Unsafe rental and unreasonable charge
I had a 4 day car rental with addcar rental from 4/27 to 5/1 in Kayseri airport, Turkey. On their website, it clearly says that the car should have full tank of gas out. When I picked up the car, the car is totally empty with red empty light on. I was told it still can possibly drive another 10 km. First I requested them to fill it up to any level about red line. But it was rejected by the service representative. For a person first time driving in Turkey, it is almost impossible to return the car with completely empty tank. This practice is not safe for the driver.
On 2nd day of rental, I saw the tire pressure low on the dashboard. I stopped on the gas station to pump up the air to the standard. The front right tire had the lower pressure. I finished the day and parked the car by hotel. Next morning, I found the flat tire and I contact the rental location. I was told that I have to fix it. I spent 400 lira to fix the flat tire. After that I drove over 800 km in next two days without any issue. When I returned the car in the morning of 5/1, the representative from addcar initially said I need to pay 4 tires. After negotiation, he insisted I need to pay a new tire. Due to the time constraint for my flight, I paid 1000 lira for a new tire even through the original tire is usable and all other tires are not new at all. Tried to contact customer service to resolve the issue. But the customer service is not helpful at all. Strongly not recommend rent a care from this company.
Desired outcome: Credit me back the new tire charge and cost for 1/4 gas

J ai contacté add car qui me renvoie sur cartrawler et cartrawler prétend ne pas trouver ma reservation alors que j ai des messages et que si je me rends sur leur site avec mon numero de réservation je suis bien identifiée.
Ceci est juste inadmissible et du vol.
