Hi all,
Boy am I glad I checked out this page as I was considering using OfsetPrinting.com for a box order. It is funny. I tried to call their 'U.K.' number this morning but it was disconnected. I was a little concerned before placing the order as their grammar was poor in their emails. Too poor for a U.K. based business. So we sent an email to them to get a good working number. We got a voicemail from their partner in Canada. Called numerous times today based on caller id. Here are two numbers they used to call me, maybe can be of use for you in Canada? [protected] and [protected]. We were burnt by a Turkey based scam like this four years ago so are extra cautious with off-shore deals like this. Sorry for your loss, and thank you for the head's up.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The above post is BS, the "new owner" isn't willing to fix anything. http://www.ofsetprinterssucks.com/ - They scammed me as well
Hi,
Seems like the owners have been busy writing feedback again: http://reviews.actualprint.com/?p=8#comments
If anyone wants to chase their refund apparently this is the number to the manager at Actualprint:
[protected]
Have you seen these reviews for Actualprint.com!?
http://www.resellerratings.com/store/ActualPrint
Seems like the owners of Actualprint.com have been busy writing fake reviews on their own company!

When you submit your complaint on this link http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/ocp/ocpform2.htm
please use the address that Actualprint asked you to send the check to:
Actual Print Inc.
6-A Caldwell Ave.
Summit, NJ 07901
Apparently the Speedwell Ave in Morristown address is fake.
Thanks,
G

Hi W Shelby. How did you get on with your civil lawsuit against Actualprint that you mention in your original posting. Did you get any results?
How come check was the only payment alternative presented to me if you accept credit cards?
