Adidas Adidas terrex ultra speed

I am writing this letter to you to complain about the poor quality of a pair of adidas terrex ultra speed  I recently purchased from Barrabes.

Its only 5months and nearly 400k and both my shoe's soles are breaking.

These shoes were quite expensive and I did not expect such from a brand like Adidas as I believed in your brand. But I am highly disappointed with the poor quality and short time usage of your shoes.

This was my first pair of trail running shoes from adidas and I must say i used other brands that lasted me at least double the kms . Unnacceptable

Adidas My son football shoes has been peeled in a very short period

It was peeled for no reason as he wear it only in football training, we bought it 3 months ago, hoping to have a solution soon, because we went to the store for complaining and we didn't get any persuaded answer, we are in shock as we used to wear adidas in all our life style, since we sent it to the store my son didn't trained and in abad mood too and still waiting for your support;

Adidas 7 clothing items

I ordered 12 items from Adidas on October 19th. I recieved an email telling me a package containing 7 items would be delivered on October 21st and the other 5 items would be delivered on October 23. On October 22 I received the 5 items but my tracking information on the other 7 items said they could not be delivered and there was no further information available at that time. On October 27th I received an email that my package was just delivered. Being home at the time I went outside to find nothing. Multible phone calls to Adidas and Fedex have gone no where getting nothing but polite BS and each blaming the other. My tracking information was then updated to now say the package was delivered on October 21. I have been ordering items online for many years and Adidas is the first company to do absolutely nothing to assist me in dealing with a problem. Buyer beware if you order online from Adidas once they have your money they could care less if you ever receive the products.

Desired outcome: I want the amount I paid for the items $105 or the items I ordered.

Adidas Shoes

I bought some Adidas shoes last year online and not only they are not comfortable as they are very heavy, but they changed the color once i just stepped out in the rain. Now they are just on my shelves and after i have wore them twice i don't think i could anymore and it hurts how much money went on them for nothing. Ghislaine

Adidas Uncomfortable long distance running shoe

Dear customer service

Around May to June of 2021, if not slightly earlier, I bought a pair of Solarglide 3 running shoes at the Cape Gate Adidas in CPT. I specifically asked at the shop about the specs, and its comfort, and I was assured that the shoe was for long distance running, and that I could run 10km up to 42km. I obviously needed this as both a long distance runner, and also a regular gym person. I was excited about my shoe, so the next day I took the shoes for a spin, and I ran 15km, but for some reason after 5 km, the shoe felt weird. I let it go, as I assumed it was because it was still new. However, its been a good 6 months, and still the shoe has not improved. I own a pair of Asics as well, so I alternate between the two, but still I am not winning with the Adidas shoe. The shoe is only problematic when I run for more than 5km on the road or treadmill with it, but for other gym activities, like Hitt, or aerobics, its comfortable.

In September, I ran 6 long distance social races altogether, and I have gotten to a point where even my left knee is being affected because I don't have that road support from the shoe. And, because my Asics shoe treats me differently, it is easier for me to tell that the Adidas shoe is not providing the promised comfort, and this is despite me wearing the Falke running socks with the shoe for extra comfort.

I love the shoe, and to be honest I am not sure what you can do for me. I think my best bet is that I ask that you take back the shoe, and I perhaps get another comfortable shoe, and if that shoe costs more, I perhaps pay that additional amount. This shoe is not it for long distance running.

Adidas Order never delivered and No refund given.

To Adidas,

I'm a long time consumer of your brand, I love the brand and the quality hence me ordering online for gifts for my wife's present. I order on the 19th of September, I wasn't aware until my order was process that the delivery would take 7-10 days. I was happy to wait until it stays 10-20 days delivery. Now its over 20 days and my order still states order in process and not shipped. I try calling several times and finally got a customers service person with no help telling me it will arrive in 3 days. I try online chat and msg on face book with no help. Online chat live was useless got disconnected several times.
Very Disappointed.

