with at Adore, the formulation is different. There is much less Stem Cell botanical in the product and more perfume (which sounds odd for a men's product). It has worked well as an aftershave, but it's no substitute for the Essence Hydrating Cream on my hands. I used it once in the morning after my shower and once in the evening before bed. My hands remain healed to this day. I purchased some small makeup spatulas from Ulta to scoop out the cream from the bottom of the bottle when the pump hose no longer reaches it. I get about 3 to 4 months to a bottle and I just wish I could keep my supplier. Each year when I call to buy more, I have to find a new source. I can't speak to the other products, but plant stem cells worked for me.

Adore Cosmetics beware... it's a scam!

If you are reading this and have not purchased yet... Run run run... It is a scam!
I am writing this complaint today in hopes that it may help unsuspecting consumers. I encountered sales people for adore cosmetics on fremont street in las vegas. My friend had already been coaxed into their store so I went in to see her. They had a nice store front and appeared to be a legitimate business. They proceeded to tell us about the products. They said they were made in italy and were 100% organic & hypoallergenic. They said the exact same products are used at the high-end spa at the bellagio hotel. Two of the sales people (Lucas & anabel) told us they work at the bellagio spa doing facials and the bellagio charges over $500 for a facial with the exact same adore products. Lucas even went as far as to fake a phone call that he was going to the bellagio to do a facial (I didn't figure out it was fake until later).
Just like i've read in other reviews, at first the products appear to make a difference around the eyes but then it gets rough & flaky and turns the area red. Unfortunately, this all happens after we left the store with a big charge on our credit cards! We took a couple products with us and the rest were to be shipped. The sales people never informed us of the no return policy. They grabbed the credit card while we were sitting in chairs across the room still with product on our face & ran to the register and then whisk back the receipt for signature while they were distracting us with conversation.
The next day we returned and ask for a refund. The sales people's demeanor had totally changed at that point and they became rude & ugly. They tried to quiet us down because there were other customers in the store... Even turned the music up & started speaking in another language. The manager lucas juvanni said the products had already been shipped so he could not give a full refund... I later confirmed the products had not been shipped at that time... Another lie!. Lucas agreed to give us a partial refund and then gave us a slip of paper stating he would refund in 90 days less restocking fee if we weren't happy (He said restocking fee is 25%).
I contacted the bellagio and they said they do not use adore cosmetics as we had been told and neither lucas or anabel work at the bellagio doing facials. Based on the labeling & ingredients, they also lied about the product being made in italy and being organic.
I refused delivery of the products so they were never in my possession. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company by phone, letter, & emails with no success. Lucas gave me his cell phone so I have texted him many times. He replied a couple times stating he was checking on it and then the last time he said a "lady" from his office already offered me a refund less restocking of 25% and I didn't take it... Really... Do you think I would turned down any amount of refund!
Adore has all the unopened & unused products back and they have charged my credit card and they will not respond to my inquiries. It is theft!

I'm still trying to recover through my credit card and i'm filing complaints with bbb, federal trade, attorney general, las vegas tourism board, and any other associations I can think of. If anyone has other suggestions, please reply to the post.
To anyone reading this before you purchase... Please do not purchase these products... It is a scam!

They are in shopping malls all over in different countries using different product names. When you don't stop to listen and take their sample they yell out to you. "Ma'am, ma'am! I do think they target older ladies especially. I believe they change names as the word gets out that it is a scam. It wouldn't be so bad if the product worked, but my experience is that my skin is worse.

