I was nervous from all the negative reviews and worried I wouldn't hear anything back but after exactly 10 days, my account was restored and I couldn't be happier. I will forever speak favorably of Activision.

Activision I have no real complaints with COD Warzone or Activision Blizzard

I have no real complaints with COD Warzone or Activision Blizzard. I can't find a way to contact them except for having a game issue. I don't have an issue, I have a suggestion for something I would like to see in Warzone. Activision Blizzard does well with bringing out new operators and skins for them, and many are part of the veteran community which I am thankful for as a veteran. My suggestion for a new skin would be Ephraim Mattos. He was a Navy Seal that deployed to Afghanistan and other places, but after he got out of the military he went on his own to Iraq to help out with a group called the Free Burma Rangers. There is video and articles about what he did there. He then started his own charity called Stronghold Rescue and Relief. If you put out a skin of him and give a link with it to the website for Stronghold Rescue and Relief it would be a huge help worldwide to bring awareness of that charity and what they do. I hope Activision Blizzard takes the time to read this, look up Ephraim and his charity, consider it, and let me know. Thank you.

First and foremost, I absolutely love this game which is why I am very pationate about this issue. I am immensly disapointed by Activisions lack of transparency in account banning procedures and their total lack of customer support (including zero human to human interaction). False positives have been frequent and affected many innoncent players, myself included. When this happens, Activision won't even send an email to the affected players to inform them of their decisions. Let me get this straight, you'll send me an email telling me I received a friend request, but you can't be bothered to tell me that I have been "banned" and why? Activision also makes it impossible for affected players to plead their case, nor does it offer proof supporting its accusations. The "Appeal a ban" feature does not trigger any email responses/followups and seems to only confirm the decision without having an actual human review the case. If humans did review ban appeals, they should have access to gameplay, stats and real data that would clear false positives immediately and undoubtedly. I feel I have been robbed. Robbed of the two 80$ copies of MW I bought for PS4 and PC. That's Activision barring me from my purchases totalling 160$ under false pretexts. These false accusations have also taken a toll on me psychologicaly. I have been fasly flagged as a cheater, which is embarrassing and humiliating because some friends believe Ricochet to be 100% accurate. Activision's unreliable service has cost me financialy, and has also affected my reputation. Please, Activision, get your act together or change your vision of what a FAIR customer experience should be.

My account was hacked in *** and Activision Blizzard have not communicated with me once on the status of my account recovery. In November, my Activision account was hacked. The hacker changed my display name but I still had access to my account. I contacted Activision via twitter straight away and was told to submit an account recovery form online. Their website is very hard to navigate and many links send you to the wrong page or in a loop of the same page. I attempted to submit my initial account recovery form, but I could not send it due to my account being "shadowbanned" I couldn't even unlink any suspicious accounts due to the shadowban. A shadowban is when your account is under review because you have received too many reports from other players. You play in *** against other *** for around 2 weeks. Activision Blizzard have not installed an anti-cheat for their Call of Duty titles so they rely on players submitting reports when they THINK they have come across a hacker or any suspicious play. I upload my good games to youtube, I would never cheat in gaming as it's my passion. If you play well you're at risk of being reported by other players or worse the other players are angered enough to eventually steal your personal information and gain access to your account. I waited 10 days for the shadowban to pass and I could finally play with my friends. This 10 day period stretched over the release of their new title Cold War. Everyone was out levelling up their guns and unlocking camos while I was stuck in a shadowban with a hacked account through no fault of my own as I have 2-Fact Authorisation enabled on the account, I still received no notification regarding any changes being made to my account by the hacker. I changed my password but continued to be booted from games due to multiple logins of my account, even when I purchased Cold War the same issue continued where I was constantly kicked from matches, during high kill/ high round games on a title I had just spent *** on. It was becoming quite pointless and frustrating to play as most of my progress could be lost at any moment. Modern Warfare and Cold War were the only two games I had installed on my Playstation and I was heavily invested financially and sentimentally. I purchased every battle pass, owned DLC items, time-gated items, progression based rewards, camos, top XXXXX leaderboards and just so much more. On *** my account was hacked. This time my playstation account had been unlinked and I no longer had access to my account. This was mid-game with my friends which was just embarrassing to be honest. I contacted Activision via twitter immediately and managed to successfully fill out an account recovery form. I was told that I would hear back within 10 working days and if there were any delays then I would be notified. I kept in mind that we of course were approaching the festive season and allowed more time due to this. Time continued to pass *** I began to ask activision for an update on my account recovery pretty much daily via twitter. They have no responded once. Had I have been able to submit my account recovery in November I would most likely still have an account today. I have no idea what personal information has been compromised. I have no idea if this was part of a data breach that is being kept quiet. There are many players just like myself who have done no wrong but will never be able to get our accounts back because we dont have a large enough following for them. If a famous streamer has an account issue, it's resolved within minutes/hours. If you're like me, you apparently don't receive any help, despite investing over 2 months worth of game time and £££ into their games. It's appalling, why won't they help me? I received a response from Blizzard when I messaged them via twitter recently but they are late with their follow-up after completing yet another account recovery form. I know its not likely to receive my account back as it's probably been sold. I just want to be compensated in for my losses. I don't see how this is fair.