Adidas package never received - customer service refused to resolve - extremely rude, Filing a Formal complaint with the BBB

Recently placed two orders a day or so apart. (have order several times prior form adidas with no problems).
Received notification that a package was delivered to my front door on Sept. 23, 2021 @ 6:57pm. We were at home, opened front door to find no package. Immediately contact adidas via chat and was asked to wait 24 more hours as sometimes deliver drivers will enter the package was delivered and then drop it off early the following day (WHAT? never heard this lame [censored] excuse before) so we waited. We received our second package from adidas but still not the 1st package containing the sneakers delivered. Oh did I mention that I have cameras all around my house ( so contacted the owner and asked them to come view the cameras so we can see if the package was stolen therefore contact the local authorities and so on). While waiting to view footage, contacted adidas again, the customer service agent look up the order and than did a 3-way call with the delivery company, myself and the adidas agent. The delivery company proceeded to say the package was delivered. I repeatedly told them there was no package at my door. The adidas agent told the delivery company they need to send us an email regarding the package and the adidas agent was to send us email as well so we could forward the email from delivery company to them. We reached the email from the delivery company while on the call no problem, we kept telling the adidas agent, we did not receive his email, he said he would resend, we waited, checked again, check spam, still no email, adidas agent said he would send one more time, we again waited and received nothing. So I asked him to confirm the email and it was right but still no email from adidas for us to forward the email from delivery company. The adidas agent than stated, he couldn't stay on the call any longer so I'm like what? well I need a reference number to further this investigation to your superiors. After giving us the number he hung up on us. We than contacted adidas again, gave the reference number to the agent who pulled up the account. I explained we ordered two packages a day or two apart. Received notification that 1st package was delivered at front door but it wasn't. (By this time we had reviewed our cameras and it shows no delivery on that day, the day before or the day after). So the agent proceeds to tell us the delivery company says they delivered it, and I said well unfortunately we did not receive it and I have video proof that no packages were delivered to my front door in that entire day, the day before or after. The agent than said well they (delivery company) says they did. So I proceed to ask to speak with a supervisor as adidas had no problem taking my money and I have video evidence that the delivery company did not deliver to us on that day, the day before or after. The agent than said if they delivery company says they delivered it, we do not refund or replace any orders. I lost my mind, so you can keep my almost $100 for sneakers but adidas hired a fly by night no name delivery company that I'm out of luck, I said I can not believe I can prove the package was never delivered to my house and you refuse to replace the sneakers, refund our money so we purchase sneakers from a trustworthy company. I again insisted on speaking with a supervisor and was told I couldn't but they would have some reach out to me within 24 hours. So again we waited...and waited...still no call from supervisor. We called adidas again, I said I was to receive a call from a supervisor and never did, gave our reference number to and was told to please hold, and I did, and did and did, until about 30 mins later when a recording came up and asked if we like to continue to hold (are you kidding me at this point, I have never been so disgusted by a company that we have purchase merchandise from for over 10 years). No one ever returned to the call. I am in a uproar about this. The customer service was so rude, unprofessional, useless, this will definitely make me decided whether or not any member of our family purchases anything from Adidas in the future. All I wanted was the sneakers I paid for. I will next be filing a formal complaint with the BBB

Desired outcome: Just want the sneakers I paid for or at least a refund as I have video proof that delivery company never delivered that package

Adidas Defective shoes

I am writing this letter to you to complain about the poor quality Of a pair of shoes I recently purchased from Dicks Sporting Goods on 07/26/2021 for my son for school. The sole of the shoe is detaching from the front and sides of both shoes. (See attached photos). The shoes were over $125 and it is disappointing that such an expensive shoe did not even make it a month before falling apart.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and issue a replacement shoe, refund the money via debit card used or with a gift card.

Adidas Service

I went to Adidas today, in Amman, Jordan (City Mall) location. I was in the store looking for a shoes to buy I picked it and went to the cash; where there happened to be something I find objectively weird happened. As I have arrived to the cash I asked if they had any discounts for students or any discounts at all.. The cashier told me that he's sorry they don't have any type of sale going on. I picked a running shoes and a cap, and there and the total of my order was 114 JD I had a 100 with me and apparently had forgot my visa card in my car down at the parking.. I was too lazy to go down back and up again, so I told him just to put the cap back i'll just get the shoes, here the cashier went and told me "Oh.. you can have a 20% discount if you register here through this website" I asked him why he hasn't told me about it before and he told me that "there was customers I did not want them to hear" so I laughed. I told him a sale shouldn't be something private everyone should know about it. He did not say anything got the Ipad which was hidden under the desk that says "join the adidas family and get a 20% discount" I registered but I did not receive any emails from adidas at the time. So I just went on with the purchase without the sale. When I got out it really made me feel furious and used how they only give the discount to only certain people, that is meant to be for everyone!

