Adidas poor quality of addidas shoe and denial of replacement

I have purcahsed addidas shoe on 14th Jan 2012 from GIP MALL, Noida at price approx 3500 RS, the quality is so poor that after using 3-4 months the shoe mesh goes off from front and back even i am using it only for my office purpose (no running at all).

The shoe is GALAXY ELITE M, Article Num U 42310 and was manufactured in Haridwar on SEP 2011. How come the quality is so poor that it torn down in a span of 3-4 months (when the manufacturing date is 4-5 months before date of purchase).

For that I went to Addidas shop at GIP mall from where I purchased it they kept the shoe for almost 15-20 days and return it to me saying it can't be replaced. I am higly dissatisfied from the Shoe quality as well as the rude behaviour from the Addidas shop represntatives at Noida.

I request you to help me in replacement of my shoe or even in refund of money because after spending so much money and time i am totally frustated and hopeless. I also requested them to give my duplicate bill (as I lost it) and they are not even providing me the same and give me false reason every time i request them.

I also purchased a pair of superstars all white only wore them twice and on the second wear the Shell toe came apart contacted Adidas and they will not replace or refund since the shoe was made in jan/15 and the only have a 2 year warranty period without a reciept.. will never purchase Adidas again going to the Nike air force ones..

Adidas new innvotive creation to evolve the design of football boots

Now I Would Like To Give my Thought on New Creation of Football Boots. I have been watching Football Since I was a Little Kid and as the years have gone by I have see some Horror Fouls Made in Football. Now to make the Beautiful Game even Better, I think Now is the Time to create, develop & Design Football Boots that don't have Metal Studs as we all are not made out of metal, so therefore Now is the Time for Protection for the Body! So therefore Now Take Deep Thought into what I am abut to say Next, Now my Design Suggestion to you (Adidas) is to launch new pair of football boots that have Rubber Studs But Are the same Shape and Size of the Metal Studs The Round Square Shaped Ones. Now if you do this you would make a lot of money to launch it to all football players in the world and if you sell them for a bargain price I would Buy Them as Soon As they are released as i think the more of a Bargain Price the Potential of how much you sell will be so much you would be so happy with the Revenue Generated.

Got shoes for Christmas 2013. Wore shoes about five times, already cracked. Paid $180 plus tax. Will never buy Addidas brand again.

Adidas shoe melted, shrunk, I was insulted when trying to return it per adidas return policy!

Within one year of purchase, I washed my sandals by hand in a bucket and left them outside to dry. I have done this several times over the course of the time I owned these sandals. I returned to find that they had melted and shrunk. They looked like leprechaun slippers! Initially I purchased these shoes last summer at the Adidas outlet store in South Lake Tahoe. That is where we have a home. 6 months after my purchase, Adidas chose to close that store. So when I was on vacation last week I took the sandals to the Adidas outlet store in Las Vegas, NV. Per the internet return policy, I had my receipt in hand and it was within one year of purchase. The clerk approved of me getting another pair. I waited in a long line. The cashier then called her manager to approve the return. The store manager April said she had to call customer service to approve the return. I waited for even longer. Then she came back to tell me (insulting to me) that it looked like the shoes were put in a dryer and that they were beyond normal wear and tear and that I should know not to put plastic out to dry like that. She refused the return. I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT NIKE. You know, I run a Nike marathon every year (7) now and I wear Adidas. No more. Adidas has awful customer service, insulting people and shoddy products. They don't stand behind their products. And how insulting to me. It was a $20 shoe and Adidas lack of customer service and to stand behind their product makes me tell everyone not to buy Adidas.