Hey,im a call of duty player.i just found out about this site from *** and i wanna file a complaint about call of duty shadowban me for no reason about 5 days ago they put me in a server of which has a lot of cheaters and the game is just unplayable and then i realized that i probably got shadowbanned. i dont use any kind of third party software to effect my game except my VGA software and Logitech. First I got placed where sweaty players and possibly cheaters are, can't play with my friends, and I can't play Solo BR Mode.Please fix this issue it would be really appreciated (I'm playing on PC,with keyboard and mouse,and my Activision ID is ***#***)

i was falsely shadowbanned for no reason due to some kids reporting me i have been a respecting customer for the longest time i was enjoying playing ranked until this has happened due to this i will be needing them to check my account as i have not done anything wrong and i just bought the brand new dlc.

I am attempting to log into my Activision account on my new PC and while logging in it is asking me for Two Factor Authentication codes. Unfortunately, I do not have access to whatever authentication app they are requesting or the email for the account, as it has since been deactivated. Ive been banned for no reason, im shadow banned which means i get in lobby after waiting for minutes and with cheaters. They are shadow banning people who are not cheating but just because they might be good or they get spam reported. Ive been shadow banned now and I and have never cheated they need to fix this they are shadow banning innocent players who arent cheating,,, When i try and play with my friend its could take multiple minutes to get in, and the lobby we get in is either players cheating or are amazing at the game, i dont know what to do so i turned to *** and found out i could fill a complaint on BBB, please help me, Activison will keep me shadow banned if i dont get assistence. it last 2 weeks then it happens again and its the same for so many players...My steam name is: *** My activission is: jonasboumherr#

Good evening, my account on Activision Blizzards game Overwatch was wrongfully banned, without committing any violations. I have spent around $100 or more on the account. Blizzard should not have mistakenly banned a player who loves Overwatch 2. They have no evidence that I violated any rules. The GameMasters employed by Activision Blizzard did not conduct a manual verification of the ban, it was an automation. The Activision Blizzard does not want any player of Overwatch to simply improve in the game, after *** spent 100s of hours in game and doing aim training. This companys behavior is illegal and subject for suspension. Players who are doing wrongful things should be warned before such an action as permanently banning. This is super concerning as a consumer and proves that the company should not be trusted, with such illegal actions. They will not provide the reasoning for the bans they hand out, simply because its automated and they have no clue. Before the closure, I did not receive any email or in game warning, and was directly and permanently banned. Which violates regulations. My account is eXcNearly#*** and the game is Overwatch 2 by Activision Blizzard. Please see attached for the account closure email, which was sent without any prior warning of any actions breaking any terms of use or service on their game or platform. As well as an email that I received from their support team, after asking what I could have done wrong. They beat around the *** and do not give answers. Please fix this.

Activision Warzone

Dear Sir/Madam,

My account on activision with e-mail adress haure.[protected]@gmail.com and Activision ID BetterCallHau#3716599. My account has been banned and put on limited matchmaking twice in a time span of one month.

I would to complain hereby about whatever algorythm you have that establishes an account is eligible for a limited matchmaking ban pending review.

Whatever it is, the system is faulty and as you may already know impact alot of players across the world. Players have to wait for 5 to 10 days before the ban is lifted. Most of the accounts put on the limited matchmaking list end up being unbanned since alot of the bans are due to unvalid and ungrounded reports from other players in game.

Please adress this frustrating issue that affects a substantial amount of players.

Activision Poor game choice on warzone

Just wanted to make a complaint about the poor game choices available right now as some of us only plays plunder with friends and we’re no good at anything else. This takes the fun out of this game by removing a game that we have a chance at having fun.