Adidas Clothing

I made a return label and when I did I was not able to select all the items I needed to return. There is 1 shirt missing from my return. I did not receive a refund. I contacted customer service they said the warehouse does not open boxes so I will not get a refund. Customer service rep Justin was rude and would not transfer me to a manager. No refund!

Adidas 33 % off

Adidas ran a 33% off promotion it is up on their website currently yet the code does not work. I called and they told me that promotion had ended and they just forgot to take it off the website. I asked them if they could still honor that it is not my fault that they did not take it off. Adidas Refund

I just bought a hat and came back to return it the same day in budapest fashion street retail store, the cashier would not refund me the hat and forced me to take a gift card instead claiming these are the hungarians laws for adidas ? As a regular customer i am very much displeased, adidas is an international brand and not subject to diferrent policies according to the location they are open.

Adidas refund

I have ordered a pair of shoes on 06/01/2021, The shipping company "Lasership" has delivered the package to a wrong address and they were not able to recover the package. I got an email from Lasership stating what actually happened. I have forwarded the email to adidas for the refund on 07/07/2021. On 07/09/2021 I got an email from adidas stating that I'll getting a refund with in 14 business days. Till now I haven't received the refund. The adidas have the worst customer service in USA. I'll be attaching the screen shots of the E-mail I got from adidas

Adidas I cut the t-shirt inside the shop and I left

I buy t-shirt and shoes from adidas outlet Sharjah Al Etihad street. Total invoice is 417/AED after 40%discount. I came back to the shop to refund or exchange the t-shirts only (57/AED). When I inform the staff that I lost the invoice, he said "ok, no problem, just show the bank SMS). Then I spend around 2h just to find something to exchange and get the new offer buy one, get one free. I choose two items and go to the cashier, but he said sorry we can't refund, only exchange.
How come it's only 57/AED and I show the SMS. I spend 2h for nothing nobody helped nobody try to understand and find solutions just replay"company policy what the policy that let the customer get angry (I'm very angry) not about money about the time that I spend for nothing.
At the end I cut the t-shirt inside the shop and I left.

Adidas Shoes

Son's brand new shoes began falling apart the first day he began wearing them. At first we tried to repair/mend things but the deterioration continued.
Customer service, who we contacted and sent pictures to, responded that the issue was "normal wear and tear".
Unbelievable.

Adidas Your advertisement

Although I appreciate messages for equality, I think your commercial for Adidas and the WNBA is warped. You actually harm race relations when you allow the term "no justice, no peace." As a 49 year old white man, who is a Democrat, that slogan is nothing new to me. That didn't just happen because of George Floyd. I've seen that phrase my whole life. Do you know what often happens with that phrase? Terrorism. Intimidation. If we don't get our way, we will burn buildings and loot your stores.
I was in college when the Rodney King riots happened. Looting, assault and arson is the best way to encapture what happened. 63 killed. 2, 300+ injured. 12, 000 arrested. Property damage over $1 billion. Your message of no justice, no peace encourages this behavior. It's not a veiled, sideways, sneaky threat. It is a in your face threat. Maybe your Woke board of executives should look up the name Reginald Denny. What happened to him was a no justice, no peace moment. That you apparemtly support. All captured from a police helicopter.
So your are more interested in 13% of the country. Not the 87% who don't want a business owner to be put out of business due to racial riots. Which is a racial hate crime in my opinion. For you to have an advertisement with that little girl screaming hate speech. The mother of that little girl should be admonished for even letting her kid near a protest march that could go bad in a split second. Violence. Tear gas.
I realize I am just 1 peron. Insignificant. But your advertisement offends me in a way that your pompous [censored] can't comprehend. So I am just never going to buy another Adidas or Reebok item again. I was at the Academy Sports in Lake Mary, FL last week. There was a cap, tee shirt, and golf shirt I wanted to buy for around $100. I didn't because your company promotes BLM. A group that thinks violence and intimidation is how you win in life. Your brand is dead to me. I spent my $100 with Nike. And will continue to do so.
You in the apparel and shoe busoness are all guilty of pumping up your profits with cheap sweat shop labor in Asia. Isn't that 2021 slavery? Shame on you! Shame on your pick & choose hipocracy.
No justice, no peace. No love for your brand, no dollars from me. I'm pretty active on social media, so I look forward to influencing others to avoid your hate brand.