Adidas defective shoes

I, purchased one pair of Adidas Shoes from CSD (Canteen Store Department), Army from Ranikhet (UK) in last month. Within a week a realized that the shoes have got some manufacturing defect which leads to pain and was uncomfortable to use. It is surprising that World's No 1 Company has got such defective products and it is really shocking because I am using Adidas Shoes since last 15 years and this is the fist time I encountered with such problem. Adidas stuck with wrong shoes

Dear Adidas,
I am writing this to inform you about my recent purchase at Adidas Showroom in Kowloon, Hong Kong on 24th June, 2012. I am Yusuf Motiwala from Mumbai, India. I made a few purchases at your HK store, which i am regretting now. I had selected a pair of shoes in size 9. After trying and confirming it, your sales person there informed me that he will be getting me a fresh pair and will place it at the counter where i will be billed. Till that time, i selected more stuff and was billed around 1400 HK $. As it was my last night in Hong Kong, i was in a hurry. I took the bag with the shoes, cap, football and tees with me. But when i reached my hotel and started to pack my bag, i was SHOCKED to see that the shoes i was given were Wrong !. Not only this was not the color i had selected, the size was also 2 no. bigger. I was so disappointed and upset. The sales person had made a mistake. I was 45min far from the store and it was 11.45pm I had a 12.45pm flight in the morning. Still i went to your store, from Hong Kong to Kowloon to rectify the mistake. I was at the store at 9.30am and waited for it to open till 9.45am. I was informed that it opens at 10am. I couldn't see anyone till 9.45am. This is when i decided that i cant risk missing my flight and left the place. Now i am in Mumbai, India. With the Wrong Shoe color and Size. I had selected the Grey-Blue combination in the same design in size 9. I expect some compensation from your side in terms of cash or gift for the blunder by your sales person, which resulted in great disappointment, frustration and i could have missed my flight. Also i expect you to provide me the pair which i had wanted. I tried resolving this iisue by mailing on your Global Public Relation Email id mentioned on your website, but didnt get any responce. I also mailed to many other Adidas emails mentioned on your site but still there was no response. Finally i posted this complain on you companies Facebook and Twitter pages, still i was not heard. So finally i am here. I have picture of the pair i was given and proof of purchase.

Adidas denial from refunding the money

Purchased one pair of shoes from Adidas Company Outlet at Z-Square Shopping Mall, Kanpur, U.P., INDIA on 24.06.12 at about 7:45 PM. Later on just after 15 minutes at 8 PM, not being satisfied with the product, I tried to return the shoes and requested the Sales Staff to refund the amount. But stating that it's company's policy not to refund the amount in any condition Billing Staff issued a Return Bill and a Credit Note, which I never asked for, and thus forced me to buy anything else. As I went there just to buy shoes and the stock was also not offering something of my choice, I repeatedly requested them to confirm from their superiors if they could arrange to refund the amount. But I was forcibly issued a Credit Note to buy anything else. It is, therefore, requested to kindly help us to get the amount refunded.

Adidas damaged shoe

I bought a shoe from adidas last august and trusting the company I took it to US as I had to go for my higher studies. To my surprise the shoe's base ring came out during the first two months of my use. I couldn't return the product back to the company as I was sitting really far from India.Now when I'm back, I contacted the adidas outlet I took the shoe from. They say that my shoe has been sent to the head office and now its the head office's decision as to what action is to be taken with the shoe.

I request the company to either refund my money or exchange the shoe. It's been around two weeks now but I haven't heard from the company yet. The action should be taken immediately as I'll be leaving for States next month so I dont have enough time.

Adidas poor quality shirts

My husband has been wearing Addidas for 12 years that I know him. Some of his shirts is 3 to 5 years old and he is still wearing them. I bought T-shirts and shorts at Sedgars in Vereeniging around 3 December 2011 and the shirts Addidas logo is peeling off and I paid normal Addidas prices for them around R350 to R425 per item. Is this the true item or fakes? Are they registered to sell addidas and does Addidas deliver to them? I can ssent photos and proof of purchase if required

Adidas scam, change of terms wherever they want

According to the recent conversation held with representatives of customer service on days 19 and 20 March this year 2012 and having clear that their policies and terms of the promotion for a football shirt ADIDAS original, are not consistent with literally written into the contract of the promotion as such also to make the transaction and fulfill the eligibility process without consulting me first. I decided to cancel my account with your company.

