Loan process
Hi sir/mam
I apply the loan 30000rupees in online 03/12/2022, The loan process verification documents are submitted, After the loan approved letter send my whatsapp, 03/12/22 After that I paid 1248 rupees, Then 05/12/22 I paid Insurance charges amount 2719 rupees, Then asked security charges I paid 3998 rupees then loan will be transferred, after that again asked Transaction charges 2172 rupees, am not pay this money. The loan is not credited, Totally I paid rupees i paid 7695 rupees, I don't need the loan please help to refund the amount back 7695 rupees i don't need loan. I apply emergency loan please refund amount 7695 Rupees.

I am writing this complaint after I tried and tired by writing several complaints, whose record is enclosed for your reference which is copied from your web site only.How do you expect your customer to pay the bills on time when you are not able to send the bills to him on his registered address?
This complaint is regarding non receipt of bills July 2017 onwards after I shifted to the registered address.Every time I have registered complaint on the portal every time a telephone comes from customer service and they inform me that it will be resolved in 72 hours and then suddenly the complaint is shown as resolved? If it is resolved then where is the signature the courier taken from me.If any one can show my signatures on POD then I have nothing to say about it.But, if it is not then it is the shame on customer care department of Idea service.
Last few complaints when call came from customer service that time only I said that please do not close the complaint till I get the bill but even then your company behaves worst then a government company.Though government services have improved a lot but your company is going down.
Can you look into problem and get me the bills regularly at my registered address in next 72 hours, or I have to take a next step for getting my job done?I am sorry that I have to write harsh but I have no alternates.

Mental harassment
I have been using idea post paid connection since 1.5 years I bought a new mobile n thought of using idea 3g I upgraded my plan. Ever since I have taken d service I have not been able to use d service . every time I use idea 3g it works slow. I called their call centre I req a supervisor they transfer my call to supriya.prashant.rahul and other people who promise to help me but no help m getting mentally harressed n now m gonna commit suicide n Aditya birla group will b whole sole responsible for it. These guys charge for 3g n give u 2g. I think Aditya birla should consider changing staff. These guys cheat . I m nt going to pay bill for next month bill at all this is d 3rd day m call idea call centre n asking for help I wanna file police n court case against Aditya birla group . idea cheat .they have been taking money from me I have never received my bill ever. I tried to speak to their manager they say Jo karna hai kar lo hamari policy hai ki hum Jo karna hai wohi karege
Hell m paying my hard earned money to these cheap guys for nothing . I start internet it doesnt work n idea deduct my money why would I pay money for not being able to use d service I have all calls recorded that I have made to their call centre . I wanna file court case against Aditya birla group .
Theif is wat idea cellular is . thefting money . fro middle class people .