Adidas Failure to compensate me when delivery service failed to deliver the product ( ordered

I placed an order with Adidas over a month ago. They used a company called laser ship to allegedy deliver my package. The order was order to be delivered in two parts: One part by Fed Ex (which was delivered) and one part via lasership which was not delivered.
Lasership admitted to me over the phone that they lost the package. However, they failed to upate their tracking sytem to reflect that they lost the package. On the tracking information, Lasership noted that the package was delivered to the warehouse, and then in a one minute time span, it was loaded on the delivery truck, and in the next minute, it was allegedly delivered to my house. Laser ship was alleging that they delivered my package in the time span of 3 minutes. This is obviously impossible.
I was home that evening. The doorbell never rang. The 3 other people in my building did not receive the package. My neighbors did not receive the package. I have spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone with Adidas, who refuses to refund me or re-ship the package to a store (to be safe) or to my address. I am out $125+ tax and Adidas refuses to compensate me for a harm that they created by choosing to use Lasership to ship my order.
I have called lasership with adidas on the line, and lasership has said that they will not compensate me. I have called Adidas headquarters and after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes when the person on the phone was allegedly "lookin in to this situation" they hung up on me.
I am a working woman, and $120 + tax is a lot of money for me to lose! My grievance is this: Adidas is liable for failing to deliver my order. If they chose to hire laser ship to deliver the package, and laser ship failed to do so, then the problem should be Adidas' problem alone to grieve. After all, Adidas CHOSE to hire laser ship. They could have chosen fed ex or ups, but they opted not to.
Adidas should not make their customer suffer have to pay for any loss incurred by Adidas' choice to hire an unreliable company. Adidas is a multinational corporation who can easily absorb the loss that THEY caused. Meanwhile, I have been forced to spend literally HOURS on hold, and on the phone with adidas, all for them to tell me that they choose to believe that the package was delivered when it clearly wasn't. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a corporation.

Desired outcome: a refund or for adidas to re-send the item. They should also issue me a $100 gift certificate for the time and stress that this has caused me, and for the lost hours with my job.

Adidas Online store

Adidas allow FedEx to just drop your packages off anywhere FedEx can just drop your package off in building lobby with a Secure a place to leave it where I live we don't have a doorman or security guards, so FedEx will drop a package off in the lobby where it's not secure instead of bringing it up to our door because Adidas allow this they OK FedEx to just drop a package off anywhere because they are too cheap to require a signature they allow FedEx to just leave your package anywhere and then they have the nerve to tell you all next time when you order just request it to be picked up at a FedEx location Adidas is the worst I wouldn't recommend this company for nothing the customer service is very horrible all they care about is getting your money they don't care that your package is stolen they don't even try to help you they leave you to do this on your own please people need to boycott Adidas online maybe they need to lose money maybe they'll be more considerate to us customers that bring in the money to them, they have horrible customer service

Adidas Refund

I ordered the IVY park collection back on Oct 29, with Adidas and I never received my items. Pitney Bowes never picked up the items. I put in a dispute with my bank and later cancelled it because I was advised that the refund was issued. I called Adidas back and advised the claim was removed they advised that they submitted my claim for refund to wait for 14 days. I called back to today Jan 15th still no ivy park items after 2 1/2 month, no refund nor any help from a representative. only offered a call back in 48-72 hours and was denied being able to speak with a supervisor. This has been the worse customer service experience ever in my life. With the outsourcing of the job and the poor procedures developed with in the company.