Total scam! I was shopping at the Cookstown Outlet Mall in Innisfil, Ontario Canada. The woman (named Cheryl or Sheryl) was in the mall, outside the store and approached me and put the peel product on my wrist. I asked her how much it was. She said very clearly $29.99. I said okay and when I went to the cash register, she rang in $169.99. I said "WHAT?..you said $29.99. I'm not paying for this!...and then the sales tactic began. She told me she never said the price as if I was dense and didn't hear it. Honestly, if she had said $169.99 I would have laughed and walked away but because I clearly heard $29.99 I went to the cash register! She said, tell you what...I will throw in 2 free moisturizers and another peel because I am the promotion manager. I said let me think about it and I will get back to you. She told me she wouldn't be back in the store for 3 more weeks and told me this was something special she was doing just for me. I agreed which was stupid of me. Then she tried to sell me on 24k gold eye pads and 24k gold facial cream...$399 for the pads and $995 for the cream...but she would give me the cream, eye pads, and two more products for $599. I thought they were mad for charging that much and said no way. She was very persistent and would not take no for an answer (all sorts of compliments blah blah blah) but I finally said to her I am late and have to pick up my child and left. Later, my wrist where she put the product broke out in hives. I looked up the ingredients on the web and the product was full of allergens, skin irritants and toxins. Very misleading coming from a store with Organic on the sign. I took the product back to the store a couple of days later and wanted a refund as I was not going to use products that gave me hives. They were all not touched and still in their packaging. The promotion manager who told me she wouldn't be back for 3 more weeks was there..quelle surprise... and told me they did not give refunds. I said the products are still in their cellophane wrap untouched...nope, no refund. Unreal, because every other reputable cosmetic company will refund if you have not opened the product. She told me she would give me an exchange only...get this, the $995 cream for 50% off...when a few days ago she offered the exact same deal with 4 more products thrown in...plus I would have to fork out an extra $300 to get this "exchange". Unreal! I'm lucky, I'm only out of pocket for $169.99 plus tax and I threw the products in the garbage! I saw all the scam complaints on the internet and wrote to Mall Manager and gave her the links to all the complaint boards and told her to research this company as I think they were the same scam artists who were selling Orogold in the other mall in town. I do not adore Adore.

Adore Cosmetics deceptive sales tactics & misrepresention

If you are reading this and have not purchased yet... Run run run... It is a scam!
I am writing this complaint today in hopes that it may help unsuspecting consumers. I encountered sales people for adore cosmetics on fremont street in las vegas. My friend had already been coaxed into their store so I went in to see her. They had a nice store front and appeared to be a legitimate business. They proceeded to tell us about the products. They said they were made in italy and were 100% organic & hypoallergenic. They said the exact same products are used at the high-end spa at the bellagio hotel. Two of the sales people (Lucas & anabel) told us they work at the bellagio spa doing facials and the bellagio charges over $500 for a facial with the exact same adore products. Lucas even went as far as to fake a phone call that he was going to the bellagio to do a facial (I didn't figure out it was fake until later).
Just like i've read in other reviews, at first the products appear to make a difference around the eyes but then it gets rough & flaky and turns the area red. Unfortunately, this all happens after we left the store with a big charge on our credit cards! We took a couple products with us and the rest were to be shipped. The sales people never informed us of the no return policy. They grabbed the credit card while we were sitting in chairs across the room still with product on our face & ran to the register and then whisk back the receipt for signature while they were distracting us with conversation.
The next day we returned and ask for a refund. The sales people's demeanor had totally changed at that point and they became rude & ugly. They tried to quiet us down because there were other customers in the store... Even turned the music up & started speaking in another language. The manager lucas juvanni said the products had already been shipped so he could not give a full refund... I later confirmed the products had not been shipped at that time... Another lie!. Lucas agreed to give us a partial refund and then gave us a slip of paper stating he would refund in 90 days less restocking fee if we weren't happy (He said restocking fee is 25%).
I contacted the bellagio and they said they do not use adore cosmetics as we had been told and neither lucas or anabel work at the bellagio doing facials. Based on the labeling & ingredients, they also lied about the product being made in italy and being organic.
I refused delivery of the products so they were never in my possession. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company by phone, letter, & emails with no success. Lucas gave me his cell phone so I have texted him many times. He replied a couple times stating he was checking on it and then the last time he said a "lady" from his office already offered me a refund less restocking of 25% and I didn't take it... Really... Do you think I would turned down any amount of refund!
Adore has all the unopened & unused products back and they have charged my credit card and they will not respond to my inquiries. It is theft!
I'm still trying to recover through my credit card and i'm filing complaints with bbb, federal trade, attorney general, las vegas tourism board, and any other associations I can think of. If anyone has other suggestions, please reply to the post.
To anyone reading this before you purchase... Please do not purchase these products... It is a scam!

Adore Cosmetics I wasn't sold the correct product.

I was provided a sample from a high pressured sales person on multiple occasions. I decided to buy a bottle of the sample and went to the shop and discussed what I wanted with the sample in hand. I got back to my home state two days later with the wrong lotion. And I bought three. This company needs to be heald accountable for every complaint listed on their website! Total scam!

Adore Cosmetics pushy sales and no real results

When I was in Las Vegas for the last week of November 2014, I was passing by and two girls at a store in the mall of the Hotel asked me to go in and check some samples. Then one of them started showing me one of the products for the eyes and at that moment it seemed to work well. Finallly I bought several products at a higher price than the one they had told me about telling me the products were worth for a two year free supply. After a moment, I told them that I definitelly didn´t want to take the products, but they answered there was no refund policy. So as a I had to go back to my country the next day in the morning and a a foreigner I couldn´t to anything. But I suggest people to stay away from these people and products because of the tricky ways they use to convince you and also because the results you get are not they ones you were promised to get. All of this at a very high price! I am aware now that I am no the only one in this situation.

