Daraz is a pakistan' s leading e- commerce portal that sells fashion appliances, home appliances and beauty care products online.Daraz .pk is the best destination for online shopping and produt search in county.It contain more than 300 brands.With due respect I have to inform you that I bought your website a dress and skirt, but this is very wrong clothes.Firstly, I want to tell you that this skirt quality is wrong and bad.In description you say that this was a polyester, but is not.The material is very thin.
Secondly, this dress is wrong size and colour .Dress is so big for me .I want S, but you sent me size L.colour of dress is also wrong.Dress what I want was a red, but I got yellow.Yellow colour is beautiful but I need a red.
I would like to know that, if I had opportunity to change this? Do you have a right size and colour to this dress and skirt? If you don't have right size and colour, then I take a money back.So please improve the quality of products, it would be great for all of your customers as well.Kindly, take a proper notice of this matter so that the customers don't suffer in the future.

These guys have taken 270 aust dollars from my account for the last 6 months. I work remotely so I have limited access to technology. I never authorised them to take money from my account. I am unable to contact them. I will possibly have to change banks for them to stop.

I haven't been able to contact them on this email. This is a face cream not a weight loss product.
I want to cancel my order and be refunded for all the payments they have deducted from my account. I never gave any permission for them to take money from my account.

Cheap Pressure Washer
My wife puchased an ActiveProducts 1650 pressure washer and I must say that it is the worst piece of crap that I have in my workshop. One of the presure adaptors broke off, because it is a cheap piece of plastic, just like all other pressue components in this motor. I just returned from crappy tire and of course there was a teenager working who was filling in for the boss. Of course his response was that my warranty had just run out, which it had by a few measly months. I have barely used thtis pressure washer but that didn't seem to matter to this little boy! I will be returning to speak with 'Harold' who is supposedly the manager and see what he can do for me ... although I'm not holding my breath.
This is a word to anyone to NOT BUY ANYTHING made by Active Products. Not only should the manufacturer be ashamed of making such a piece of crap, but the store should be equally ashamed for selling such crap to unsuspecting clients. Afterall who takes apart a motor to see if the parts or plastic or metal when purchasing a new tool.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Gun Assembly leaks. Will replace o rings. Cannot reach customer service. Need detergent wand and bottle and extension to spray high.
Same complaint as most. Trigger leaks. Took it apart. Will replace o rings. Cannot reach customer service.