It is easy to manage terms and conditions of eligibility so that we can agree more with Xoom.com, you try to keep a new customer.
I should also say that my father is going to cancel this account in coming days as he agree with the lack of seriousness of these offers through xoom.com

Adidas fraud

I have ordered a lot of items from the internet but have never seen a company as bad as this. Item arrived and was not what I ordered after over ten attempts to contact the since december (2 months) they still refuse to reply. If you take the chance and purchase online from adidas you will take the chance on what you will be sent and they flatly refuse to reply to any communication. Adidas has defrauded me of my money.

Adidas poor quality shoes

this is regretful to inform you that I had purchased one pair of Adidas Jacob (Art. no. Jacob/839205/8) vide bill no. SC10/4944 dt. 10.03.2011 form Noble Marketing, Noida. I was very happy to get a new pair of Adidas.
Despite using the shoe with due care and sparingly, I found that the pasting of right shoe has come out after merely 2 months. My delight turned to misery soon after 2 months only.
Due to the work pressure in my organisation I could not find time to go the the store for complaining about this problem and kept procrastinating this task.
finally I reported the problem to the same store and lodged the complaint vide CCF no. 15 dt. 17.08.2011. But after approximately 18 days, to my surprise, they returned me the same pair on 06.09.2011 by saying that these shoes cant be replaced and the request has been declined by the senior officials.
I feel very frustrated on this adamant stand of Adidas. Since I am very first time user of Adidas, I am more frustrated that my first pair turns out to be the bad pair.
Since this is a manufacturing defect, Adidas, being a world class company should replace this pair without any hassle so that the reputaion of Adidas may remain in no. 1 Slot.
Therfore this is my humble request to you to kindly arrange the replacement of this pair as soon as possible.
I will be very thankful to you.

Adidas exchange

I purchased some clothes from the store of "adidas" situated in Civil Lines, Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
when next day i went to change my T-Shirt due to the inappropriate stuff, the sales person refuses to do so, and tell us that the items purchased under discount period can not be exchanged.
We are saying to only exchange and not to cash back, but he did not listen a thing of our.

Hi sir/madam,
first of all i just want to make it clear that i am not a beligerant kind of person, this is a very genuine complaint, thats why posting it, hoping somebody will be listening. My mother has just retired after a long govt. job and was planning for an eniterly new life schedule including a good walks in the morning, the best choice of foot wears would always be ADIDAS. She went to chandigarh 17 sector showroom, selected one of the pairs of nice sports shoes, costing around rs.6500/-. While trying these shoes, she complained that the shoes are biting her fingers, she need a biger number than 7. The showroom guys took some time and gave her a new pair of shoes. My mother didnt check, she wore those shoes and tried, and then compained about that biting again, the showroom guys made clear that this is a bigger number and futher increasing the size will anyways give her more discomfort. she admitted reluctantly, made the payments and came out of showroom, walking around the market, the shoe bite on her fingers became severe. My mother checked the shoes number and it was still 7. smaller size than she demanded. she went back to showroom and complained, the showroom guys said the bigger number is out of stock. Now that was terrible, if those guys didnt have demanded size, then why did the lie and gave her same number? So they appologised and said that all they could do is give her some other model of shoes. She checked the whole rack and could, nt get a anything of her choice but in any case what could she do? the bills paid are always not refundable just like we cant make a dead person alive again, and the expressions on the showroom guys are so grave after mistake that she chose anything that was looking ok, and costed her 8000, rs 1500/- more than bill paid. Anyways this part is done, my mother called me up on the showroom itself earlier before the incident as she wanted to purchase me a nice sweater as a gift of her retirement. I went to the showroom where she explained me all the incident, . i found this not very much terrible, we are humans and mistakes are meant to be done, no issues, I selected a sweater for me costing around rs 1800/- ( i guess), So we paid a total of about rs 10, 000/-.
I didnt wear that sweater for 1 month as winter got delayed this time, perhaps due to global warming or waste coming out of your factories :P, just kiding.. Anyways, i wore that sweater for about 3 time, and i notices that the stuff started sagging, sleaves sagged to about half inches, color got faded and even wool got wrecked.
I went to the showroom again, and told them this problem. The sweater was the freshest stock in that season and even the same replicated were still present in the hanger. The person on cash zone asked me for the bill of the sweater. I told him, i dont have, perhaps i lost, So he replied in that case, he cant do anything. I pointer to the new stock and told him that i have a tentative idea of date of purchase, on this he replied that this is not possible, he cant check older bill records and nothing can be done.
@#$% not here i am again stuck, why dont adidas provide a free advise to the customers, not to lose bill and keep is safe just like your birth certificate, or hire a bank locker and keep that bill there or laminate that bill and stick it on your chest, ., I am confused. If the casheier has access to create a new bill and print bills, then why cant he look into older bill, , even bill that is 1 month old, ... On one hand IRCTC (A GOVT. AGENCY) is trying to restrict the use of paper while prining e-tickets and they are accepting even if we remember PNR, and you are having a well established private business and you can avoid usage of paper. isnt that funny,
Issues are still pending, then i demanded complaint register, on that the cashier told that feedback forms/complaint register are closed before 7 PM and it was now past 7... The guy was looking like a donkey to me whose path has been guided by sticks on his bumps.
$%^& some people say its 2012 and the end of the humans racein near. I usually refuse to believe this, but i believe that even if the human race persists, its the end of humanity.

