Action Urgent Care - Urgent care

I could hear the workers loudly talking about me. You should never talk about a patient casually but also never loudly and disrespectfully. UTI medication (Azo) makes pee dark red-orange. If you google Azo you can find this information as one of the first side effects about it. I literally told them this before they even checked my pee sample, so why they felt the need to discuss it amongst themselves was unnecessary. The doctor also said I have “a reoccurring problem” with UTIs so “I need to pay attention to my hygiene”. This is the second UTI I’ve had in my entire life. It just happened to me twice in the same year, and poor hygiene is certainly not the reason as I even came to the clinic with wet hair from showering. Jesus your profession is to help people, not make them feel like [censored]. Do better! The Action Urgent Care on Brokaw road is much better and they treat their patients like actual people. Also the “24 hour” pharmacy they sent the antibiotics to was closed. Btw, I have audio recordings of the workers talking about me and will be filing a formal complaint.

Desired outcome: Apology and Doctor + workers reprimanded

Action Urgent Care - a serious mistake diagnosis by dr. christopher alvet

Setember2o19, I went action urgent care. problem: severe chronic chest pain. my breast was so painful that you couldn't touch them w/o me screaming. treatment: dr. alvey did a ekg, took blood and he wanted me to wear a heart monitor. since the ekg was normal I was in too much pain to wear this machine. follow up apt: dr. avey said I had a bacterial infection. he prescribed 3 medications. I had to practically beg him to examine my breast. he did. I screamed so loud and I tried to stand up and fell. please advise action urgent care knows that i'm a degenerative spine disc disorders. nonetheless, I went to my primary care dr. wong. he ordered a cbc test and he ordered me to go to the emergency room to be evaluated. they too took cbc test. both blood test were normal. I asked if I had any bacterial infection. both tests were normal, no infection. so I have a right to know why dr. avey got his diagnosis and should I continue to take his medication? I asked dr. avey to forward my records to dr. wong. he never did. proof:I have all blood tests results. I will forward test if I can get an email address

September, 2019 I went to Action Urgent Care for extreme breast and chest pain. The pain was so extreme I couldn't move my upper body parts. A Doctor Christopher Alvey. Treatment: an EKG, An X-ray, and blood tests were taken. The X-ray and Ekg were normal. I tried to tell the Doctor that I am degenerative spine disc disorders in C5, 6 C7 and 3-4. But he never checked. Urgent care has the MRI to confirm these results. Nonetheless I was given a muscle spasm and I was told to return for my blood test. The results, according to Dr. Alvey told me that I had an Bacterial infection. He ordered 3 medications. After I saw my primary care doctor Wong. He said I looked I'll and ordered me to go to the Emergency Room. The emergency department took EKG, x-ray, and drew blood. All tests results were normal. So I asked the Doctor if I had a Bacterial infection disease. She said no. I also went Quest lab for blood test ordered by Dr. Wong. All results were normal except I had a Los vitamin D. Once more, I asked Dr. Wong if I had a Bacterial infection disease. He said no. So why was I am taking medications and what was the reason for this bogus diagnosis. Finally, I did the paperwork to have my medical records to Dr. Wong and Dr. Mikiko Murakami, my spine pain doctor. The report was never sent. I'm not sure but if I had blue eyes my Medical treatment would have been more professional. Note: all 3 blood tests can be forward and my Medical records you can review . Please give me the email address were to forward.
