I have had a problem numerous times with receiving my correct change at your Admiral location over on South Cedar Street and Elms in Lansing Michigan however this is not a laughing matter because I feel that I'm getting for customer service my money comes hard and the clerk who works there she has pink hair glasses and she is heavy set and I'm getting tired of every time I go in there she's either forgetting my receipt or forgetting to give me correct change I spent a lot of money and Admiral from buying cigarettes and gas I deserve to be treated better however if this keeps up I'm going to take it even further so I can do something should happen regarding this I've been nice and friendly I was trying to be kind however I'm not going to stand for for customer service my money comes too hard I suffer from PTSD and I've been in the military so I've served his country I'm not going to buy this if it keeps

Hi Admiral, your gas station located at 2621 Davenport Ave. in Saginaw, Mi 48602 has false advertising. I purchased fuel on 6/11/21 @ 11:38 AM. While fueling I noticed the pump read $3.17, thought that was high, so I glanced over to your sign, and it read $3.08 for unleaded. I asked the clerk and she told me go off the pump. I told her that's false advertising, she said go off the pump not the sign. I'd like something done about this misinformation, or I"ll take my business elsewhere and leave an unfavorable Google review. Thank you

Went in at 630 am on richfield genesee road flint mi 47506. Always go their at 630. Clerk said not open. I said what time do you open. Responded 630 or 700. When I get set up. Most businesses have set hours. Rude. Understand hard to find employees however hiring rude people is not good practice. Need set hours not employees telling patrons open when they feel like it.

Went to the admiral on division and 44th this morning. A worker was there and all I had was quarters. My total was $3. Thats 12 quarters. She got so mad but it was all I had. Quarters are a legal tender and she freaked out. She complained that she already had $50 in her till of quarters and then gave me attitude. Its not my problem someone already used quarters in her drawer. I will not being going back. I wish that I just left but I needed the drink for my wife that wasn't feeling too good. If anyone knows how to file a complaint directly to the company please let me know. Extremely unprofessional and I want to make sure they are aware of the incident.

Admiral on state st and bay rd saginaw mi 48602. Refused to accept $1 in quarters on multiple occasions. Said she has the right to refuse anything. This has been an issue for weeks now. At this point, I've got her on tape denying 3 $1 worth of 4 quarters. Outside of that i have EXACT times and dates for management to look into. I have been disrespected and law enforcement has been informed.

The service employee asked me if I knew the value of my scratch off lottery tickets that I placed on the counter to be redeemed. I said "You are going to scan them right? His response was"If you are going to be snotty about it take your business somewhere else!"He then slammed the tickets back on the counter. I was shocked because I was confused as to why he asked me if I knew the value because I have never been asked that before. I asked him in an even tone format without any attitude at all. I am a 54 year caretaker presently and have never been told to leave any establishment ever. I was extremely embarrassed while the 5 other customers were staring at me helplessly. If he would of told me why he needed to know the value of my scratch off winnings. I have been in customer service for 20 years as a manager and I can't believe he was set off by a simple question. I looked at his name badge and he said loudly that he was Danny the store manager and I could call and complain right now. I frequently stopped at this store location for years at least 3 times a week on my way to work and I have never seen this man. Nor have I ever had a problem with any of the employees. I believe he was disgruntled to begin with because he had to come in to work to cover someone? Possibly
Unfortunately I feel like I can never stop back in this store location again due to his behavior

In the last two days I have had charges on my card that have put me negative in my account. I went to the gas station where I always go and asked what was going on?
They informed me that your company had a glitch in computer for approximately two weeks that was putting the cards through but not submitting to the bank. It appears the charges hit my bank account but then was removed and now several days later you are applying all the charges that you messed up!

I am not happy and I was not informed of this happening. I do not have the money to be covering overdraft fees etc due to your error!

I would like to know what you will do if and when the bank charges start hitting my account.

Would like to make a complaint about the admiral has station in charlotte michigan on lawrence road dont go there often but the last two times ive gone the male employee working was not very professional first time was sitting in a car outside with some other guys smoking weed you could smell it and when you went into the store smelled of it went there today same kid and had a half smoked cigarette hanging out of his mouth while checking people out and my biyfriend went in before me and he was talking to some kids about how he smokes weed while at work and just sits there waiting for people to come in think you need to check into this and maybe hire some better people to run your business

Saturday morning I went into the admiral gas station and I was treated rudely by the ghetto attendant who hadn't combed her hair or taken a bath. We had a few words and then she proceeded from behind the register and came outside of the store to fight me leaving a customer alone in the store and her register unattended. I will never go back and I encourage others not to either. This was at the Muskegon MI Admiral on Laketon Ave. The most horrible experience in the world. If you want a ghetto experience this is right up your alley.

I was at admiral's on pune pine street in muskegon with a friend and paid for $20 in gas. As my friend was pumping gas 2 men came and jumped my friend. So after the attack we left without pumping our gas we returned a few minutes later and they wouldn't let us get our gas or our money back. It happened 5/19/2019 6:30-7:00 PM. The price on the billboard was $2.71. I looked at the price on the pump if it showed my loyalty rewards and it was $2.81. But for happening to decide to check I would not have noticed the.10 difference.

I feel that this is very unethical and dis-honest. The attendenat told me it was because I did not get a car wash. It did not show that there would be an additional..10 if I said no to the car wash.

I just visited the admiral gas station on cedar st.in lansing, mi and was verbally assaulted by the attendant for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I pulled in to get gas & a friend met me there to loan me some money for gas. The attendant immediately came out screaming that we are not buying anything & we need to leave. We both responded that we were there to buy gas. The attendant continued to tell us to leave very rudely screaming & swearing at us with other customers watching in awe. He then started threatening us, saying we had 5 seconds to leave or he was going to make us leave. We both chose to take our business elsewhere so we could get gas without being harassed & threatened. - justin fezatte