Adore Cosmetics allergic reaction

Shame, shame on their selling practices. I felt like I was ambushed into purchasing this product. After returning to our hotel, the skin around my eye started to itch and burn. I told Frankie I had very sensitive skin and had to be careful on what I used. He told me the price of 199.00 for the eye lifting gel aND I politely said no to the price. He told me he liked me so much that he would give it to me for $99. I bought it. Can you say SUCKER? I did not use it and called the 1-855 customer service number. I told the lady my problem and she said that I shoulshould just go back to the store and that she would also have someone call me. Remember now, cabs aren't cheap. I paid mmy way back over to the Rio Hotel just to be told that Francesco was in a demonstration meeting to come back at 6pm. I waited for 2 hours in the hotel until Frankie got back and he had me speak to his boss in Tel Aviv. He did not or would not refund my money but only exchanged the product. Hell, I would have kissed his face if he had not stood there and argued with me. No more Mrs. Nice guy here. There was also some lady at Cumberland Mall in Atlanta Ga. Doing the same pushy crap! Geesh!

Adore Cosmetics duped

Nov. 27, 2014 Fremont Street Experience Las Vegas Nevada - Adore Organic Innovations - I was leaving the Golden Nugget with my mother and sister about 2:30 and was pulled into a small store front and immediately had an eye lift gel applied to my left eye - it all happened so quickly - my sister and mother were shopping in the little curio shop next door - about an hour later and credit card charge in the amount of $7567.00 I was sent out the door with a bag and three items - which was for the original charge on the card for $516.72 and knew I had agreed to with promise of shipments of many other items - however when I saw the $756700 immediately returned to the shop and requested a refund in full - my sister and mother started to explain they were scam artists and they shouldn't do this and give me a refund and Lucas Juvanni got angry at them and asked them to leave the shop, one of his employees whet outside to keep them busy while Lucas continued to explain to me that he told me the value of the the items were - which he did but he never told me how much they would cost - he proceeded to give me a refund which wasn't the full amount but rather $4324 and kept my original receipts so I can no longer dispute that I ever had them - and the refund receipt I do have states no Refunds Exchanges only in 14 days - He stated that he will be shipping the remaining items to me but I am not so sure I will actually get anything and if I do I will refuse the shipment -I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Southern Nevada, contacted my credit card company several times and each time was told something different - will be getting paperwork to file the dispute via the credit card company in 7-10 days and will go from there. The business card Lucas gave me had a FB page listed that doesn't exist, a phone number that doesn't have a mailbox set up so I can't leave a message and an email address that I am not sure where it goes. The refund receipt does have a number on it and I have called with no answer or message so not sure it is real either. I feel really terrible about this experience and want my money back and hope others won't fall prey -whatever you do don't give them your CC until the end if you decide to buy, that was my mistake I purchased the first amount and then was moved to a back corner for the better product offer - it was a trap I couldn't get away from and that is when they charged my card again but made it seem like I was signing for the first charge. Very quick confusing and charming... In terms of the product - it was an immediate tightening and he did both eyes and my smile lines and creases in my brow and for a moment they looked better but the next morning there was redness and puffiness instead.

Adore Cosmetics scam

A free sample is handed out by the door and when an eye cream sample is offered then the sales lady must walk into the store to get it. At this point when you follow them in to obtain the sample you are handed off to another sales person. The products are touted as organic and use stem cells from plants. The sales man says he has been selling product for 7 yrs and this can't be true since it's only been registered for 2 years in the U.S. My friend allowed them to apply the eye cream and it appeared as though the dark circles looked better. She bought the product and was offered free facials for us in the morning due to her purchase. We went to the same place the next day for the free facials and were offered more product for sale. They put a gold mask on our face and did not remove any makeup. The mask was cold and that was it. No facial! We were pushed and hassled to buy 3 yr supply that my friend and I could share for $3000. The lady kept saying we spend more than that In one year on makeup.We said we wanted to think about it and were rudely left in the back room for a long time. We left without even a good bye or thank you... The lady was mad we didn't purchase more product. Ridiculous!

Adore Cosmetics high pressure sale, not organic

While I'm not horribly upset with the amount of money I just threw away on this product, I do think that anyone who comes into contact (whether you like it or not) should know that this stuff is a bunch of garbage.