The perpetrator changed all account details, including my name and purchases. To address this issue, I deactivated my Activision account. Activision Banned for no reason, fake ban

Before 5 days when I played I was banned for no reason I was 5 days I llmited matchmaking state after this 5 days I got a pernament ban for no reason I appeal the ban and they told me that I have manipulate the game but that is nor true I buy this game I spend money on it I know very good what will happen if I use cheat I wont my case to be checked again and ban removed becouse this is wrong ban I write a appeal also to blizzard, bbb.org and I will write everywhere that e can becouse this ban is not legit and if I am cheater I will not send appeals everywhere I will just make new account and play

Activision mw2/mw3

Customer support is useless and feed you the exact same scripted message.

I have been shadowbanned now FOURTEEN TIMES with absolutely zero help or explanation. Typically these are 2 week long states of where you can still open the game and buy bundles! That’s about it though because you won’t find any lobbies or the lobby you do find will have 100ms+ ping with people rage hacking/ aimbotting, etc. For me personally this equates to roughly over half a year of being denied access to a product and service I paid for. The amount of people this has affected is surely capable of alarming the FTC, we all know how they feel about you and Microsoft. Can we all say mass arbitration?

I recently re-downloaded Call of Duty to play with my friends to find out my account had been hacked and then banned. I can’t fix it via the website because a webpage error will not let me log in to appeal a ban. I’m furious as someone who has spent tons of money on previous call of duties it is very frustrating that you can’t call a help line or even speak with a person. Activision Call of Duty Modern warfare 2

Like many, many hundreds / thousands of others, I woke one morning to log onto my game to find I was permanently banned for using illegal software / manipulation of game data. I am a very casual game with a very poor k/d ratio who plays to unwind in my spare time. I do not cheat, never have and dont condone the thousands of overseas cheats who continually plague lobbies.

The appeal process is a scam which means they send an automated email to say the ban is being upheld. Your anti-cheat software is pathetic, allowing cheats to continually ruin the game while banning hundreds / thousands of innocent players.

Scamming company with absolutely no customer service.

Activision cod mw3 2023 anti cheat

Hi I've received a temporary ban sign on my mw3 2023 account. I haven't done anything remotely close to a ban! I don't use game chat it's turned off and I do not hack I have a day job and only play a few hours a day when possible! I've paid £70 for a game that I can't play properly because of a shadow ban for nothing. Please sort this out its because I'm an iridescent player and people don't like when I drop a good game and I get spam reported. This isn't on been a passionate cod gamer since cod4 and never been banned for 15 years of playing. Not good I look forward to playing and then this happens please un shadow ban my account. Not how they should treat a player of 15 years of playing they system is so wrong and punishing good players for no reason.

Desired outcome: Get my account back to normal. And get me out these shadow ban lobbies full of hackers and sort the anti cheat out. Just because you get spam reported for having a good game and this happens! Absolute jokers.

My account was hacked on 13 October 2023 I reach out to Activision support for assistance. But all they are doing is sending me the same old message the whole time. Activision is only they're for my money but when it comes to support their nowhere to be found. I send emails videos, photos and even screenshots and still no luck. I tried thousands of times to make recovery form but still no help all I get is the same old message.

Hey Activision you're in so much for a rush to put out a game every game of Call of Duty for Modern Warfare to tomorrow more fair-free every time I try to play a game I'm lagging I'm getting Ben with tissues and I said it's only whenever a place called why is that and it's not me it's multiple multitude of people that have complained and years don't seem to have the right act to fix it now that you get on there shut it down for a few days get it going properly sort out all your f****** server issues and have a and have a go

Activision Banned permanently with 0 seconds of gameplay

You all banned me for no reason at the start menu never violated any rules or used any exploits on this game hell I barely play it but now that I preordered the 100$ version of mw3 boom banned I don't even know how to hack and I work 12 hour rotating shifts I do not have the time trust me. This is just crazy. I've always used a playstation and once my phone to play cod games you're banning peoples accounts for no reason and you need to pay attention to it. I would love for my profile unbanned I actually love this company introduced me to gaming groups I spent 100$ u.S. Dollars on this game and pre-ordered to be permanently banned before even leaving the start menu. Terrible experience people in these review/banning positions not robots. Your system has failed you please stop trying to cover it up im willing to provide any details and even send you my personal playstation 5. Monitor my games everyday if you want I wouldn't cheat.