Adidas creating noise while walking

I had bought adidas shoes from the adidas shoes showroom at oberoi mall, goregaon (east), mumbai, india by paying Rs.4, 000/-. However, since last month, the shoes are making a great noise while walking which make me embarrassed at the office and public places. The other people also get disturbed by this. The same become a reason of laughter and humiliation for me among the people. It appears that the product sold to me is not upto the mark and a defective piece. Adidas intent to cheat consumer

Adidas outlet store located in South Lake Tahoe (2062 Lake Tahoe Blvd 96156) set up a tent right next to their store and call it a "Tent Sale". I purchased a fleece jacket for $25 at the tent, paid and then i proceeded inside the store itself and found the same exact jacket with same exact model code and color on sale for $14.95. And to make matter worst, it was "Red Tag Item", which means it was Buy One and Get 2nd Half Off. I immediately asked an employee whether or not this was a pricing mistake and she told me due to their various inventory stock, the prices were indeed different. After minutes of discussion, she finally took me to the manager, who was managing both the tent and the store itself. She gave me the same excuse and i refused to be cheated in such way. She gave me an attitude as if i didn't understand the concept of "different inventory". As a consumer, i have no interest in knowing when you receive an inventory, the only thing i care about as a consumer is whether or not i got the best deal. This store's operating method and sales tactics are completely misleading and have intent to cheat consumers and tourists.

Adidas faulty products

$240 rrp soccer boots broke after 2 months of use, i used to have no name brands of boots that would last 4-5 years before showing any sign of damage form wear and tear...my advice is steer clear of overpriced, poor quality goods from the big companies like adidas and nike, they simply arent worth the time or money, not to mention they exploit third world countries to produce their products...ill definitely be getting a pair of no name brands in future

Adidas soccer boots not durable

I would like to bring under addidas attention that I am a 27 yr old lady wearing a size 3 soccer boot.I weigh 60 Kg and is 1.5m plz addidas do make sure that the junior soccer boots are also made of durable material. I am heavy on my size 3 boots I go through 3 pairs of boots per season. wouldnt mind paying more for beter quality.

After wearing the shoes, it becomes difficult and very uncomfortable to walk and after some time the feet starts paining. The result is that after about 1 hour I have to remove the shoes.

Adidas falling apart

I bought a pair of adidas devotion running shoes and paid over 100$ for them less than 3 months ago and they are already falling apart. The fabric on the outside is ripping apart and there is a hole all the way through. I would not recommend anyone buying a pair of these since they don't even last as long as my other pair of 10$ shoes from walmart.

Adidas premature failure of basket ball shoes

had bought one pair basketball shoes adidas/thriller/go8258/12 for Rs 5799/- on 25 sep 09 from Adi sports(india)pvt ltd., b-13 connaught place new delhi-110 001.
deposited the shoes with adidas shoeroom in south extn against customer complaint form dated 16 feb 10 stating that toe is coming off. till date the replacement shoes have not been supplied.