A) Holy high pressure sales batman. I work in sales and would easily compare the salespeople at Adore to greasy car salesmen or the like. I stood there for 20+ minutes listening to this woman who literally would NOT let me walk away! By the time I had enough of telling her no, she had dropped her price on my ONE product (the Calming Body Peeling Scrub) from $100 to $30. So I bought it, because for the love of God I needed to GO! But I paid 70% less than if I would have given in within the first 5 minutes.. I win... I guess?

B) IT'S TOTALLY ORGANIC! NOT. If I had a magnifying glass or the personal space necessary to read the ingredients on the bottom of this product I would have called that saleswoman a bold-faced liar. Amongst the laundry list of words I can't pronounce all I needed to see was Isopropyl Myristate - a SYNTHETIC OIL. I'm sorry, what is typically the opposite of organic? Is it SYNTHETIC? It's also an ingredient in the body scrub, an EXFOLIANT. If you're not familiar with this synthetic oil, it maximizes absorption, but if overused it can CLOG YOUR PORES. Yep... definitely what I'm looking for out of a product that is meant to do the opposite, right? Wrong.

Bottom Line: Don't give in. There are 4 separate kiosks for this product at my mall in Chicagoland and they've got nothing but YOUR time to waste with their stupid demos and antics. Spend your hard earned money on reputable product lines that don't need kiosks or long-winded, pushy salespeople to sell them. The best products SELL THEMSELVES.

Was on my way to Nordstroms to buy some Clinique skin cream when this woman from Adore in the mall in Santa Barbara CA lassoed me to try her hand cream samples. She then proceeded with a demo of other products that would surely help my skin and appearance. I was gullible enough to go along with this thinking I would walk out in a minute. Each time I told her I was not interested another product was introduced and would be given to me with the first product so I'm getting a big discount. By the time she was done my one product became 5 all for the same price. This is all a big scam. I just wanted to get out. Finally said I would try the product and see how it worked for a day and if I wanted to continue. The product she put on my cheeks and eye lids made me feel like I was shriveling up all afternoon. I think it was dehydrating my skin to take the puffiness of my eyelids out. I finally paid just to get out of there. My wife came in and while I went to Nordstroms they tried to sell her a $5000 LED light treatment. An LED light does not cost anywhere near $5000. It's an emotional rio off. What they do not tell you is there are no refunds only exchanges in micro print at the bottom of the receipt that they immediate hide in your sales bag. I was on my way back to the mall this AM to return the products which are still in the bag unopened. I went online to read how many others this happened to and how frustrating it was for them to not be able to contact anyone to complain about not being able to make a return of a new unopened item. This companies tactics are a scam. Do not be gullible and led into their masterful sales tactics with no refunds available. I am going to contact the better business bureau and the mall where I purchased these products. Buyers beware of Adore. Ask if you can return their product and if so have them give it to you in writing. If I go to a reputable store like Nordstroms and even use a product and have a problem or do not like it they always are gracious and return it for a full refund. Adore is just the opposite. While there products may be effective they have no prices attached to anything and are a rip off. If you have lots of money to throw away and just don't care this is the place for you.

I had the experience of trying this product by a sales person in a store at Foxwoods. I was given a demonstration of the eye product land myself and husband were impressed. The sales tactics that were used were no different than the ones used in department stores like Macy's...that was experienced by myself. I was not pressured to purchase any of the products and left with a good feeling. I returned home lot research the product and the only thing that I found was that the pricing was a bit too high. I currently use several products that I change on a 6 month basis like Elemis, Wek East, and Mary Kay. Will definitely add Adore to my list when I can afford the price.

I purchased one of their peels. It does work similarly to other products; however, it is accompanied by a strong, noxious scent that lingers for over a day or so that overpowers perfume. If you enjoy peels, I would advise purchase a similar product at a significantly lower price point, or look up a guide to make your own for the price of salt and oil. I can assure you that you'll be more satisfied with the results.

I bought the peel, night cream, eye serum and cream from a high pressure saleswoman. The products are amazing. My skin has always been bad. I have scars from the acne when I was a teenager and not as I am approaching my 60s, acne is returning. These products have made my skin look the best it ever has. The night cream makes it possible for me to use 1% retinol nightly without irritating or burning my skin. I would suggest that the company lower their prices and cut the high pressure sales. I would buy again if those two things were to happen.

I had the same experience yesterday. The salesperson dragged me in and made me stay there listening to him for 20 mins, and provided deep discount: from $400 for a mask to $199 for a mask, a milk and a moist. I simply couldn't believe it's a serious product. I'm happy I didn't buy any of them.
